Abstract

A company certainly needs fast and accurate information, one of which is information about employee recruitment. PT Isargas is a private company engaged in the transmission and distribution of natural gas. Currently, the employee recruitment process is still very manual, by coming directly to the company to see a board that contains information on available job vacancies. And data processing using Ms. application. Excel. Which requires a lot of time and money. In this case the authors conducted several studies on the company using several methods including using data collection methods, analysis methods, system design methods, and testing methods. Where the data collection methods are in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies such as observation, asking sources and searching for books. The analysis method used includes SWOT analysis, system design methods where the writing of the system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language), and the testing method uses blackbox testing. In this case the researcher has several objectives in conducting this research, including being able to find out which system is currently running in the company, minimizing errors that often occur due to the use of manual systems, and designing a recruitment system from manual to system, so that in this study it produces benefits such as providing solutions regarding the need for information systems in decision making that can run smoothly and accurately, facilitate the decision-making process regarding employee recruitment, and produce a web-based employee recruitment system.

Abstract

reduce customer turnover or departure to other competitors. CRM system at PT. Wingoh Albinda still uses semi-computerization, namely Microsoft excel in managing its data, causing several problems in terms of late service, the response to customers is not optimal. This study presents an analysis of web-based CRM development on a marketing information system at PT. Wingoh Albinda. The result is a web-based CRM system that can manage customer data, product promotions, product sales data and customer service management which is used to store customer inquiries, complaints and ratings to create good relationships with customers. This system is expected to maintain good relations with customers.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, especially in information technology, it has a positive impact on our lives as humans. Therefore, information processing must also be developed so that it is not out of date. Various technologies began to be applied to all daily needs. Throughout its development, Raharja University has become a flagship campus and Raharja University's mission is to be at the forefront of the field of information technology, so accurate and actual new innovations are needed. Along with the sophistication of digitization, one of the most appropriate information media today is the website. Because the website is a medium that can be accessed by anyone, anywhere, and anytime. The problem faced by the Head of the Diploma 3 Informatics Engineering Study Program (TI-D3) is that there is no main website that can provide information about the Study Program, so a scientific work is created which is expected to be a medium for delivering useful and useful information for Raharja University, especially Diploma 3 Informatics Engineering Study Program students (TI-D3) who have a concentration in Artificial Informatics and System Architecture. Keywords—Website, Technology, TI-D3 Department, UR Dengan berkembangnya teknologi yang semakin hari semakin pesat, terutama pada teknologi informasi membawa dampak positif dalam kehidupan kita sebagai manusia. Karena itu pengolahan informasi pun harus terus dikembangkan agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. Berbagai teknologi mulai diterapkan untuk segala keperluan sehari-hari. Sepanjang perkembangannya Universitas Raharja telah menjadi kampus Unggulan dan misi Universitas Raharja untuk menjadi yang terdepan dalam bidang ilmu teknologi informasi, maka diperlukan inovasi-inovasi baru yang akurat dan aktual. Seiring dengan canggihnya digitalisasi maka salah satu media informasi yang paling tepat saat ini adalah website. Abstract

PT. Sinar Abadi Gas Cooperative is currently developing a web-based information system to expedite and facilitate savings and loan transactions. In this research, the team is using the research and development (R&D) method to develop a savings and loan application that will utilize PHP programming language and MySQL database. The team will create three types of users within this system, namely the admin, chairman, and members. They will have access to several prepared forms, including login forms for the admin, chairman, and members. Additionally, there will be customized main pages based on each user's role. The staff and member data forms will be used to manage cooperative member information. Furthermore, there will be a transaction form for savings and loans. These data will be used to generate member reports and loan reports. Cooperative members will also be able to apply for loans through the loan application form. After the application is submitted, the admin or chairman can utilize the confirmation form to follow up on the request. With this web-based cooperative data processing system, PT. Sinar Abadi Gas aims to enhance speed, accuracy, and precision in conducting savings and loan transactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) Kota Cilegon karena sangat berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan pembangunan ekonomi baik nasional ataupun daerah serta juga berperan untuk menyerap tenaga kerja. Jadi bisa mengurangi pengangguran. Tetapi beberapa pemilik UMKM Kota Cilegon kesulitan dalam mempromosikan produk usaha karena informasi yang diberikan masih belum akurat dan pemilik UMKM kesulitan mendapatkan izin usaha karena pemilik UMKM harus mendatangi kantor Dinas Koperasi Kota Cilegon untuk mengisi formulir secara manual. Maka dari itu Pemkot Cilegon bekerja sama dengan PT. KIT untuk membangun Aplikasi Smart Village Sebagai E-Katalog Bahan Pokok & Media Pemasaran UMKM Kota Cilegon Berbasis Mobile yang mampu memberikan kemudahan dalam menyajikan informasi dengan baik, cepat, dan akurat. Sehingga dengan adanya aplikasi Smart Village diharapkan dapat membantu pemilik UMKM untuk mempromosikan produk mereka secara luas sehingga diharapkan dapat lebih banyak konsumen dan mempermudah pemilik UMKM untuk mendapatkan izin usaha secara online melalui aplikasi mobile.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pendaftaran Mahasiswa Baru merupakan proses administrasi yang dilakukan di Perguruan Tinggi, Proses Pendaftaran calon mahasiswa baru di Politeknik Piksi Input Serang dilakukan dengan cara mengisi Formulir oleh calon mahasiswa, kemudian data tersebut diinputkan kembali oleh panitia menggunakan komputer secara offline. Dalam melakukan pelayanan Offline masih banyak terdapat waktu yang kurang maksimal dan belum optimal. Optimalisasi pelayanan untuk pendaftaran penerimaan mahasiswa baru menggunakan web sudah banyak diterapkan dibeberapa Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia. Namun calon mahasiswa baru masih banyak yang merasa kesulitan dengan sisten tersebut Karena masih sederhana. Kemudian calon mahasiswa tidak semua mengerti dalam mengoptimalkan system informasi berbasis berbasis web. Oleh karena itu penulis memberikan solusi dengan membangun QR Code sebagai media Optimalisasi pelayanan untuk pendaftaran penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Abstract

Media information websites that already exist at SMKS YP 17 Cilegon have not gone well due to a lack of accurate content and information. Hence, the delivery of information at SMKS YP 17 Cilegon is still manual, such as using banners and brochures. Therefore, Vocational High School YP 17 Cilegon requires media information that is fast, precise, and interesting without having to go to school and can be accessed online by the broader community in order to obtain accurate information. The method used in this study is the waterfall method by analyzing data obtained from the school and then developing a company profile website for Vocational High School YP 17 Cilegon the design used to create this company profile website uses the PHP programming language and one of them is. from PHP frameworks. (Hypertext Preprocessor), namely Laravel, for the database the author uses MySql. The results of this study are to make it easier for students, teachers, and the wider community to get information quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The development of information technology continues to increase, driving people's need for fast and affordable internet access. However, rural communities often face obstacles such as weak GSM signals and expensive data plan fees. To overcome these challenges, fiber optic-based RT/RW Net networks are a promising solution, offering stability and high speed at a lower cost than wireless networks. Faqih Teknologi, a micro-enterprise, delivered the Internet Masuk Desa program in Karang Suraga. Despite initially using wireless technology, the company faced obstacles such as vulnerability to lightning, signal interference due to weather and geographical factors, and high maintenance costs. Switching to fiber optic overcame these issues, offering a more stable signal, lower susceptibility to weather, and more efficient maintenance costs. This research uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method to design a fiber optic-based internet network system. The NDLC stages include requirements analysis, network design, simulation, implementation, monitoring, and management. This approach ensures that the designed system is able to meet the needs of the community with optimal performance, while opening up new economic opportunities for the community through a partnership-based business model.

Abstract

The creation of institutional email accounts such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is often manually handled by administrators, resulting in inefficiencies and potential data errors. This study aims to design and develop a secure and integrated web-based email registration application. The application is built using Laravel 12 for the backend and React (TypeScript) with Inertia.js and radix-ui for the frontend. The system integrates with the Microsoft Graph API and Google Admin SDK for automated account creation, and with the WhatsApp API for user notifications. In terms of security, the system employs middleware for access control, conditional validation based on user roles (NIM for students, NIDN for lecturers), temporary password encryption using Laravel Crypt, form protection via reCAPTCHA, and rate limiting to prevent abuse. Testing results show that the system improves efficiency, accuracy, and security in the institutional email registration process at Politeknik Piksi Input Serang.
