Abstract

Planning and Construction of Daan Mogot Flats, West Jakarta using green building concept is the Government's effort to solve problem of housing needs for residents who do not have housing and low income. The planning and construction of Daan Mogot Flats, West Jakarta is a pilot project by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which is expected to create healthy, comfortable and effective housing for its residents and become example for other flats. The research entitled Study of Physical Comfort Level Space in the Residential Unit of Daan Mogot Flats, West Jakarta, have a purpose to know the extent of the comfort of the space in flat's residential unit when inhabited. This research is using quantitative method by instrument in the form of 40 respondents. The results show that level of physical comfort space in the residential unit of Daan Mogot Flats, West Jakarta is quite good, but there is still something needs to be improved, including the adequacy and quality of space that should be occupied by one family so that the adequacy and quality of space is more adequate, more optimize natural ventilation, use public facilities as selling areas not in residential units in order to obtain space suitability.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Unit hunian khususnya apartemen membutuhkan energi yang cukup besar terutama pada operasional apartemen. Efisiensi penggunaan energi unit hunian apartemen dapat menghemat biaya dan menyelamatkan lingkungan dimana persediaan energi dunia yang semakin lama semakin menipis. Ancaman krisis energi dapat membuat faktor energi menjadi suatu pertimbangan dalam sebuah desain arsitektur khususnya pada unit hunian apartemen. Riset internal ini dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi pembaca dan penulis dalam mengembangkan ilmunya terutama mengenai rekayasa dan teknologi ramah lingkungan yang menghasilkan bangunan hemat energi secara pasif khususnya apartemen di DKI Jakarta. Riset ini dilakukan pada unit hunian apartemen keluarga dengan dua (2) kamar tidur di Apartemen Bassura, Jakarta Timur.Metode yang akan dilakukan dalam melakukan riset internal ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode deksriptif. Riset internal ini juga menganalisa dan mengkaji sumber-sumber yang berkaitan dengan desain unit hunian apartemen yang hemat energi serta meneliti profil dari DKI Jakarta Timur yang berasal dari literatur melalui internet berupa jurnal nasional dan internasional, artikel ilmiah serta buku.  Kata Kunci: Desain Bangunan Hemat Energi, Unit Hunian Apartemen, Jakarta TImur

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengghasilkan penyusunan strategi dan desain struktur bangunan Elderly Housing yang dapat memberikan tempat bagi lansia dengan menyediakan fasilitas utama dan tambahan yang memadai, sambil mempertimbangkan aspek kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi mereka. Mengadakan kegiatan pengembangan diri bagi lansia untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan kreativitas mereka dalam mengembangakan bakat yang dimiliki oleh para lansia dan mampu menjaminkan pelayanan dalam aspek kesehatan dan keamanan kepada para lansia sehingga para lansia akan nyaman dan aman. Elderly Housing dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lansia, agar para lansia dapat melakukan berbagai aktivitas dengan lebih aman dan nyaman. Arsitektur perilaku adalah pendekatan arsitektur yang mempertimbangkan aspek perilaku dalam proses perancangan. Fokusnya adalah pada hubungan antara perilaku manusia dan lingkungan sekitarnya. sehingga konsep desain perilaku pada Elderly Housing dapat menjadi solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lansia agar aktivitas menjadi lebih produktif. Penerapan tema desain perancangan Elderly Housing Arsitektur di jakarta adalah Arsitektur perilaku memiliki keterkaitan yang kuat dengan prinsip-prinsip yang menekankan perhatian pada kondisi dan perilaku lansia (pensiunan). Tematik arsitektur perilaku ini juga berpedoman agar perancangan elderly housing dapat berinteraksi dengan pengguna dan lingkungan, sehingga aktivitas penghuni menjadi lebih nyaman, aman, serta memenuhi nilai estetika dan keseimbangan desain. Abstract

Senior Living atau hunian lansia merupakan hunian yang difokuskan pada komunitas lansia yang tinggal di apartemen maupun rumah pribadi. Hunian Lansia membantu lansia menjalani kehidupan sehari-harinya dengan menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental mereka dengan menyediakan fasilitas dan bantuan profesional. Arsitektur Tropis adalah salah satu tema dalam arsitektur yang berfokus pada pemecahan problematik iklim tropis seperti di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menciptakan desain hunian lansia dengan pendekatan prinsip-prinsip desain arsitektur tropis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data dari studi literatur, observasi dan wawancara, serta studi lapangan. Melalui penelitian, peneliti mendapatkan hasil yang mendukung perancangan dengan menerapkan tema arsitektur tropis pada hunian lansia sehingga memberikan kenyamanan maksimal pada lansia dalam menjalani hari tuanya.

Abstract

In carrying out the process of procuring goods and services, especially in the field of architecture, officials are obliged to prioritize ethics so that the implementation is professional, with integrity and accountability so that no irregularities occur. This research aims to analyze how ethics is applied in the implementation of government procurement of goods and services in Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive analysis method by collecting literature studies, observations are then analyzed. The results show that officials involved in providing goods and services are required to apply ethics and have a professional spirit, not influence each other, avoid conflicts of interest, take preventive actions that result in waste, not abuse authority and accept gratification, accept duties and responsibilities well.

Abstract

Housing is one of the basic human needs. Houses are also a place for humans to take refuge from heat and rain. North Jakarta is one of the administrative cities in DKI Jakarta Province where most of the area is residential areas because the number of people is always increasing from year to year. Therefore, good design is needed from the architectural side so that the houses that are designed and built will provide comfort for their residents. The method used in the research entitled 1-storey Residential House Design with an Environmentally Friendly Concept in North Jakarta is to use a descriptive qualitative method by determining the location, looking for literature studies from articles or books, conducting an analysis at the location, then making drawings of the design of a 1-storey residential house with an environmentally friendly concept. The design drawings are expected to provide comfort for its occupants when they have been built and inhabited.

Abstract

Lecturers and students of the Architecture Study Program at the Christian University of Indonesia together in partnership with Antheia and Fempire once again held a Community Service on Harapan Island by raising the title "Utilizing Waste from the Natural Resources of Harapan Island to Become Kitchen/Pantry Decoration Elements in Residential Homes.” This is the fourth Community Service activity on Harapan Island where the method that were used involved conducting socialization with the Harapan island’s housewives as participants with the approach involved providing instructional material from the speaker and then guiding the participants in practicing the material presented. The results showed that almost all participants were able to complete the products in form of table decorations for the pantry/kitchen as well as used bottles with shell ornaments added to them.

Abstract

The Community Service activities conducted by the UKI’s Architecture Study Program focused on the theme of 'Green Action 35: Redesign of Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space in Kebon Pala Village’. The aim is to provide design proposals to restore its usability and functionality for Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space which has become unsuitable and non-functional. The method involves conducting a location survey, measuring and documenting the existing conditions, and creating a design proposal for the renovation, which will be presented to the Village Head, sub-district officials, and the management of the Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space. The result of this Community Service activity is a design proposal that is expected to be implemented so it can be reused.

Abstract

Architecture is a science that studies designing a building by applying 3 principles, namely strength, function, and beauty. A building generally consists of a form or pattern in the form of 2 dimensions, for example, the floor plane, the ceiling plane, and others, and the shape/form consists of the shape/shape of a volume (3 dimensions), for example, the space in the building. In designing a building, an architect who is an expert in the field of architecture is needed. This study uses a descriptive method to find out how to make design drawing documents by utilizing BIM technology, AutoCAD software, and SketchUp. The results show that BIM technology, AutoCAD software, and Sketch can produce architectural design drawings more efficiently in terms of time, and cost and produce more accurate image quality. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the results show that the use of BIM technology, AutoCAD software, and sketch-up in architectural design can produce architectural design drawings more efficiently in terms of time, and cost and produce more accurate image quality.
