Abstract

ABSTRACT Globalization Economics have resulted progressively the increasing of strength of customer and market, and also affect at hyper competitions creation. Because with economics area globalization make economics without there is State boundary, so that facilitate entry of business perpetrator from within and abroad. To be able to stay in the middle of the hyper competition, of vital importance to company to be able to gratify its customer. For the shake of reaching of satisfaction of customer, company cope to yield a product which later, be offered to the market. But product which on the market by an unwelcome company sometimes market, this matter happened because market will look for product matching with their desire and requirement so that consumer or market satisfied. In effort reach excellence of competitive with focusing at satisfaction of customer, this matter have to represent the part of policy of company to create hand in glove relation with customer. And later, then this matter have to be inculcated in each company member individual to have desire serve customer eminently. Because this step can give customer benefit will satisfy because their requirement and desire fulfilled and satisfied customer of loyal to company. Abstract

ABSTRACT Environmental, organizational and technological factors create a high competitive business environment, where these factors are rapidly changing, which is sometimes unpredictable way. Due to this rapid change, the company (in this case SMEs) need to react quickly in the face of problems and opportunities resulting from the new business environment (which focuses on the consumer). So in order to succeed (survive) in this dynamic world, companies should not only perform traditional measures such as lowering costs, but also perform activities such as changing the structure of innovation or process as a critical responses activities. Abstract

Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan.pada Karang Taruna Desa Bangsri Kecamatan Karangpandan Kabupaten Karanganyar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Minggu, tanggal 27 Agustus 2017 jam 08.00 WIB sampai dengan jam 12.30 WIB, bertempat di Balai Desa Bangsri, Kecamatan Karangpandan, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Dengan judul: ”Penyuluhan Tentang Kewirausahaan dan Manajemen Usaha Kecil pada Karang Taruna Desa Bangsri Kecamatan Karangpandan Kabupaten Karanganyar”. Luaran dari kegiatan dari ini diharapkan dapat : 1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan pengurus dan anggota Karang Taruna Desa Bangsri Kecamatan Karangpandan Kabupaten Karanganyar tentang konsep-konsep kewirausahaan agar mereka memiliki pengetahuan yang benar tentang kewirausahaan 2) Membekali pengurus dan anggota Karang Taruna Desa Bangsri Kecamatan Karangpandan Kabupaten Karanganyar tentang bagaimana mengelola usaha kecil yang akan mereka rintis, sedang mereka jalankan dan telah mereka jalankan yang sekarang sudah tidak lagi mereka jalankan. Kegiatan yang akan dilakukan meliputi: 1. Pemilihan peserta pengabdian pada masyarakat, yaitu pengurus dan anggota pada Karang Taruna Desa Bangsri Kecamatan Karangpandan Kabupaten Karanganyar. 2. Penyampaian materi penyuluhan, 3. Pelaksanaan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang akan dilakukan dengan cara: sebelum penyuluhan dilakukan tanya jawab untuk mengetahui pengetahuan awal dari peserta tentang wirausaha dan tentang mengelola usaha kecil, setelah penyuluhan selesai, dilakukan tanya jawab lagi tentang materi yang sama. Dengan membandingkan hasil jawaban yang telah dilakukan, maka diketahui ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang wirausaha dan bagaimana cara mengelola usaha kecil.Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, Usaha Kecil

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of the product and the price of thepurchase decision with the level of service as a moderating variable (Survey onconsumer Luwes group Surakata). The population in this study is that consumersLuwes Group Surakarta. While the sample is taken as many as 50 people withpurposive random sampling method.The results of the research indicate thatregression test showed that the variable regression dominant influence on consumerdecision in buying products in Luwes Group is the price. T test results showed that:1. There was a significant effect of the product on the consumer's decision to buyLuwes Group Surakarta, so hypothesis 1 proved to be true. 2. There is a significantinfluence on the price of consumer buying decisions on consumer Luwes GroupSurakarta, so hypothesis 2 unsubstantiated. 3. There is no significant effect of thelevel of service to the consumer buying decision on Luwes Group Surakarta., Thethird hypothesis is not proven true. This absolute difference I in test results showthat: the level of service does not moderate influence on the decision to buy theproduct on Luwes group Surakarta. So the hypothesis 4 is not proven true. The testresults showed that the difference in absolute II: the level of service moderate theeffect of price on purchase decisions on Luwes group Surakarta, so the hypothesis 5proven true.Keywords: product, price, service level, the decision to buy.

Abstract

In order to achieve a competitive advantage, companies should always attention and adjust to the changing corporate environment. Changes in corporate environments including internal environment (egg, changes in size, structure) and external environment (egg: change desires and expectations of consumers, changes in technology, companies, competitors). Adjustments to the environment can have an impact on a change in operating strategy. Basically to achieve competitive advantage through the establishment and implementation of operating strategies can be done through: leadership in product differentiation, cost leadership and leadership in response to the speed of the response. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress conflicts and organizational culture on employee performance. The first hypothesis examines whether conflicts have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The second hypothesis examines whether job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The third hypothesis examines whether organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The population in this research is 475 employees at PT Duta Plast in Sukoharjo. This research is a census study using proportional random sampling technique. The sample used was 119 people by referring formula from arikunto because of the large population. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Analyzer used in this research is multiple linear regression and absolute difference test. The results of the research instruments show that the overall variables of conflict, work stress, organizational culture and employee performance are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that the free data multicollinearity, free autocorrelation, free heteroscedasticity and normal distributed data. The result of the research instrument test shows that work stress conflict, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of PT Duta Plast in Sukoharjo.Keywords: Conflict, work stress, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Desa Papahan, Kec. Tasikmadu, Kab. Karanganyar. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. By comparing the results of answers that have been done, it will be known whether there is an increase in knowledge about the entrepreneurship and scope.Keywords: Counseling, entrepreneurship, management

Abstract

It has purpose to analyze the significance of organizational commitment and leadership style on work motivation as a mediating variable in the district inspectorate of Ponorogo. The benefits of practical research can be a consideration in management decision making in the future examinations and academically can increase knowledge, especially about the development of human resources. The sample is amounted to 39 respondents from a population of 39 civil servants with the calculation of the number of respondents using the technique taken from the entire population. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational commitment on work motivation and job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on civil servants work motivation in the district inspectorate of Ponorogo.

Abstract

The purchase of cosmetic product is a need that must be fulfilled for some women. The existance of cosmetics that have various types, colors, and advantagel in providing function for customers requires the cosmetics industry to further develop production tecnology and develop its marketing strategies to get position on the market. The study aims to determine the effect partially between ; brand image, a halal label and advertising on customer loyalty. The population is archipelago Natural PT consumer in Keadawung sub district Sragen regency in 2019. The sample was take by puposive random samplingbof 100 respondents. Data collection tecniquel use quitionanaires, after that has been tasted using instrument namely validity and reabibility. Classic asummtion test, namely normaly, multicolonearity, heterosdastisity, and autocorrelation. Hyphotesis testing uses multiple linear regression, t test, f test of model accuraly and coeffisient of determinan.The inquiry of the brand image variable is valid, the inqury of the variable halal label is valid, the inqury of the variable advertising is valid, and the inqury of variable customer loyalty is valid also. The multicolonearity test no multicolonearity, hetereskedastisicity test no heterskedasticity, the autocorrelation test no autocorrelation, and normacility test is normacility. Research of result is: “brand image, halal label and advertising there are a significant effect on customer loyalty moreskin cosmetic product in Kedawung sub district Sragen regency”.
