Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competition, education and training, job rotation, and job placement on work quality with intervening organizational commitment variables at officerKarimun Regency Regional Secretariat. The method used is a questionnaire and distributed to 125 respondents. Analysis of statistical data using SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) and using path analysis to examine the pattern of the relationship between the influence of the dependent variable on the independent, both direct and indirect effects with SMART PLS 3.0 software. The results in the study indicate that competition has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.009 < 0.05, education and training have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.022 < 0.05, job rotation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.016 <0.05, work placement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.

Abstract

Competency-based HR management is a must, as a paradigm of the approach that is considered the most urgent to emphasize that the human element is the main element of organizational success. However, organizations to be able to provide quality state civil servants in order to support the achievement of the goals and objectives of the organization with high performance standards need to continuously improve the mtu and quality of its human resources. In addition, the competencies possessed by each employee individually can support the implementation of the organization's vision and mission through the strategic performance of government organizations. In this research, the title under study is: Competence Determination, Individual Characteristics, Education and Training on Job Satisfaction through Employee Performance at the Karimun District Human Resources Development Agency.

Abstract

PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) merupakan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang berdiri pada tahun 1965. Saat ini PT. Telkom Indonesia bergerak di bidang jasa layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dan jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. PT. Telkom Indonesia memiliki berbagai witel (wilayah Telkom) dan datel (daerah Telkom) yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia dan salah satunya adalah PT. Telkom Witel Bogor. PT. Telkom Witel Bogor terbagi dalam beberapa unit dan salah satunya adalah unit Home Service atau disingkat HS. HS merupakan salah satu unit yang bergerak dibidang promosi dan pemasangan produk IndiHome dan Telkomsel Orbit. HS merupakan salah satu unit yang bergerak dibidang promosi dan pemasangan produk IndiHome dan Telkomsel Orbit. Kegiatan usaha Telkom Group bertumbuh dan berubah seiring perkembangan teknologi, informasi dan digitalisasi. IndiHome adalah salah satu produk unggulan Telkom Group yang bergerak dibidang internet Home Service dan menjadi iconic pada perusahaan Telkom. Pembuatan konten Instagram divisi Home Service dibuat secara inovatif dan kreatif. Tidak hanya berbentuk teks tetapi juga berupa artikel, video dan pringatan hari-hari penting, dengan media sosial divisi Home Service PT. Telkom Witel Bogor tidak hanya menggunakannya untuk berinteraksi, tetapi juga digunakan untuk melihat peluang bisnis melalui insight dan meningkatkan penjualan.
