Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan promosi jabatan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Labuhan Haji Labuhanbatu Utara dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.            PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Labuhan Haji adalah perusahaan negara yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan. Pengambilkan keputusan masih sulit diterapkan secara objektif karena adanya unsur subjektifitas dalam penilaian seperti faktor sosial dan faktor non sosial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Labuhan Haji berjumlah 502 orang. Dengan sampel berjumlah 50 orang. Adapun analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liniear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 20.00 for windows.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja dan promosi jabatan baik secara parsial (sendiri-sendiri) maupun secara simultan (s) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Labuhan Haji. Hal ini terlihat dari Uji T menunjukkan nilai t-hitung untuk variabel budaya kerja (9.465) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 dan promosi jabatan sebesar (2.583) nilai sig sebesar 0,002, sedangkan untuk nilai t tabel dicari pada tabel t dengan level of test α = 5% dan df1 = 50 sehingga diperoleh nilai t tabel sebesar 1.675. Dan dari hasil Uji F menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja dan Promosi Jabatan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan bedasarkan kriteria nilai Fhitung sebesar 50.119 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000a. maka Fhitung (50.119) > Ftabel (3,20) dengan signifikasi 0,000a < 0,05.            Dari nilai Asjusted R Square sebesar 0.667 yang  berarti bahwa peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh budaya kerja, promosi jabatan sebesar 66,7%. Sedangkan sisanya 33,3% dapat di jelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci  : Budaya Kerja, Promosi Jabatan, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine self-efficacy in an effort to improve performance through job satisfaction at PT. Abadi Jaya Rantauprapat either partially or simultaneously and with a single test. The number of samples was determined using a census with the same number as the population, namely 59 people. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the partial hypothesis testing (t test), the results show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance improvement with tcount (3.196) t table (1.672) with a significant value of 0.002 <0.05; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect with tcount (3.339)> t table (1.672) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05; The test results by mediating self-efficacy and increased performance through job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect with a value of 2.853> 1.98 or 5%; The test results simultaneously self-efficacy and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance improvement with Fcount (34.001)> Ftable (3.16) with a significant 0.000an <0.05; Performance improvement can be explained by self-efficacy and job satisfaction by 53.2% while the remaining 46.8% can be explained by factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. SMART Tbk Padang Halaban. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents, while the population used in this study was at PT. SMART Tbk Padang Halaban. The data collection technique is done by interview, questionnaire, and documentation study. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significance test (t-test), simultaneous significance testing (F test), and determination coefficient testing (R2). The results of this study indicate partially (t test) it is known that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMART Tbk Padang Halaban. Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. SMART Tbk Padang Halaban. Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. SMART Tbk Padang Halaban. Then Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. SMART Tbk Padang Halaban. In simultaneous testing (F test) it is known that leadership, work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMART Tbk Padang Halaban. Through testing the coefficient of determination (R Square) 58.6% means that Leadership, Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Performance by 3.43%, the remaining 2.85% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzesafety, health, and work accidents on the work productivity of the Civil Service Police Unit of Labuhanbatu Regency. This type of research is quantitative, the place of this research is the Civil Service Police Unit on Jalan. WR. Supratman No. 46, Labuhanbatu. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study were 233 employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Labuhanbatu Regency. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula, which was determined with a significance level of 0.05, so the sample size in this study was 147 people. The multiple linear regression equation from this research is: Y=0.914+01875X1+0.367X2+0.516X3. The value of B on safety (B1) is 0.187. The health value (B2) is 0.367. The work accident value (B3) is 0.516 and the constant value (a) is 0.914. The description of the multiple linear regression equation shows that the variables of safety (X1), health (X2), and work accidents (X3) have a positive direction coefficient on work productivity. The t-count value of 3.006 > t-table of 1.655 proves that the safety variable (X1) has a positive effect on the work productivity variable (Y). Then the significant value is 0.003 <0.05, which means the safety variable (X1) has a significant effect on the work productivity variable (Y). Based on the results of the regression analysis, the t-count value was 5.090 > t-table 1.655, which means that the health variable (X2) has a positive effect on the work productivity variable (Y). Then the significant value is 0.00o <0.05, which means that the health variable (X2) has a significant effect on the work productivity variable (Y). Furthermore, the results of the regression analysis obtained the t arithmetic value of 6.316 > t table 1.655 proving that the work accident variable (X3) has a positive effect on the work productivity variable (Y). Then the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 indicating that the work accident variable (X3) has a significant effect on the work productivity variable (Y). The value of Fcount is 104,734 > Ftable 2.67 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that safety (X1), health (X2), and work accidents (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work productivity (Y).

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction has an important role as a determinant for the success and development of a culinary company. So, the company must be able to make consumers feel satisfied and become loyal customers. There are several influencing factors, namely regarding the quality of service, promotion, and facilities that must be provided. This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables of service quality, promotion, and facilities on customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative research method, in which this method uses measurement tools or applications to obtain statistical values. The research population is customers who have visited the Ayam Penyet Cindelaras Rantauperapat Restaurant. The data that has been collected and obtained from the results of this study is then calculated using the smart plus 4 applications. From the results of the calculations that have been obtained, it is concluded that all outer loading values for each indicator are declared valid because they meet the standard or have an AVE value greater than 0.5 (> 0.5). latent variable consumer satisfaction has a good R Square value because it has a value greater than 0.75. Therefore, it can be concluded that the diversity of service quality variables, promotions, and facilities can affect the consumer satisfaction variable by 93%.
