Abstract

Human resource management becomes a important aspect for an organization's, because it is the human who built up and develop the organization, to achieve its objectives. Achieving a goals for the company depends not only on modern equipment, facilities and complete infrastructure, but depends on the people who carry out the work. The success of an organization is influenced by the performance of individual employees. Amongs the important functions of human resource management, one of the most important in achieving optimal performance in terms of operational revenue of an airport is the improvement of the quality of Human Resources. The improvement of human resources can be done with the provision of education and training. PT Angkasa Pura I (PERSERO) is a State Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that engaged an airports services that manage 13 airports in the Central Region to Eastern Indonesia. In a human resource management,compensation satisfaction also become an important aspect because satisfaction of compensation can influence employee's behavior to work more excited and high performance. This study is more focused on whether the cost that has been spent so far can really contributes to get a better in net operating income or in fact there is no significant linkage. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the contribution of compensation and training and employee development on net operating income. The sample in this study are PT Angkasa Pura I annual report on the year 2017 with 13 branches airport. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS software or PASW (Predictive Analytics SoftWare). The limitation in this study actually the data for training and employee development still minim. There is no detail about how much each training and development that company spend for that. so because of that we can really have a detail information about it.

Abstract

In general, signs of BUMDes' success include steadily rising revenues and assets, a widening customer base, staff members who are able to do their jobs, and a positive influence on local communities. BUMDes that are constructed sporadically assist the community. This is brought on by persistent management system shortcomings, unsolved capital-related barriers, and the requirement to boost the caliber of human resources. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology and the Donald van Metter and Carl van Horn theory of A Model of Policy Implementation. In the Indonesian province of Banyumas, the study included a sample of 80 BUMDES. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were the data gathering methods employed. Purposive sampling was performed as part of the informant selection process. The findings suggested that the BUMDes initiative may have been implemented more effectively. The village side anticipates an increase in local income as a result of the development of BUMDes. However, adopting it faces several challenges, including a lack of socialization of BUMDes work, widespread coverage, the managers' poor managerial skills, and little understanding of BUMDes management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer engagement mediation on the causal relationship of informative value on consumer buying interest moderated by product type (search product vs experience product) on the TikTok platform. This research is a type of quantitative research using a survey method conducted by distributing questionnaires to TikTok users throughout Indonesia. The sample determination was carried out using the purposive sampling method, with 212 TikTok users divided into 104 sample search products or 108 sample experience products. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and using the SmartPLS Structural Equation Model. The results of the research show that: (1) the informative value has a significant effect on consumer engagement, (2) the influence of informative value is higher on search products compared to experience products. In order to increase consumer engagement, sellers on TikTok can increase content that is of value to consumers as an effort to increase consumer engagement with digital content marketing, especially emphasizing the informative value of search products
