Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Indonesia is ranked 7th among the 10 countries with the highest number of sufferers, namely 10.7 million people. Complications from diabetes mellitus with diabetic gangrene rate in Indonesia is around 15%, and the amputation rate is 30%. In diabetes mellitus patients there are many nursing problems, one of which is impaired skin/tissue integrity. Diabetes mellitus is a disease caused by metabolic disorders as a result of the pancreas being unable to produce enough insulin needed by the body. A complication that often occurs in diabetes mellitus sufferers is gangrenous wounds where tissue deformity occurs either partially (Partial Thickness) or completely (Full Thickness). This study used a qualitative research design with a case study approach. The sample was 2 (two) Diabetes Mellitus patients with Gangrene Wounds with nursing problems of Skin/Tissue Integrity Disorders. The case study was carried out at Karawang District Hospital. Data collection techniques were carried out by: interviews, observation, physical examination and documentation studies. The data was analyzed narratively based on a comparison of 2 (two) patients who were processed based on the stages of the nursing process. Based on the assessment, it was found that patient 1 and patient 2 had gangreen wounds which is one of the complications that occurs in diabetes mellitus sufferers. The nursing problem that occurred was disruption of skin/tissue integrity and the implementation carried out for these two patients was wound care. The nursing problem of skin/tissue integrity disorders in both patients showed that the problem was not resolved and the intervention was continued by the nurse who was on duty in the room. Further research with another intervention and larger sample size needed to find out the best intervention for gangrene. Keywords: Diabetes Mellitus,gangrene, skin integrity

Abstract

ABSTRAK Menurut     World     Health     Organizations  (WHO)    pada    tahun    2020    tercatat    kasus HIV/AIDS   mencapai   1,5   juta   kasus.   Afrika merupakan    wilayah    yang    jumlah    kasusnya tertinggi  dengan  880.000  kasus.  Untuk  wilayah Pasifik   Barat   kawasan   Asia   Tengggara   dan mediterania  tercatat  100.000  dan  40.000  kasus, dan   terakhir   amerika   tercatat   150.000   kasus. Kasus HIV  dengan  usia  di  <  15  tahun  150.000 kasus,  >  15  tahun  1,3  juta  kasus.  Dengan  jenis kelamin  laki - laki  660.000  kasus  dan  perempuan 640.000   kasus.   Menurut   WHO   ada   789.000 kasus yang  telah  meninggal  akibat  HIV. Publikasi Analisis Profil Penduduk Indonesia, Mendeskripsikan Peran Penduduk dalam Pembangunan merupakan analisis hasil Sensus Penduduk 2020 (SP2020). Masa  remaja  dicirikan  dengan  banyaknya rasa   ingin   tahu   pada   diri   seseorang   dalam berbagai   hal,   tidak   terkecuali   seks. Seiring dengan   bertambahnya   usia   seseorang, organ reproduksi mengalami     perkembangan     dan akhirnya  akan mengalami kematangan. Salah satu  masalah  yang  sering  timbul  pada  remaja terkait   dengan   masa   awal   kematangan   organ reproduksi   pada   remaja   adalah   perilaku   seks bebas (free seks) masalah kehamilan yang terjadi pada  remaja  usia  sekolah  diluar  pernikahan,  dan terjangkitnya penyakit menular seksual termasuk HIV/AIDS. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk Edukasi  Pencegahan Penyakit Hiv/Aids  Pada  Remaja Di SMAN   1 Cibitung Kabupaten Bekasi, agar angka penderita hiv/aids tidak berkembang semakin banyak. Metode Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, 19 september 2023, dimulai jam 11.45-14.00 WIB dengan metode persiapan dan Ceromoni Pembukaan oleh MC. Saudara Sarifudin. Dimulai dengan pre tes setelah pree test dilanjutkan dengan edukasi dengan bentuk penyuluhan, ceramah, Tanya jawab dan penyuluhan secara langsung pada siswa SMAN 1 Cibitung. Proses edukasi dan penyuluhan dilakukan selama 90 menit pertama dengan pree test sebanyak dua belas butir soal yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan tentang agama dan pengetahuan tentang penyakit HIV/AIDS oleh team pengabdian Masyarakat dengan jumlah peserta 31 siswa terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 20 perempuan, dengan hasil skoring pree test dan post test dengan tingkat pengetahuan kurang 10 %, tingkat cukup 35% dan tingkat baik  55%. Kesimpulan : Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Peningkatan  pengetahuan edukasi penyakit HIV/AIDS pada remaja di SMAN 1 Cibitung,  dimana para siswa mengikuti penyampaian materi dengan seksama, dan bersedia melaksanakan pengarahan tersebut, juga mengikuti anjuran untuk tidak mendekati dan melakukan hal-hal yang menjurus pada tahapan seks perilaku yang dapat menimbulkan penyakit HIV/AIDS. Kata Kunci: Edukasi , HIV/AIDS, Kesehatan, RemajaABSTRACT According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2020, HIV/AIDS cases reached 1.5 million cases. One of the problems that often arises in teenagers related to the early maturity of reproductive organs in teenagers is free sexual behavior, pregnancy problems that occur in school-age teenagers outside of marriage, and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases including HIV/AIDS. The aim of this community service is to provide education on the prevention of HIV/Aids among teenagers at Sman 1 Cibitung, Bekasi Regency, so that the number of HIV/Aids sufferers does not increase. This community service activity method will be held on Wednesday, September 19 2023, starting at 11.45-14.00 WIB with a preparation method and an Opening Ceremony by the MC. Brother Sarifudin. Starting with a pre-test, after the pre-test, it continued with education in the form of counseling, lectures, questions and answers and direct counseling to students at SMAN 1 Cibitung. The education and counseling process was carried out for the first 90 minutes with a pre-test of twelve questions related to knowledge about religion and knowledge about HIV/AIDS by the community service team with a total of 31 students consisting of 11 men and 20 women, with pre-test and post-test scoring results with a poor knowledge level of 10%, a sufficient level of 35% and a good level of 55%. Conclusion : Community Service Activities Increasing educational knowledge of HIV/AIDS among teenagers at SMAN 1 Cibitung, where students follow the delivery of the material carefully, and are willing to carry out the direction, also following the recommendation not to approach and do things that lead to sexual behavior. can cause HIV/AIDS. Keywords: Education, HIV/AIDS, Health, Adolesce
