Abstract

Research that has been done at UD. DIQY Pasaman Barat by using field research methodology, library research. analyzing problems in the data processing system inventory products or goods that are running in the UD building shop. DIQY then designed a better system that is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of employees and to design information systems that can produce detailed reports and make it easier to find information when there is the correction of certain data. The design of the Information System for Selling Goods using the VB NET Programming Language will provide a better solution to the problems encountered. The level of error in processing data items and sales transactions can be minimized because the new system can speed up and simplify the administration in making reports, to produce accurate information.

Abstract

The payment information system enables the entry of cash transaction data to SMA Teluk Panji through administrative staff (TU). The TU maintains the money payment reports that the students pay. This approach is useful and allows students to know more about the money they have to spend. This approach gives students complete knowledge in paper form. Useful reports to discover how much they charged and students who did not pay. Model UML is a visual language for modeling and designing information systems or applications. As support for the development of this information system, UML uses diagrams and text. Any significant modeling influences the design of useful applications. The system must meet its specifications and be capable of converting data into usable and efficient users. The black box evaluation method serves as a software assessment. The method operates from inside the unknown. When the system testers test this system as designed and focused on the school payment information system, the information system software is appropriately controlled by the external control mechanism. The prototyping method aims to summarise the application developed during these phases.

Abstract

The high success rate of college students and the low student failure rate represent the college's standard. College Student loss and its causal causes are interesting subjects for study. Colleges are actually in a very demanding climate. Any college aims to continually develop its management to improve the quality of its education and improve its accreditation. One feature of the college accreditation examination is time graduation. Also, timely graduation is an essential concern because graduation rates are the foundation for its effectiveness. One of the problems that are now the topic of talking about academic failure is students' dropout and graduation. Data mining is a technique of tracing current data to create a model and then using it to recognize other data patterns not contained in the database. One of the techniques used in data mining is the classification methodology using the C4.5 process.

The community finding a place for health services is difficult, so a research was conducted in the form of creating a puskesmas map application to assess the puskesmas in Labuhanbatu Regency. Since this research has gone well, Labuhan Regency people can know the information and help them find health centers faster after this webgis is installed. Utilizing Geographic Information Systems (or GIS, as it is more commonly known) in an ever-changing internet environment. People are constantly seeking access to data, and the Labuhanbatu community will benefit from GIS (Geographic Information System). Create an interactive map of the subdistrict's natural resources for the benefit of nearby residents. Collecting data in a GIS may or may not be easy. Additionally, horticulture, poultry, plantations, and fisheries are included, as are natural resources that benefit the soil.

Especially in this era of increasingly sophisticated technology, getting information is very easy, but during a pandemic like now it is very difficult to carry out activities so that it becomes something very complicated, especially for students who want to enter. registering for college will be very difficult to get information, but fortunately now there is a Whatsapp Gateway that makes it easy for new students to get the latest information about student registration, we are currently conducting research on the Whatsapp Gateway, to make it easier for new students to get the latest information, at this time we use the research method we use today is the waterfall method or the waterfall flow method, this research model works according to stages such as from the highest point to the lowest working according to the correct sequence and process, with the aim of writing this research so that new students can use the Whatsapp Gateway well, making it easier for them to get information. About registration during this covid19 pandemic, which is difficult to carry out daily activities with the Whatsapp Gateway. All that can be done easily, with the Whatsapp Gateway, having an impact on students. prospective new students don't have to worry about how to get the right information, prospective students no longer need to bother coming to campus to see the development of existing information, just use the Whatsapp Gateway, any activity or desire they want to get development information can be done easily only by using the Whatsapp Gateway without having to waste time and energy, everything can be done at home, according to the current rules during this pandemic.

Abstract

Scholarships currently play an important role in the world of education. Scholarships are financial aid given to students to complete their education. Scholarships are awarded by governments, foundations, institutions, or other institutions. Each scholarship has certain requirements. Scholarship programs are highly desired by every student, especially high-achieving but economically constrained students. The form of participation of the community, institutions, and students themselves in participating in building the nation, especially in the field of education, is crucial. By using the nave Bayes method, it is expected that the determination of scholarship recipients will be more targeted and accurate. This method serves to classify scholarship recipients into SMKs Alwasliyah 2 merbau. The Nave Bayes methods have no rules for their use. This method is used using benchmarks from the classification of pre-existing data
