Abstract

Abstrak — Layanan TIK Pemerintah Kota Manado merupakan layanan-layanan publik yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Manado yang berbasis TIK. Pelayanan publik dapat diartikan pemberian layanan (melayani) keperluan masyarakat yang mempunyai kepentingan kepada organisasi itu sesuai dengan aturan pokok dan tata cara yang telah ditetapkan. Mutu layanan publik yang memanfaatkan TIK dalam proses penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah diharapkan dapat menciptakan pemerintahan yang bersih dan transparan. Dalam kenyataannya pelayanan publik oleh aparatur pemerintah dewasa ini masih banyak dijumpai kelemahan, sehingga belum dapat memenuhi kualitas yang diharapkan masyarakat. Dengan permasalahan diatas maka dilakukan penelitian dengan judul Analisa Kepuasan Masyarakat Pengguna Terhadap Layanan Aplikasi TIK Pemerintah Kota Manado, hal tersebut perlu dilakukan dengan  mengevaluasi atau menilai  jenis pelayanan yang ada di pemerintahan. Evaluasi atau penilaian yang akan dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM). Hasil dari Analisa Kepuasan Masyarakat Pengguna Terhadap Layanan Aplikasi TIK Pemerintah Kota Manado adalah untuk menilai tingkat kepuasan masyarakat. Penilaian yang diberikan masyarakat menentukan ukuran kinerja pelayanan publik dan berdasarkan hal tersebut maka akan diberikan suatu saran perbaikan pada kekurangan yang ditemkan pada sistem keamanan informasi.  Kata kunci — TIK, Kota Manado, IKP, Layanan, Pemerintah, Kualitas..  Abstract — Manado City Government ICT Services are public services organized by the Manado City Government based on ICT. Public services can be interpreted as providing services (serving) the needs of the community that have an interest in the organization in accordance with the basic rules and procedures that have been set. The quality of public services that utilize ICT in the process of administering local government is expected to create a clean and transparent government. In reality there are still many weaknesses in public services by government apparatus, so that they cannot meet the quality expected by the community. With the above problems, the research is carried out with the title Analysis of User Satisfaction of Users of ICT Application Services in Manado City Government, this needs to be done by evaluating or assessing the types of services that exist in the government. The evaluation or assessment that will be carried out is by using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM). The results of the Analysis of User Satisfaction of Users of ICT Application Services in the City of Manado are to assess the level of community satisfaction. The assessment given by the community determines the size of public service performance and based on this, a suggestion for improvement in the shortcomings found in the information security system will be given. Keywords - ICT, Manado City, IKP, Services, Government, Quality

Abstract

An implementation of technology in agriculture is a smart greenhouse. Smart greenhouse can set the condition inside the greenhouse automatically or remotely to provide the optimal environment for the plant we have in the greenhouse to grow. The online accompaniment system for smart greenhouse is a web based application for monitoring and even controlling remotely or automatically the condition inside the smart greenhouse. The parameter of the environmental conditions is controlled by an agricultural expert so the control actions can be done correctly with the help of real time environmental conditions data inside the greenhouse. If the expert decides to run the system automatically, the expert will only control the parameter and the schedule for the system to make an action to keep the environmental condition inside the greenhouse under the boundary which have been set by the expert. If the expert decides to run the system remotely, the expert can manually control the action to be taken inside the smart greenhouse. This application provides a service for the farmer and the agricultural expert to discuss about farming process. The environmental condition in the smart greenhouse data presented in graphs so it can be easy to understand the data.
