Abstract

Bioetanol sebagai bahan bakar alternatif dibuat dengan proses fermentasi karbohidrat dengan bantuanmikroorganisme. Peneltian ini, sumber karbohidrat yang digunakan kulit pisang raja (Musa sapientum).Kandungan karbohidrat pada kulit pisang raja 59,00 mg/g. Karbohidrat (pati) dari kulit pisang rajadikonversi menjadi glukosa dengan metode hidrolisis asam menggunakan H2SO4 0,5 M. Hidrolisisdilakukan selama 2 jam pada suhu 100oC, dengan bantuan bakteri Saccharomyces cerevisiaepada pH 4.Penelitian ini variasi beratSaccharomyces cerevisiae3,6; 5,4; dan 7,2 gram, dengan waktu fermentasi 72,120, 168 dan 216 jam. Bioetanol dengan waktu fermentasi 168 jam dan berat ragi 3,6 gramdiperoleh32,7%. Hasil analisa menggunakan Gas Chromatography(GC), kadar bioetanol tertinggi sebesar43,5%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian adalah demi mengetahui strategi yang tepat bagi Warung Mie Ayam Bangka “Liong Lie” dalam menghadapi berbagai perubahan di Indonesia sebagai akibat dari terjadinya pandemi COVID-19, berdasarkan analisis SWOT dari warung tersebut. Penelitian dan pengolahan dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif; dimana dilakukan analisis SWOT untuk kemudian diolah dengan berbagai alat matrix perumusan strategi. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan primer dan sekunder, dengan data terkait didapatkan melalui wawancara informan kunci, observasi, dan tinjauan pustaka. Setelah data diolah, hasil dari metode  matriks QSPM menunjukan bahwa Warung Mie Ayam Bangka “Liong Lie” perlu melakukan optimalisasi strategi pemasaran digital untuk memaksimalkan penghasilan dan meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

The current global legal order has undergone significant changes due to the influence of globalization, technological advancements, and socio-political changes. Legal systems, which were once limited to national jurisdictions, are now increasingly interconnected within a complex network of international law. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of the global legal order, the challenges faced, and the crucial role of international law in creating stability and justice at the global level. The discussion covers key issues such as human rights protection, technology regulation, international dispute resolution, and the impact of social and economic inequalities on legal systems. Despite efforts to harmonize legal systems across countries, differences in legal interpretation and national interests remain major obstacles in building an inclusive and effective legal order. This article suggests the need for reforming legal systems to be more adaptive and strengthening international cooperation to address the ever-evolving legal challenges. Abstract

Introductions:    Helminthiasis is a worm infection that often attacks children to adults. A quarter of the world’s population suffers from Soil-Transmitted Helminthes (STH). Various problems arising from worm infection include changes in appetite, nausea, vomiting, and weight loss. In children, it can inhibit growth and development. The purpose was to identify handwashing behaviour, nail hygiene and incidence of Helminthiasis in Elementary School students. Methods: This is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study to link hand washing and nail hygiene with worms in students with 106 respondents. Examination of faecal preparations was carried out at the Thamrin Laboratory. Result: The results obtained were 14 people (13,2%) with hand washing behaviour in the poor category, 14 people (13,2%) with nail hygiene in the poor category, and 14 people (13,2%) have worm infection. Based on bivariate analysis, p-value=0.000 (5%), Conclusion: There is a relationship between hand washing behaviour and nail hygiene with the incidence of worms in students of Elementary School.
