Didalam suatu perusahaan selalu yang diinginkan adalah mendapatkan laba semaksimal mungkin. Untuk mencapai tersebut di dalam suatu perusahaan terutama pada perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan dan kredit. Perputaran kas salah satu untuk mendapatkan laba dalam perusahaan yang signifikan dimana semakin tingkat perputaran kas maka laba yang diinginkan perusahaan semakin tinggi dan menunjukkan tingkat efisiensi untuk penggunaan kas yang ada dalam perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan laba yang diinginkan.dalam perputaran kas tidak terlepas dari pengelolaan piutang perusahaan. Pengelolaan piutang yang baik menunjukkan tingkat pengguna kas semakin tinggi sehingga perusahaan mendapatkan laba yang baik sehingga mengundang investor dalam perusahaan. Pengelolaan kas dan piutang sangat berpengaruh dalam profitabilitas perusahaan. Dimana profitabilitas merupakan tolak ukur dalam suatu perusahaan bagi kinerja yang telah dijalankan pada waktu tertentu. Profitabilitas perusahaan merupakan kemampuan untuk menghasilkan dan menilai suatu kegiatan dalam perusahaan dalam tingkat penjualan kredit. profitabilitas sebenarnya dapat diukur dengan suatu aktiva untuk menarik perhatian bagi pemberi modal baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung. Untuk penguraian tersebut diatas, maka masalah tersebut peneliti akan diteliti dan membahas dalam uraian, Untuk melihat dan mengetahui besar pengaruh pengelolaan piutang terhadap profitabilitas pada PT. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk is a company engaged in the industry that produces food and beverage products, warehouse wafer division which is one of the places to store, or arrange stock of goods from the production, or activities for the management of incoming and outgoing goods needed control in its movement activities. The current process on the documentation of goods cargo often occurs input errors no. police or truck containers, the use of mobile phone memory storage for photo files, convoluted processes, prone to loss of photo evidence files, difficulty finding data evidence files if there are complaints from the expedition, as well as on employees checkers and helpers do not know the history of the data report. Therefore, a web-based application system is needed to facilitate the search of photo data if there are complaints from the expedition, neat and regular storage of photo data, and for all employees to know the history and report of the photo data. To build this application using data collection methods namely observation, interviews and library studies, analysis methods using PIECES, system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and testing using Black Box Testing, while the programming language used is PHP with sublime text editor, as well as for databases using MySQL. With this system for the photo documentation process facilitates the ongoing process, and the management of data reports more regularly.

reduce customer turnover or departure to other competitors. CRM system at PT. Wingoh Albinda still uses semi-computerization, namely Microsoft excel in managing its data, causing several problems in terms of late service, the response to customers is not optimal. This study presents an analysis of web-based CRM development on a marketing information system at PT. Wingoh Albinda. The result is a web-based CRM system that can manage customer data, product promotions, product sales data and customer service management which is used to store customer inquiries, complaints and ratings to create good relationships with customers. This system is expected to maintain good relations with customers.

Perkembangan teknologi terus berubah dan berkembang pesat, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, komputer berperan penting dalam suatu perusahaan maupun instansi pemerintah, karena komputer bersifat fleksibel dan sudah menjadi kebutuhan umum. Kelurahan Keroncong merupakan Kelurahan yang berada di Kecamatan Jatiuwung, Kota Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. Kelurahan ini terbagi atas 48 Rukun Tetangga dan 7 Rukun Warga. Di Kelurahan Keroncong masih banyak terdapat masyarakat kurang mampu dengan proses pencatatan masih dalam bentuk tulisan tangan yang dapat menyulitkan dalam proses pencarian data, memungkinkan dapat terjadinya hilangnya data dan akan membuat pencatatan data masyarakat kurang mampu menjadi terkomputerisasi. Pada penulisan ini akan dijelaskan tahapan pengerjaan, mulai dari proses analisa, perencanaan, perancangan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) dan database MYSQL, hingga UML (Unified Modelling Language), dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui data yang menjadi masukan dan keluaran pada sistem yang berjalan dan yang diusulkan. Dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam penyelesaian laporan pendataan agar lebih efektif dan efisien.

Management of Employee History Data is an important thing in a company and therefore a system is needed that is able to improve performance, has accuracy in the information and timeliness in managing employee data. The problem occurred when PT. Angkasa Pura II does not yet have an Employee History Data information system that can improve the performance of the Human Resources Development (HRD). The purpose of this study is to create an Employee History Data information system that is useful and helps PT. Angkasa Pura II in managing employee data. The research methods used include: Data Collection Method, Interview method, Reference Study method, System Analyst method applied in the form of SWOT, Design System method including Notepad++, Visual Paradigm for UML Enterprise Edition, XAMPP and for Testing method using Black-Box Testing. The result of the research is an Employee History Data Information System for PT. Angkasa Pura II which is web-based and can be used to improve the performance of employees, HRD and the performance of PT. Angkasa Pura II in managing its Employee History Data is getting better. Keywords—Information System; Employee History Data Pengelolaan Employee History Data merupakan hal penting pada suatu perusahaan dan karenanya diperlukan sistem yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja, memiliki keakuratan di dalam informasinya serta ketepatan waktu di dalam mengelola data karyawannya. Permasalahan terjadi disaat PT. Angkasa Pura II belum memiliki sistem informasi Employee History Data yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja Human Resources Development (HRD) tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk membuat sistem informasi Employee History Data yang berguna dan membantu PT. Angkasa Pura II di dalam mengelola data-data karyawannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan antara lain: Metode Pengumpulan Data, metode Wawancara, metode Studi Referensi, metode Analis Sistem yang diterapkan berupa SWOT, metode Design System diantaranya Notepad++, Visual Paradigm for UML Enterprise Edition, XAMPP dan untuk metode Pengujian menggunakan Black-Box Testing. Hasil penelitian berupa Sistem Informasi Employee History Data untuk PT. Angkasa Pura II yang berbasis Web dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan performa karyawan, HRD serta performa PT. Angkasa Pura II dalam mengelola Employee History Datanya menjadi lebih baik. Kata Kunci—Sistem Informasi; Employee History Data

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of flipped classroom-based online learning to improve students' creative thinking skills. The type of research is meta-analysis research. Research data comes from 13 national and international journals published in 2018-2023. Data analysis using the JSAP application. The inclusion criteria in this meta-analysis are research obtained from Google Scholar, Researchgate, Taylor of Francis and Mendeley, research must be experimental or quasi-experimental methods related to flipped classroom-based online learning in experimental classes and conventional models in control classes, research comes from indexed journals SINTA and Scopus and research have complete data to calculate the effect size value. The research results concluded that the implementation of online based learning based on the flipped classroom had a positive effect on students' creative thinking skills with a mean effect size value of 1.080 in the high effect size category. These findings explain that online learning based on the flipped classroom is effectively implemented by schools to encourage students' creative thinking skills.
