Abstract

Problem umum pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya kepala sekolah dalam mengupgrade kedisiplinan guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda khususnya. Adapun inti dalam permasalahan ini adalah terdapat beberapa bagian tenaga pendidikan yang masih melewati garis aturan yang dibangun oleh lembaga itu sendiri, seperti datang terlambat, pulang tidak sampai waktu dan parahnya lagi guru rela meniggalkan kewajibannya demi sebuah kepentingan pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan mengetahui bagaimana upaya kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan kedisiplinan guru MI Miftahul Huda. Serta bagaimana hambatan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan segala upaya yang dilakukannya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Untuk metode yang dipakai dalam pengumpulan data ialah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk keabsahan data peneliti memilih triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu upaya kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan disiplin guru MI Miftahul Huda diantaranya 1). Menjadi suri tauladan, 2). Menyediakan sarana prasarana, 3). Memberikan reward dan punishman, 4). Rapat Bulanan, 5). Planner. Adapun hambatannya ialah 1). Kepala sekolah mempunyai kesibukan keluarga 2). Faktor dana 3).  Ketidak nyamanan dalam memberikan teguran terhadap guru senior 4). Masih terdapat sebagian guru yang belum memahami jam pulang sekolah

Abstract

As time progresses and modernization takes place in our country, especially in Indonesia, we should focus more on developing education rather than remaining stagnant in just one aspect. However, in doing so, we must not lose the identity of an institution. Game-based learning is a game deliberately created for educational purposes as a supporting media for learning, as it is considered more engaging compared to conventional teaching methods. Therefore, game-based learning becomes important because it can serve as an educational medium that makes children more interested in learning and helps them understand lessons better, compared to the conventional and often monotonous teaching methods that tend to make students bored during the learning process.The researcher intends to use a quantitative approach, which involves using numbers or statistics. This research yielded some less positive results, where the relationship between the implementation of game-based learning and academic achievement was either absent or not significant. Therefore, this research indicates that the implementation of game-based learning does not have a significant impact on improving the academic achievement of second-year students at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan, with the calculated t-value being smaller than the t-table value, meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted. Based on these values, it can be concluded that the implementation of game-based learning does not significantly affect the academic achievement of second-year students at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia sudah cukup banyak melakukan terobosan dalam memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan, salah satunya ditandai dengan perubahan kurikulum pendidikan mengalami perubahan dari tingkat istilah sampai isi kurikulum. Masyarakat berperan sangat penting pada perkembangan pendidikan anak. Masyarakat memiliki peran strategis dan harus berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pendidikan, baik langsung atau tidak langsung dalam semua kondisi (keluarga dan masyarakat). Masyarakat harus berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pendidikan anak baik langsung atau tidak langsung. Karena lingkungan dalam keluarga, dan sekolah serta masyarakat sangat memiliki keterikatan. Kualitas masyarakat ditentukan oleh kualitas pendidikan para anggotanya, semakin baik pendidikan anggotanya, semakin baik pula kualitas masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Masyarakat merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang ketigasetelah pendidikan di lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This exploratory qualitative study investigates agile leadership practices in Islamic boarding school leadership, focusing on iteration and team collaboration in an era of disruption. The case study was conducted at Al-Amien Prenduan Madura Islamic Boarding School, selected for its long history and adaptive capacity. Data were collected over six months (January–June 2023), a post-COVID-19 transition phase during which Islamic boarding schools were intensifying digital adaptation and organizational restructuring. Collection methods included triangulation through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies involving kiai, senior ustadz, administrators, and senior santri. Data analysis followed reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing procedures, with validity assessed through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results show that this pesantren applies agile leadership through a collective system, with the Majlis Kiai (Council of Clerics) serving as a participatory strategic decision-making body. Iterative practices are reflected in continuous planning and evaluation cycles, while team collaboration involves a multi-level decision-making structure. The pesantren demonstrates flexibility in integrating digital technology while preserving its traditional identity through gradual adaptation, supported by an adaptive organizational culture, integrated management, and dialogical communication distinguishing it from traditional salaf pesantren. Theoretically, this study integrates agile leadership concepts into traditional pesantren leadership; practically, it offers an adaptive leadership model for Islamic educational institutions facing disruption. The findings affirm that agile leadership emphasizing iteration and team collaboration can be implemented in Islamic boarding schools without eroding spiritual and traditional values. By balancing Islamic identity with digital adaptation through distributed leadership, this approach enhances learning effectiveness, organizational capacity, and responsiveness to external change.
