Abstract

AbstrakSistem pembayaran elektronik (e-payment) dianggap sebagai tulang punggung e-commerce. Agar diterima secara luas metode pembayaran di seluruh dunia, sistem e-payment harus mengikuti protokol keamanan yang efisien yang menjamin keamanan yang tinggi untuk transaksi online. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) dan Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) merupakan dua protokol yang  banyak dibahas untuk mengamankan pembayaran kartu kredit online. Namun, SSL maupun SET telah gagal dalam implementasi pada pengguna akhir, sehingga munculah protokol Secure Electronic Payment (SEP) yang merupakan protokol e-payment yang aman dan efisien yang menawarkan lapisan tambahan perlindungan bagi cardholder dan merchant. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menentukan protokol mana yang paling cocok untuk keamanan e-payment berdasarkan perbandingan pada end-user implementation requirements. Metode yang digunakan berupa studi literatur dengan melihat karya terkait yang membahas mengenai protokol SSL, SET, SEP yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan perbandingan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari perbandingan protokol keamanan e-payment SSL, SET, dan SEP berdasarkan faktor end-user implementation requirements (usability, flexibility, affordability, reliability, availability, interoperability) yaitu bahwa protokol SEP yang memenuhi syarat dan paling cocok untuk diterapkan dalam keamanan e-payment. Kata kunci: SSL, SET, SEP, security requirements of e-payment, end-user implementation requirements

Abstract

Optimization is important in science, engineering, economic as well as daily problems. The number of optimization methods increase continuously due to the growing optimization problems. In this study, we discussed the fundamental concept of soccer game optimization (SGO), a new algorithm inspired by the soccer player movements. The method consists of two basic movements; the move off and the move forward, to control the diversification and intensification and a player substitution procedure to keep the good solution during the search. The SGO elaborates the competition and the reproduction process in evolutionary algorithm with the powerful information sharing of swarm intelligence algorithm. As a new method, the SGO can be enhanced in many different ways such as elaborating more aspects of the soccer players’ movement as well as implementing the proposed method to solve various optimization problems

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan primer bagi manusia dan layanan kesehatan masyarakat merupakan suatu elemen penting dalam kehidupan. Di suatu daerah, umumnya terdapat berbagai jenis layanan kesehatan, sehingga informasi tentang jenis, lokasi dan jam operasional suatu layanan kesehatan sangat penting bagi masyarakat.  Dalam penelitian ini dirancang sebuah system informasi layanan kesehatan di kota Salatiga menggunakan HTML 5 berbasis Geolocation. Jarak layanan kesehatan dengan lokasi pengguna dihitung menggunakan metode Haversine dan Euclidian. Hasil eksperiment menunjukkan bahwa akurasi jarak yang dihasilkan menggunakan metode Haversine lebih baik daripada menggunakan merode Euclidian, akan tetapi waktu yang diperlukan lebih lama daripada metode euclidian

Abstract

An assessment of the success of a college is if the student's graduation rate is on time and high every year. The timeliness of students' graduation can be influenced by several factors. This study aims to determine the profile of the students who graduated both on time and not on time given a certain graduation predicate set by the institution and to know the factors influencing students’ gradution. The model used in this study using the NBC to determine the graduation pattern and the Decision tree to determine the influencing factors. In calculating the NBC algorithm using rapidminer, it was found that the profiles of students who graduated on time and late with the predicate of less satisfactory, satisfactory, very satisfactory and cumlaude. In the Desicion Tree calculation, the highest gain values are obtained in the IPK3, IPS1 and IPK2 attributes. This research needs to be developed further by increasing the number of attributes and data, and it is necessary to make a system to determine the accuracy of students’ graduation from the patterns that have been produced so that it can help universities to increase the level of students’ graduation every year.

Abstract

Landslide disasters not only cause property losses but also have a multidimensional impact, for example people's psychology becomes disrupted, relocation of residential settlements and even disruption of investment as capital for economic development in Ambon City. This research aims to design a early warning system for landslide prone disastersin Ambon city and analysis using IoT.The results of the analysis use satellite landsat imagery as supporting spatial data with overlay indicators for landslide causes, including: rainfall, soil type, slope, population and land cover combined with placing IoT devices in landslide prone areas resulting in an early warning system for landslides. This IoT device uses a soil moisture sensor to read soil moisture and an MPU6050 accelerometer sensor to read soil movements. The results of the two sensors if they meet the criteria for landslide prone will be processed and sent as a notification to the smartphone. This research produces a landslide detection system starting from the analysis of landslide hazard maps to using sensors to detect landslide symptoms and then sending notification as a danger sign.

As a university, accreditation is a benchmark and recognition of quality standards and definitions of an educational institution (higher education) by parties outside an independent institution. Accreditation is also interpreted as an effort by the government to standardize and guarantee the quality of higher education alumni in order to ensure that quality among universities is not too varied and according to work needs. Management of Higher Education needs to improve quality and be an input for stakeholders who continue to improve the university. Using Soft System Methodology, researchers map and conceptualize models and plans to help XYZ University develop its accreditation values. In this case the Faculty of Science and Technology at XYZ University. From this research it was found that the XYZ University's Faculty of Science and Technology can provide alternative funding and development from all parties and grants as well as cooperation in outside universities that will help this faculty to add facilities, improve the quality of supervisors by using technology at the University's Faculty of Science and Technology XYZ. Recommendations given by researchers are faculties can make a web-based DSS (Decision Support System) accessed by intranet to help download traces of faculty development and can be used as a basis for decision making.
