Abstract

Abstract: Transportation has become one of the most important services for supporting people’s daily activities. One of transportation that exist in the whole world is airplane. Garuda Indonesia as one of airline in Indonesia should be focus on service quality. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality toward sales of ticket and membership of Garuda Indonesia. The analysis method that used in this research is Time Series Regression. Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are the independent variables of this research. While, dependent variables of this research are sales of ticket and membership. The population of this research is airplane in Indonesia and the sample of this research is Garuda Indonesia Airline. The result of this research shows that based on F test, all independent variables (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) have simultaneous influence on sales of ticket and membership. While, based on T test the independent variable that influences sales of ticket partially is tangible and independent variables that influence membershippartially are tangible, responsiveness and empathy.         Based on time series regression result, independent variable that has significant value less than 5% (<0.05) influence onsales of ticket and membership are tangible, reliability and assurance. Abstract

Abstract: Fintech revolution has led to a great transformation in the banking sector. While fintech is continuing to grow, credit tends to slow down. The presence of Fintech is affecting the market. People that used to consider interest rate as the standard to borrow from conventional banks, now prefer to borrow from Fintech that offer an ease of access. This research aims to analyze the effect of interest rate on loan and financial loan in the presence of fintech in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative method. Secondary data from Central Bank data are used to collect the data. The sample of this study are State banks, Regional Development banks, Private banks and Foreign and Joint banks in Indonesia. This research examined the model through data panel regression model. Finding of this research shows that before the presence of Fintech, Working Capital Interest Rate, Investment Interest Rate and Consumption Interest Rate are significantly affecting Loan in general and Financial Loan but after the presence of Fintech, Consumption Interest rate become the only variable left that significantly affects Loan in general and Financial Loan. The conventional banks need to reconsider the regulations of loan to make the customers easier to access the loans. Keywords: fintech, interest Rate, loan, financial Loan

Abstract

Globalisasi yang terjadi di pasar modal menyebabkan hubungan antar pasar modal di dunia menjadi semakin erat. Informasi dan perubahan yang terjadi di pasar modal suatu negara dapat mempengaruhi pasar modal di negara lainnya, yang berdampak semakin meluasnya pasar modal syariah di berbagai negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Faktor Fundamental (ROA dan EPS) serta Faktor Teknikal (Harga Saham Masa Lalu dan Volume Perdagangan) terhadap Harga Saham pada Sub Sektor Food and Beverage antara Saham Syariah Malaysia dan Indonesia periode Semester I 2015 - Semester II 2019. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel sebanyak 37 Emiten. Metode analisis yaitu regresi data time series. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Faktor Fundamental serta Faktor Teknikal Emiten Saham Syariah Malaysia tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Emiten Saham Syariah Indonesia, dan secara parsial hanya variabel Harga Saham Masa Lalu yang berpengaruh signifikan. (2) Faktor Fundamental serta Faktor Teknikal Emiten Saham Syariah Indonesia tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Emiten Saham Syariah Malaysia, dan begitupun secara parsial tidak ada variabel yang berpengaruh. (3) Faktor Fundamental serta Faktor Teknikal Emiten Saham Syariah Malaysia pada Semester sebelumnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Emiten Saham Syariah Indonesia, serta secara parsial Harga Saham Masa Lalu dan Volume Perdagangan berpengaruh signifikan, yang lainnya tidak berpengaruh.Kata Kunci: ROA, EPS, Harga Saham Masa Lalu, Volume Perdagangan dan Harga Saham
