Abstract

The use of online attendance at several schools in the North Sumatra region can help efficiency in reducing physical materials (paper) and can be directly monitored/evaluated online. Currently, the school at the Ar-Ridha Foundation, one of the attendance methods implemented online, still uses WhatsApp to monitor online attendance. Due to many obstacles, sending attendance via WhatsApp is considered less effective. One of the barriers reported was the requirement for teachers to review each student's data submission individually. Using Google Forms to create virtual courses is one way teachers can apply online learning. Google Forms is a Google product. Google Forms is a free online program available to schools, non-profit organizations, and anyone with a Google Account. Using Google Forms will facilitate interaction between teachers and students. Google Forms makes it easy for students and teachers to stay in touch. Google Forms is a blended learning platform that Google developed for schools seeking to create, distribute, and assign paperless assignments

Abstract

A teacher is the spearhead of educational progress, not only at the elementary, middle and high school levels. Teacher expertise and performance are important things that really need to be observed and evaluated, so that the learning provided to students can run well. As computer/internet-based technology develops, it is very possible to implement teacher performance assessments using an online/online application so that it is easier to evaluate and assess, in formulating teacher assessments requires a benchmark/ measurement in this case the Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale method. which is very appropriate to be applied in assessing teacher performance at the SMK PAB 8 Sampali

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the competence of teachers in the field of information technology in helping with daily work, namely the attendance process for students which can be done automatically using Microsoft Excel. Where previously in carrying out the attendance process the teachers still used the student attendance list book so that the recapitulation of the attendance list and making report cards still took a long time. The method of implementing PKM activities is carried out by surveying partner schools, preparation, training, mentoring and evaluating the results of PKM activities by distributing questionnaires. The results of the evaluation of PKM activities have an increasing impact of 85% on teacher competence in applying information technology, namely the use of Microsoft Excel in making student attendance which can be recapitulated automatically. This certainly gives the conclusion that the PKM training activities carried out by the PKM Team are very good..

Abstract

This training aimed to enhance participants' skills in creating graph-based reports using Chart.js, a popular JavaScript library for data visualization. The training methodology involved both theoretical sessions and hands-on practice, where participants were instructed on the basic usage of Chart.js, creating various types of charts such as bar charts, line charts, and pie charts, and integrating these charts into reports. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and proficiency in using Chart.js to visually present data. In conclusion, the training successfully provided tangible benefits in improving the quality and clarity of reports produced by participants, equipping them with practical tools for their daily work.
