Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know 1) the effect of product attribute variable consisting of product quality, features and design simultaneously to customer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 2) the effect of product quality variable on consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 3) the influence of feature variables on consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 4) the influence of design variables on consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. This type of research is a survey research. The sample size is 60 respondents by using snowball sampling technique. The method of analysis is statistical analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. Result of research 1) variable of product attribute consisting of product quality, feature and design simultaneously have significant effect to consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 2) variable of product quality significantly influence to consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 3) feature variable significantly influence consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City. 4) design variables significantly influence consumer satisfaction using Asus brand smartphone in Palu City.

Jumlahsampel 60 respondendenganmenggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Metode analisis adalah analisis statistik Regresi Linear Berganda (Multiple Linear Regression).Hasilpenelitian 1) variabel atribut produk yang terdiri dari kualitas produk, fitur dan desain secara serempak berpengaruhsignifikanterhadap kepuasan konsumen menggunakan smartphonemerekAsus di Kota Palu. 2) variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen menggunakan smartphone merekAsus di Kota Palu. 3) variabel fitur berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen menggunakan smartphone merekAsus di Kota Palu. 4) variabel desain berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen menggunakan smartphone merek Asus di Kota Palu.

Abstract

Diversifikasi usaha dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi para nelayan di Kecamaan Talaga Raya, dengan melakukan diversifikasi ini para nelayan mempunyai peluang untuk meningkatkan pendapatan mereka apabila mereka tidak pergi melaut. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui diversifikasi usaha yang dilakukan nelayan di kecamatan talaga raya kabupaten buton tengah dalam meningkatkan pendapatannya.Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 15 orang nelayan, diambil dari keluarga nelayan di kecamatan talaga raya kabupaten buton tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan 1) Diversifikasi dilakukan oleh para nekayan di kecamatan talaga raya kabupaten buton tengah, yaitu tukang service elektronik, tukang kayu, berdagang, berkebun, dan lainnya. 2) Diversifikasi usaha nelayan ini mampu membantu dalam meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Pekerjaan nelayan sering terkendala karena faktor cuaca dan kerusakan mesin perahu.

Abstract

Problem research this the grammatical meaning on the poetry collection Perihal Gendis by Sapardi Djoko Damono as an alternative teaching material in high schools. The aim of this research is to describe the grammatical meaning of the poetry collection Perihal Gendis by Sapardi Djoko Damono as an alternative teaching material in high schools. The method in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This method is adapted to the research objective, namely to describe the types of grammatical meaning in the poetry collection Perihal Gendis by Sapardi Djoko Damono as an alternative teaching material in high school. The results of the research that there is carried out are available 60 quotes grammatical meaning on the poetry collection Perihal Gendis. The grammatical meaning consists of 34 quotations of the type of grammatical meaning of affixation, 14 quotations of the type of grammatical meaning of reduplication, and 12 quotations of the type of grammatical meaning of composition. From three types grammatical meaning most found type affixation gramatical meaning. Based on the objectives of learning Indonesian language and literature, this collection of poetry can be used as an alternative teaching material in high school. This collection of poems Perihal Gendis by Sapardi Djoko Damono meets the criteria for teaching materials and provides positive benefits for students. Teachers can use collection of poems Perihal Gendis by Sapardi Djoko Damono as an alternative for learning grammatical meaning. Based on linguistic, psychological and cultural background aspects of students, this collection of poetry can be used as an alternative teaching material for learning Indonesian in high school.
