Abstract

Tinutuan is known as a local culinary which is close to all socio-economic status, religion and belief, gender, and age. There is no limit to consuming it, therefore tinutuan can be accepted as one of the culinary choices for people outside the region and abroad. The problem now, things related to history, preparation, processing, and presentation tinutuan not all people Manado City find out tinutuan fans. This study aims to interpret the tinutuan gastronomic inheritance system so that tinutuan as gastronomy in Manado City is not marginalized even extinct. Research data in the form of observation, interview, literature study, and documentation by using qualitative approach. Informants were determined purposively. The results show formal and informal inheritance systems in gin tinutuan gastronomic practices. Tinutuan gastronomy became the culinary heritage of the city of Manado, therefore recommended inheritance system in the family and culinary business is not broken. In addition, the active role of society and educational organizations to socialize tinutuan culinary in the pattern of daily eating habits.
Pemberdayaan Kader dan Pemberian Tinu Key bagi Ibu Hamil untuk Mencegah Stunting Didesa Likupang Satu Solang, Sesca Diana; Lumy, Freike Sofie Nonce; Langi, Grace Kerly Lony

Abstract

ABSTRAK Likupang Timur merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara yang terdiri dari 18 desa. Minahasa Utara merupakan kabupaten yang memiliki prevalensi ibu hamil dengan Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) sebanyak 8.76%. Berdasarkan data (SKI) tahun 2023 di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara prevelensi angka balita stunting mencapai 21.3%. Khusus di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, prevalesi stunting sebesar 10.9%. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberdayakan kader kesehatan dalam menunjang kesehatan masyarakat khususnya pada ibu hamil. Dengan melakukan deteksi dini yaitu penilaian status gizi dan pemeriksaan kadar Hb untuk mengetahui masalah gizi yang dialami ibu hamil, serta melakukan intervensi pemberian tinutuan model tinu key kepada ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan kader kesehatan, penilaian status gizi, pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin, serta pemberian makanan tambahan yang dimodifikasi yaitu tinu key. Hasil pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil yaitu tidak anemia sebanyak 15 orang dan hasil penilaian status gizi ibu hamil berdasarkan pengukuran Lingkar Lengan Atas dari 15 ibu hamil yaitu dengan kategori Normal 86,7% dan KEK 13,3%.  Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kegiatan dalam rangka mengatasi masalah gizi yang melibatkan semua sektor dan stakeholders seperti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Kader Kesehatan, Status Gizi, Kader Hemoglobin, Tinu Key, Ibu Hamil  ABSTRACT East Likupang is a sub-district in North Minahasa Regency, comprising 18 villages. North Minahasa Regency has a prevalence of 8.76% among pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). Based on 2023 data (SKI) in North Sulawesi Province, the prevalence of stunting in toddlers reached 21.3%. Specifically in North Minahasa Regency, the prevalence of stunting was 10.9%. The purpose of this activity is to empower health cadres to support public health, especially for pregnant women. By conducting early detection, namely assessing nutritional status and checking Hb levels to identify nutritional problems experienced by pregnant women, as well as conducting interventions providing tinu key model to pregnant women. The methods used are training health cadres, assessing nutritional status, checking hemoglobin levels, and providing modified supplementary food, namely Tinu Key. The results of the hemoglobin level examination of pregnant women were that 15 people were not anemic, and the results of the nutritional status assessment of pregnant women based on the measurement of the Upper Arm Circumference of 15 pregnant women were categorized as Normal 86.7% and KEK 13.3%. Therefore, activities are needed to address nutritional problems that involve all sectors and stakeholders, such as community service activities. Keywords: Health Cadres, Nutritional Status, Hemoglobin Cadres, Tinutuan, Pregnant Women
