Abstract

Makanan jajanan merupakan produk pengolahan makanan yang banyak dijumpai di sekitar kita dan dikonsumsi secara rutin oleh banyak orang. Makanan jajanan selain bermanfaat juga berisiko menimbulkan masalah kesehatan, melihat potensi makanan jajanan yang demikian besar dan tingkat kerawanan yang cukup tinggi perlu diupayakan pengawasan kualitas pengelolaan makanan jajanan dengan memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah kebersihan dan sanitasi serta persyartan kesehatan. Sekitar 80% penyakit yang tertular melalui makanan disebabkan oleh bakteri pathogen. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan dengan personal hygiene pelaku jajanan makanan di Seputaran Pasar Jajan Kota Kotamobagu. Penelitian ini menggunakann survey analitik dengan menggunakan cross sectional study. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 pelaku jajanan makanan di seputaran pasar jajan Kota Kotamobagu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara masing-masing variabel yaitu pengetahuan dengan personal hygiene (p=0.021), sikap dengan personal hygiene (p=0.017) dan tindakan dengan personal hygiene (p=0.018).Kesimpulan, bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan dengan personal hygiene pada pelaku jajanan makanan di seputaran pasar jajan Kota Kotamobagu. In addition to being useful food also risks causing health problems, seeing the potential for such large food and high levels of vulnerability, efforts should be made to monitor the quality of food management by taking into account the principles of hygiene and sanitation and health requirements. About 80% of food-borne diseases are caused by pathogenic bacteria. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and actions with personal hygiene of food vendors in Kotamobagu City Snack Market. This study uses an analytical survey using cross sectional study. The population and sample in this study amounted to 72 perpetrators of food snacks around Kotamobagu City snack market. The results of this study indicate a relationship between each variable, namely knowledge with personal hygiene (p = 0.021), attitudes with personal hygiene (p = 0.017) and actions with personal hygiene (p = 0.018).
