Abstract

Bioetanol sebagai bahan bakar alternatif dibuat dengan proses fermentasi karbohidrat dengan bantuanmikroorganisme. Peneltian ini, sumber karbohidrat yang digunakan kulit pisang raja (Musa sapientum).Kandungan karbohidrat pada kulit pisang raja 59,00 mg/g. Karbohidrat (pati) dari kulit pisang rajadikonversi menjadi glukosa dengan metode hidrolisis asam menggunakan H2SO4 0,5 M. Hidrolisisdilakukan selama 2 jam pada suhu 100oC, dengan bantuan bakteri Saccharomyces cerevisiaepada pH 4.Penelitian ini variasi beratSaccharomyces cerevisiae3,6; 5,4; dan 7,2 gram, dengan waktu fermentasi 72,120, 168 dan 216 jam. Bioetanol dengan waktu fermentasi 168 jam dan berat ragi 3,6 gramdiperoleh32,7%. Hasil analisa menggunakan Gas Chromatography(GC), kadar bioetanol tertinggi sebesar43,5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the business process is carried out and how the development of the business is carried out and how the process of applying ethics in doing business. The research method carried out in this study is using a descriptive qualitative approach where descriptive qualitative research is only looking at and describing the results of case studies in the field, the case study used in this study is Mas Bro Palembang meatballs. The results of this study show that the business run by Mr. Dirman as the owner of the Bakso Mas Bro Palembang MSME, that he has applied ethics in doing business and has also adjusted to circumstances and conditions such as consumer and customer demand and also the Pak Dirman meatball business has applied ethics in doing business and also has a strategy in selling.
