Abstract

Cybersecurity, in the digital era we live in today, has become a major concern that demands innovation. Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have played a central role in changing the way we understand and address cyber threats. This research will review the important role of innovation in this technology in improving an organization's ability to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber attacks. Identifying patterns and gaining insights from security events in cyber data, while developing appropriate data-based models, is a key element in realizing automated and intelligent security systems. This research reviews needs in the cyber security domain that can be addressed through Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. In this study, we employed quantitative methods to assess the impact of artificial intelligence on enhancing cybersecurity by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents, which included companies operating in the banking and IT sectors. In addition, this research will explore how data-based intelligent decision-making systems are able to protect systems from known and unknown cyber attacks. This research will conclude by considering the future potential of Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity.

Abstract

The rise of acts of thievery among users of two-wheeled vehicles has become a problem for motorists. According to the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the 2020 Criminal Statistics report, the crime of motor vehicle theft without the use of violence in 2019 was 80,450 incidents and the crime of motor vehicle theft with the use of violence was 7,321 incidents. Apart from the loss of a vehicle, sometimes burglary can result in motorists being injured and not a few losing their lives. Currently, two-wheeled vehicles are generally not equipped with a smart key that can function as a circuit breaker and a tool for monitoring the vehicle's position. This is because the implementation of the system costs money and only applies to luxury two-wheeled vehicles. For this reason, an additional safety device is needed to increase the safety of the motorized vehicle. The design of this ESP32-based motor vehicle security system implements a smart key using the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connection owned by ESP32 with the BLE device (Smartband, iTAG), GPS (Global Positioning System) Ublox Neo 6M to monitor the vehicle's position , 800L SIM for internet connection to database, 5V DC Relay for connecting/disconnecting motor vehicle ignition lines, Tactile Switch for sending emergency SMS and LM 2596 stepdown as a voltage reducer from 12V to 3.7V battery for power supply from the ESP32 itself.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how servicescape and service quality affect customer satisfaction and word of mouth. This research is based on customer satisfaction as a benchmark for business continuity that can have an impact on marketing, with pre-survey results based on visitor testimonials from 20 people interviewed, as many as 55% of consumers are dissatisfied with servicescape and as many as 45% of consumers are dissatisfied with quality. service and only as much as 40% whose satisfaction affects word of mouth. This research was conducted at Post Shop Coffee Toffee Bogor City, with a total of 100 respondents with two equations, namely equation I Y1 = PY1X1 + PY1X2 + ?1 and equation II: Y2 = PY2X1 + PY2X2 + PY2Y1 + ?2. The analysis used in this research begins with the classic assumption test in the form of normality test and heteroskesdasticity test, path analysis with t test; f test; and codetermination test and coefficient test between variables. The results showed that the normality test for equation I and equation II, the value of sig. > 0.05 means that the data residuals are normally distributed. Equations I and II do not occur heteroskesdasticity, that is, they are not patterned regularly and spread above and below the number 0. The T test for equation I obtained a calculated T value of 3.885 and 5,279 greater than T table 1985, the sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it means that both servicescape and service quality have an influence on customer satisfaction. The F test for the servicescape variable and service quality obtained the calculated F value of 88,319, greater than the F table of 3.090 and the sig 0,000 value smaller than 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The contribution of the influence of X1 servicescape and X2 service quality on Y1 customer satisfaction amounted to 64.6%. T test for equation II, it is obtained that the value of T count is greater than T table 1.985, the sig value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, which means that service quality and customer satisfaction have an influence on word of mouth on consumers of Post Shop Coffee Tofee in Bogor City. The F test for the servicescape variable, service quality and customer satisfaction obtained a calculated F value of 129,419 greater than the F table of 2,699 and a sig 0,000 value less than 0.05, meaning that there is a joint influence between servicescape, service quality and customer satisfaction on word of mouth. The contribution or contribution of the influence of servicescape (X1), service quality (X2) and customer satisfaction (Y1) to word of mouth (Y2) is 80.2%. The correlation between customer satisfaction and word of mouth is 0.874 which means that customer satisfaction has a strong relationship. very strong against word of mouth.

Abstract

The Indonesian government aims to improve public health by integrating a unified health platform with regional systems for effective decision-making. However, the existing health information system is inadequate for broader decision-making needs, focusing primarily on individuals with existing health issues and not adequately addressing the needs of disaster victims, such as those affected by floods, accidents, and burns. Tangerang City, located in Banten Province, is a flood-prone area that faces annual disasters, highlighting this gap. To address this issue, this study proposes the development of a Health Internet of Things (HIoT) model designed to support rapid decision-making and enhance community health services. The proposed IoT-based network will be implemented in residential complexes, private clinics, schools, and places of worship, enabling real-time monitoring of health conditions and facilitating disaster or pandemic mitigation. Data collected from these communities will be transmitted to nearby hospitals for immediate medical assistance. Preliminary findings suggest that the IoT-based e-health system offers significant benefits, including faster patient care, improved data accuracy, and reduced operational costs. These results underscore the potential of HIoT to enhance community-based health services. The study provides a foundation for future research and practical applications. Further investigation will be conducted to evaluate the scalability of the system in diverse communities and its impact on long-term health outcomes.
