Abstract

Ornamental fish is one of the main merchandise from the fisheries sector whose ability can generate income for the state and create income that can help the community's economy, especially those who are engaged in fisheries or cultivators. The most effective and dominant type of carotenoids for coloring fish is carotenoids derived from carrot flour because it is a natural source of beta carotene which can improve the quality and color brightness of ornamental fish such as lemon fish. The research design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments (carrot flour 0%, 5%, 10% and 15%) and three replications. The feed was tested on lemon cichlid fish measuring 3.7 - 4 cm and weighing 0.8 - 1 g which were kept in a 10 L jar. Parameters observed were growth rate, absolute weight, absolute length growth rate, survival rate, water quality and color increase in lemon fish. The results showed that the addition of 15% carrot flour had an effect on the color 9% brightness of lemon fish (Labidochromis caeruleus). The results showed that the addition of carrot flour for growth and color improvement was in the 15% carrot flour treatment, the absolute weight growth value was 0.73 g/fish, length 0.56 cm/fish, survival rate was 96.6%. The addition of carrot flour to the growth and color improvement can be concluded that a dose of 15% affects growth and can increase the color of lemon fish.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to assess and evaluate the financial distress state of a sample including 204 data points from 35 enterprises in Southeast Asia, specifically Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Methods: This study analyzes the effects of Covid-19 on these enterprises, specifically concentrating on the likelihood of financial hardship as assessed by Edward Altman's Z-score model. Results: Evidence indicates that property businesses listed on the Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore Stock Exchanges had greater financial difficulties during the Covid-19 period compared to the post-Covid period, aligning with observations at the ASEA Landmark level. The projected likelihood of default for publicly traded enterprises rose significantly during the Covid pandemic. Conclusion and suggestion: The data reveal that the Z-score's efficacy in predicting bankruptcy markedly declined during the financial crisis. The data indicate that Covid-19 is causing financial pain to enterprises in Southeast Asia.

Abstract

Harta bersama masih menjadi problem yang sangat berpengaruh bagi pasangan suami istri yang berpisah kemudian menimbulkan ketidakpuasan terhadap bagian harta bersama masing-masing. Dengan perspektif sosiologi dan filosofi dapat melihat konsep harta bersama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perspektif sosiologi dan perspektif filosofi tentang harta bersama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik dengan cara menguraikan dan menganalisia semua sumber hukum, kemudian seluruh hasil penelitian akan diterangkan dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk hasil penelitian. Dalam perspektif sosiologi, harta waris mengalami perubahan sosial seperti asuransi tabungan dan jaminan pegawai negeri (TASPEN), jaminan asuransi untuk angkatan bersenjata (ASABRI), asuransi jaminan tenaga kerja (ASTEK), jaminan kecelakaan lalu lintas, jaminan pertanggungan kecelakaan penumpang, asuransi jaminan jiwa , harta dari harta bawaan, cicilan yang belum tuntas. Dalam perspektif filosofi, harta waris merupakan nilai yang dicapai dengan menggunakan musyawarah serta dilandasi prinsip keimanan, keadilan, keseimbangan, perlindungan hukum, mufakat serta kasih sayang.

Abstract

The prohibition on marriage resulting from the Akken Waghei Bedamei oath in the Lampung Sai Batin tradition. This tradition gives rise to social and customary legal prohibitions, namely the prohibition on marriage between descendants of those who have taken the customary oath. Using a philosophical and sociological perspective, the values of the prohibition on marriage resulting from the Akken Waghei Bedamei oath can be examined. The purpose of this study is to analyze the philosophical and sociological perspectives on the prohibition on marriage resulting from the Akken Waghei Bedamei oath. This research is qualitative, using empirical juridical methods with a philosophical and sociological legal approach. From a philosophical perspective, noble values such as family honor, long-term peace, and the prevention of recurrent conflict are emphasized, but their implementation conflicts with the values of justice and the freedom of individual rights to choose a partner as long as they do not violate norms.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the role of work culture as a determining factor of school performance at the junior secondary school (SMP equivalent) level through a literature review approach. The research method employed was library research using a qualitative-descriptive approach, analyzing national and international journal articles as well as academic books published between 2020 and 2024. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques with thematic synthesis to identify patterns, trends, and key findings related to the relationship between work culture and school performance. The results of the review indicate that a strong, positive, and consistently internalized work culture contributes significantly to improving teacher performance, school managerial effectiveness, and the quality of educational services. Furthermore, principal leadership and organizational climate serve as reinforcing factors in the formation and development of work culture. These findings emphasize that work culture is a strategic element that cannot be separated from efforts to enhance school performance, particularly at the junior secondary school level, which has its own characteristics and challenges.
