Abstract

Kualitas merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dan tak terkecuali dalam hal pelayanan. Apabila kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pihak perusahaan dirasakan baik oleh konsumen maka perusahaan tersebut mampu menghadapi persaingan bisnis dengan kompetitornya. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Hotel “X” Bandung dilihat dari harapan atau ekspektasi pelanggan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu tamu di Hotel ”X” Bandung yang sesuai dengan karakteristik-karakteristik sampel berjumlah 57 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Service Quality yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur Hill N.(2007) sebagai pengembangan dari alat ukur Zeithaml V.A (1988). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi tangible, dimensi reliability dan dimensi responsiveness (kecekatan) berada p ada kategori sedang. Berbeda dengan dimensi empathy yang berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan dimensi assurance berada pada kategori rendah.

Abstract

The decision between prioritizing home responsibilities or career aspirations has become a significant issue for women globally, impacting their quality of life. This quantitative study employs a cross-sectional design to explore the effects of self-esteem and marital satisfaction on the quality of life among non-working housewives. A purposive sampling method was used to select participants, and data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The findings reveal a significant relationship between self-esteem and quality of life, as well as between marital satisfaction and quality of life. Both self-esteem and marital satisfaction are found to significantly influence the quality of life of housewives. Future research should explore the impact of additional factors such as social support networks and personal aspirations on quality of life. Additionally, interventions aimed at strengthening self-esteem and marital relationships could provide valuable insights into improving overall well-being for this demographic.

Abstract

Adolescent who live in orphanages face many problems, especially the most dominant ones, namely the transition to residence, how to socialize and behave. Teenager who live in orphanages have different backgrounds, from poor economic conditions to parents who have died. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of art therapy in reducing anxiety in adolescent living in orphanages. This research uses a quasi experimental method with a pre - post test approach with control group design. The number of samples in this study were 16 teenagers who lived in an orphanage. Analysis using dependent t test data and independent t test. Paired sample t-test DASS in the intervention group, the results obtained with a P value of 0.000. Paired sample t-test DASS in the control group, the result obtained with a P value 0.017. Independent t-test of pre anxiety based on DASS in the intervention and control groups, the results obtained with a P value of 0.091. Independent t-test of post anxiety based on DASS in the intervention and control groups, the results obtained with P value 0.000. This indicates that there was a very significant change before and after the intervention in terms of anxiety.

Abstract

Pelanggan merupakan suatu bagian penting dalam dunia bisnis dan memiliki pengaruh besar dalam roda usaha dan bisnis. Dalam proses bisnis, pelanggan tentu ingin dilayani dengan baik dan pelanggan akan merasa puas apabila harapannya terpenuhi terhadap produk atau jasa yang dirasakan. Dengan demikian diharapkan pelanggan yang puas akan menjadi loyal dengan menggunakan produk atau jasa yang dirasakan secara berulang. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai loyalitas pelanggan di Hotel “X” Bandung berdasarkan pada dimensi dan tipe-tipe loyalitas pelanggan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu tamu di Hotel ”X” Bandung yang sesuai dengan karakteristik sampel yang ditentukan peneliti dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner loyalitas pelanggan yang disusun oleh peneliti berdasarkan pada pendekatan perilaku loyalitas menurut Griffin J. (2005). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi pembelian berulang dan dimensi keterikatan relative, keduanya berada pada kategori sedang. Sedangkan tingkat loyalitas pelanggan berdasarkan pada tipe atau jenis loyalitas, diperoleh hasil bahwa sebagian besar pelanggan atau tamu hotel termasuk dalam tipe premium loyalty (loyalitas premium), dimana tingkat keterikatan yang tinggi berjalan selaras dengan aktivitas pembelian berulang yang tinggi pula.

Abstract

Psychological well-being and resilience are important for teenagers who have single parents. Both of these things have some of the same goals, where both have the aim of achieving the best condition for the individual. The aim of this research is to empirically test the relationship between resilience and psychological well-being in adolescents who have single parents. This research was conducted on 80 respondents with certain criteria, namely teenagers who had a single parent for at least ? 6 months and lived in Jabodetabek. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires containing the respondent's identity and the research scale. The scale used is the psychological well-being and resilience scale. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this research is the Kolmogrov-Smirnov normality test. Based on data analysis, the F value was 403.660 and the significance value was 0.001 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a very significant relationship between resilience and psychological well-being in teenagers who have single parents. The direction of the positive relationship shows that the higher the resilience, the higher the psychological well-being and vice versa, the lower the resilience, the lower the psychological well-being.
