Abstract

Content marketing has become key in the competitive digital marketing landscape, where visual elements play an important role in attracting attention and increasing audience engagement. This research aims to analyze the influence of visual elements in content marketing on audience engagement and content sharing levels. Using the PRISMA method, articles from international databases were screened to obtain relevant and valid data. The research results show that high-quality visual elements significantly increase audience engagement and motivate content sharing. The implications of this research underscore the importance of investing in quality visual content and leveraging analytics for more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, transparency in budget management and pedagogical professionalism on teacher performance in Jakarta Vocational High School 21 Jakarta. The approach in this study is a descriptive and associative approach. The population in this study were teachers and employees of Vocational High School 21 Jakarta, which amounted to 50 people with sampling using census techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this thesis uses quantitative descriptive method and multiple linear regression statistical analysis which is processed using SPSS version 20.0. The results of hypothesis testing prove that partially the accountability of school financial management variables have a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMK 21 Jakarta. However, the transparency variable partially does not have a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMK 21 Jakarta. While partially paedagogic professionalism variables have a significant effect on the performance of teachers of Vocational High School 21 Jakarta. Simultaneous hypothesis test results prove that accountability, transparency and professionalism have a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMK 21 Jakarta. The magnitude of the influence of accountability and transparency and professionalism of teachers on teacher performance is 49.2%. This means that 49.2% changes in the performance of teachers at Vocational High School 21 Jakarta can be explained by variables of accountability and transparency and professionalism, while the remaining 50.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyimpulkan dan menganalisis pengaruh masa kerja dan promosi karyawan sebagai faktor-faktor baik secara parsial dan simultan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dengan populasi karyawan 5.400 orang dan sampel yang ditentukan adalah 10% atau 540 orang. Data sekunder yang diambil dan diperiksa adalah hasil kinerja, masa kerja, dan data promosi. Kami berasumsi bahwa penting untuk mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tersebut dalam upaya mengidentifikasi peningkatan kinerja. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti yang menunjukkan bahwa Tahun Layanan (X1) dan Promosi (X2) secara bersamaan mempengaruhi varian Kinerja (Y) sekitar 74,80%. Pengaruh parsial dari masing-masing variabel, variabel Tahun Layanan (X1) terhadap Kinerja (Y) adalah 34,40% dan variabel Promosi (X2) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y) adalah 40,40%.Layanan dan promosi selama bertahun-tahun dalam studi ini menimbulkan efek positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua variabel harus tetap ditingkatkan dalam beragam cara seperti peningkatan dan pengembangan sistem sebagai bagian dari sistem manajemen kinerja berbasis strategi secara keseluruhan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
