Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to improve student character through education policy. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research can be classified in the category of field research. Data collection used in this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that the PGSD study program policy in its efforts to improve student character is by character education strategy, namely the development of an educational unit culture through a policy of using uniform and point cards. Co-curricular character education strategy through the activities of the learning media competition festival and the PGSD Award. Extracurricular character education strategy through Scouting and Kepalangmerahan activities. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the competency achievement of prospective elementary school teacher students in micro teaching during the covid-19 pandemic. Competence in micro teaching is a fundamental competence that must be mastered by prospective elementary school teacher students. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively. The research subjects were students of class A6 and A7, totaling 80 students. This research was conducted from February-July 2021. The results showed that 36.50% of students achieved a score of > 71 and 45.75% of students achieved a score of > 81 which were in the high category. Meanwhile, 85.20% of students have carried out these aspects well and obtained a score of > 70. This shows that through online micro teaching that is well planned and packaged, it is still able to lead students to achieve the expected competencies. The achievement of this micro teaching competency is due to the selection of the right learning media and infrastructure. The media used has a good level of convenience and flexibility so that all students can apply it well and have a good impact on the achievement of micro teaching competencies.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this activity is to overcome the difficulties of teachers in planning and implementing learning with scientific approach and character value. The method of this activity is in the form of training, then the participants are guided to apply the training results in the process of developing learning tools with scientific approach integrated character value. This training is held 8 times, it is intended that the participants are able to develop and implement scientifically-oriented learning tools that integrate character values correctly. The training results show the average pretest score of 45.72. The score indicates that the participants' knowledge of the scientific approach and the value of the character are still low and the need for training in the preparation of learning tools with a scientific approach that integrates the character values. The average postes result is 78,54. While the average percentage increase in the score from pretest to postes of 32.81%. It shows that the increase of score from pretes to postes has fulfilled the training target that is > 25%. The average of the result of the assessment of learning device product of scientific approach and integrated character value equal to 76,18 which have fulfilled the training target that is > 70.Keywords: learning tool, scientific approach, character value Abstrak. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengatasi kesulitan guru dalam merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik dan nilai karakter. Metode kegiatan ini adalah berupa pelatihan, selanjutnya peserta dibimbing untuk menerapkan hasil pelatihan dalam proses menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik terintegrasi nilai karakter. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 8 kali, hal ini dimaksudkan agar peserta mampu menyusun dan mengimplementasikan perangkat pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik terintegrasi nilai karakter dengan benar. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan rata-rata skor pretes sebesar 45,72. Skor tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pngetahuan peserta tentang pendekatan saintifik dan nilai nilai karakter masih rendah dan perlu adanya pelatihan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik yang mengintegrasikan nilai karakter. Hasil rata-rata postes yaitu sebesar 78,54. Sedangkan rata rata persentase peningkatan skor dari pretes ke postes sebesar 32,81%.  Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan skor dari pretes ke postes sudah memenuhi target pelatihan yaitu > 25%. Rata rata hasil penilaian produk perangkat pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik dan terintegrasi nilai karakter sebesar sebesar 76,18 yang sudah memenuhi target pelatihan yaitu >70.Kata kunci : perangkat pembelajaran, pendekatan saintifik, nilai karakter

Abstract

The level of parental education is the lack of parental involvement in accompanying the child's growth and development, poor parenting, and parents' difficulties in meeting children's educational needs. Therefore, through this study want to find out how much influence the level of parental education on student achievement. This study uses a literature study method by reading then recording and understanding, analyzing, and comparing one or other things related to the influence of education level on children's learning achievement. The results of the study showed that the level of parental education affected the achievement of students with the moderate category. In addition, children's achievement also affects factors between individuals.

Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini berkembang dengan kecepatan yang semakin meningkat dan mendatangkan dampak yang positif bagi kemajuan dunia pendidikan. Pemaksimalan penggunaan teknologi dalam hal yang positif tentunya akan melibatkan guru sebagai pendidik untuk kemajuan teknologi dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, semua pihak yang bersentuhan langsung dengan dunia pendidikan harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi yang tersedia saat ini. Guru sebagai fasilitator dalam proses pembelajaran perlu mengembangkan media pembelajaran gunanya untuk lebih memahamkan peserta didik dalam memahami konsep dan materi pelajaran. Guru dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif sebagai sarana pendukung dalam proses belajar di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan website wordwall terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan observasi terhadap proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di SD Masjid Syuhada. Selama observasi, permasalahan yang muncul adalah motivasi peserta didik yang rendah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen dengan desain Pre-Experimental Design dengan pola One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05), artinya terdapat pengaruh antara pretest dan postest menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan website wordwall terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengembangan media Karamahat (Keanekaragaman rumah adat) dalam bentuk CD (Compact Disc), 2) peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi keanekaragaman rumah adat di Indonesia kelas 4 sekolah dasar menggunakan media Karamahat (Keanekaragaman rumah adat) dalam bentuk CD (Compact Disc). Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Prosedur pengembangan dalam penelitian ini adalah potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian pengembangan menunjukkan 1) langkah-langah pengembangan yang digunakan: a) potensi dan masalah, b) pengumpulan data, c) desain produk, d) validasi desain, e) revisi desain, f) uji coba produk. 2) Peningkatan prestasi belajar menggunakan media Karamahat (Keanekaragaman rumah adat) dalam bentuk CD (Compact Disc) melalui Pretest dan Postest pada kelas before-after dengan uji data menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test. Nilai Sig. (2-tailed) pada Postest adalah 0.021 < 0.05 sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan media Karamahat (Keanekaragaman rumah adat) dalam bentuk CD (Compact Disc) layak digunakan dan dapat meningkatkan pretasi belajar siswa kelas 4 sekolah dasar pada materi keanekaragaman rumah adat di Indonesia.
