Abstract

On a classical computer or a binary computer, calculations are done simultaneously so as to produce the equations and algorithms. The result of this research shows that to determined maximum value specified in the algorithm using quantum Guarded-Command Language (qGCl) in quantum computer. Initially determine of maximum value was construct in Djikstra’s Guarded-Command Language (GCL) which is then implemented on Zuliani’s probability Guarded-Command Language (pGCL) furthermore applying to quantum Guarded-Command Language (qGCL) for last result. Of concern here is the speed in resolving a problem or calculate problem. Due to the Quantum Computer has a Quantum Bit (qubit) and a phenomenon commonly called superposition. Abstract

Latar belakang: Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) atau disebut penyakit degeneratif adalah tipe penyakit yang muncul akibat penurunan atau perubahan fungsi sel-sel pada tubuh. Dengan bertambahnya umur, fungsi fisiologis mengalami penurunan akibat proses penuaan sehingga PTM banyak muncul pada lanjut usia seperti hipertensi dan diabetes. Tujuan: Melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan dan pemeriksaan skrining PTM pada warga lansia untuk meningkatkan kesadaran warga khususnya lansia terhadap resiko PTM. Metode: Kegiatan dilakukan di Balai Desa Penyangkringan, Kecamatan Weleri Kabupaten Kendal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan sasaran kegiatan adalah seluruh lansia yang tinggal di Desa Penyangkringan RT 01 RW 03. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi pendekatan, persiapan, penyuluhan tentang PTM dan pemeriksaan kesehatan berupa cek tekanan darah dan cek gula darah, serta evaluasi. Hasil: Dari 26 partisipan terdapat peningkatan nilai rerata sebesar 35 poin (40,2%) pada warga lansia setelah pemaparan materi. Rerata tekanan darah partisipan 160/94mmHg (tekanan darah tinggi), sedangkan rerata gula darah adalah 179g/dL (gula darah tinggi). Kesimpulan: Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang PTM. Tekanan darah dan gula darah warga lansia di Desa Penyangkringan didominasi dengan hasil diatas nilai normal dengan rerata 160/94mmHg untuk tekanan darah dan 179g/dL untuk gula darah. Kata kunci: gula darah, lansia, penyakit tidak menular, tekanan darah ______________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), often known as degenerative diseases, are diseases that develop as a result of a decrease or change in the activity of cells in the body. As people age, their physiological capabilities decline, resulting in the appearance of several NCDs such as hypertension and diabetes. Objective: Conduct health education and PTM screening examinations for elderly residents to raise awareness of the risks of PTM among residents, particularly the elderly. Method: The program was held at the Penyangkringan Village Hall in Weleri District, Kendal Regency, Central Java Province, to reach out to all elderly residents of Penyangkringan Village RT 01 RW 03. The activity stages included approach, preparation, NCD education, health tests such as blood pressure and blood glucose checks, and evaluation. Result: After receiving the educational materials, 26 participants' average score increased by 35 points (40.2%). The individuals' average blood pressure was 160/94mmHg (high blood pressure), and their average blood glucose level was 179g/dL (high blood glucose). Conclusion: There was an increase in knowledge after health education about NCDs was carried out. The elderly residents of Penyangkringan Village has blood pressure and blood sugar levels that are above normal, with an average of 160/94mmHg for blood pressure and 179g/dL for blood glucose. Abstract

The rapid digital transformation in the banking sector presents critical challenges for rural banks (BPR), which lack the resources for structured adaptation. This issue creates an urgent need to understand the human-centered mechanisms and digital competencies interacting with technology that determine successful performance outcomes in this new era. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital skills and AI utilization on BPR employee performance, with digital competence and innovation as mediating variables. This study employed a quantitative explanatory survey method among BPR employees. Data were collected from 250 respondents selected through purposive sampling, using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software to test the hypotheses. The study findings prove that all nine hypotheses are accepted. Digital Skills (X1) and Artificial Intelligence (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Digital Competence (Z1), Innovation (Z2), and Employee Performance (Y). AI is the strongest direct driver of performance, accompanied by Digital Competence. Digital Competence and Innovation serve as critical mediators for performance improvement investments. This study presents an integrated empirical model for Indonesian rural banks. The main practical implication is the need to prioritize the development of human resource capabilities in technology procurement by implementing tiered training to build structured digital competencies, targeted integration of AI into core processes supported by training, and building an organizational culture that encourages technology-based innovation.
