Abstract

Tak Oyai dance is a cultural heritage of the community of Pesisir Selatan Regency, particularly Painan Timur. The research focused on Tak Oyai dance in the Aie Duku Village, where the dance is herited from their ancestors. This research used qualitative method; where data is collected by observation, interviews, and documentation using equipments such as video and audio recorder, also camera. Research findings prove that Tak Oyai dance is recognized as a cultural heritage in the social and cultural life of the community, however it is not recognized as the current tradition and culture of the Aie Duku community, therefore it is rarely presented in entertaining and ceremonial event. In the other hand there is still an attempt preserve the dance although not yet successful.

Abstract

Education at the elementary level has an important role in shaping students' creativity, which is the key to success in facing future challenges. One factor that can influence student creativity is the education management system implemented in elementary schools. This research aims to evaluate the effect of the education management system in elementary schools on increasing student creativity. The research method used is an evaluation study with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to elementary school students to measure their perceptions of the education management system implemented in schools. Apart from that, academic score data was also obtained to measure students' creativity levels. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between the education management system in elementary schools and increasing student creativity. Schools that implement an inclusive education management system, provide space for students' creative expression, and encourage project-based learning tend to have higher levels of student creativity. Based on these findings, it is recommended that elementary schools continue to improve the implementation of educational management systems that support the development of student creativity. This can be done through training for teachers in designing learning that promotes creativity, the use of innovative educational technology, and collaboration between schools, parents and communities to create learning environments that stimulate student creativity

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Learning Engagement berdampak pada kemandirian belajar mahasiswa di era Society 5.0. Fokus masalah adalah bagaimana integrasi teknologi dan keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dapat menumbuhkan kemandirian dalam belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 349 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Padang yang bertindak sebagai responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda melalui software SPSS versi 26. Hasil studi mengonfirmasi adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari penggunaan Artificial Inteligence dan Learning Engagement terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa, baik secara simultan maupun parsial.
