Abstract

PT. Sinar Abadi Gas Cooperative is currently developing a web-based information system to expedite and facilitate savings and loan transactions. In this research, the team is using the research and development (R&D) method to develop a savings and loan application that will utilize PHP programming language and MySQL database. The team will create three types of users within this system, namely the admin, chairman, and members. They will have access to several prepared forms, including login forms for the admin, chairman, and members. Additionally, there will be customized main pages based on each user's role. The staff and member data forms will be used to manage cooperative member information. Furthermore, there will be a transaction form for savings and loans. These data will be used to generate member reports and loan reports. Cooperative members will also be able to apply for loans through the loan application form. After the application is submitted, the admin or chairman can utilize the confirmation form to follow up on the request. With this web-based cooperative data processing system, PT. Sinar Abadi Gas aims to enhance speed, accuracy, and precision in conducting savings and loan transactions.

Abstract

Media information websites that already exist at SMKS YP 17 Cilegon have not gone well due to a lack of accurate content and information. Hence, the delivery of information at SMKS YP 17 Cilegon is still manual, such as using banners and brochures. Therefore, Vocational High School YP 17 Cilegon requires media information that is fast, precise, and interesting without having to go to school and can be accessed online by the broader community in order to obtain accurate information. The method used in this study is the waterfall method by analyzing data obtained from the school and then developing a company profile website for Vocational High School YP 17 Cilegon the design used to create this company profile website uses the PHP programming language and one of them is. from PHP frameworks. (Hypertext Preprocessor), namely Laravel, for the database the author uses MySql. The results of this study are to make it easier for students, teachers, and the wider community to get information quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The development of information technology continues to increase, driving people's need for fast and affordable internet access. However, rural communities often face obstacles such as weak GSM signals and expensive data plan fees. To overcome these challenges, fiber optic-based RT/RW Net networks are a promising solution, offering stability and high speed at a lower cost than wireless networks. Faqih Teknologi, a micro-enterprise, delivered the Internet Masuk Desa program in Karang Suraga. Despite initially using wireless technology, the company faced obstacles such as vulnerability to lightning, signal interference due to weather and geographical factors, and high maintenance costs. Switching to fiber optic overcame these issues, offering a more stable signal, lower susceptibility to weather, and more efficient maintenance costs. This research uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method to design a fiber optic-based internet network system. The NDLC stages include requirements analysis, network design, simulation, implementation, monitoring, and management. This approach ensures that the designed system is able to meet the needs of the community with optimal performance, while opening up new economic opportunities for the community through a partnership-based business model.

Abstract

The creation of institutional email accounts such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is often manually handled by administrators, resulting in inefficiencies and potential data errors. This study aims to design and develop a secure and integrated web-based email registration application. The application is built using Laravel 12 for the backend and React (TypeScript) with Inertia.js and radix-ui for the frontend. The system integrates with the Microsoft Graph API and Google Admin SDK for automated account creation, and with the WhatsApp API for user notifications. In terms of security, the system employs middleware for access control, conditional validation based on user roles (NIM for students, NIDN for lecturers), temporary password encryption using Laravel Crypt, form protection via reCAPTCHA, and rate limiting to prevent abuse. Testing results show that the system improves efficiency, accuracy, and security in the institutional email registration process at Politeknik Piksi Input Serang.
