Abstract

Sistem informasi pariwisata ini dibangun bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna demi membantu Dinas Pariwisata dalam menyajikan informasi pariwisata. Dalam hal ini, terdapat berbagai masalah dalam penggunaan website yang masih belum optimal dari sisi internal dan eksternal dalam hal penyajian dan penggunaannya. Maka dengan itu, penulis mencoba menciptakan sebuah tampilan website yang lebih menarik agar mudah diterima dan menjadi daya tarik bagi pengguna untuk mengunjungi tempat - tempat wisata dan budaya di Singkawang - Kalimantan Barat. Sistem di harapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara tepat dan relevan serta mengurangi biaya promosi secara berlebihan. Kata Kunci :Pariwisata, Sistem Informasi, Website, Promosi

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis suatu penerapan konsep ekonomi berbagi (sharing economy) dalam mendorong pertumbuhan perusahaan rintisan di sektor logistik Indonesia. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan teknik studi kasus pada 3 startup logistik di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sharing economy memberikan sejumlah peluang pertumbuhan melalui efisiensi biaya operasional dan penerapan model bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Namun, kesuksesan implementasi sharing economy juga menghadapi tantangan regulasi yang belum jelas, kualitas SDM yang terbatas, serta mitra kerja yang terbatas. Diperlukan dorongan kebijakan pemerintah, peningkatan kualitas SDM, akses pendanaan, serta kemitraan bisnis lintas sektoral agar startup logistik berbasis sharing economy dapat berkembang secara maksimal di Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of facility quality, lecturer quality, and curriculum relevance on student satisfaction within the International Business Management (IBM) Study Program at the Institute of Science and International Business (ISBI) Singkawang. A quantitative associative approach was employed using a survey method. The population consisted of all active students in the IBM program, with a total sample of 25 respondents selected through purposive sampling, representing the entire population. The research instrument used was a Likert-scale questionnaire, which had previously undergone validity and reliability testing. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 31. The classical assumption tests indicated that the data met the criteria for normality, linearity, absence of multicollinearity, and no heteroscedasticity. The regression analysis revealed that the three independent variables—facility quality (X?), lecturer quality (X?), and curriculum relevance (X?)—collectively exert a significant influence on student satisfaction (Y), as evidenced by a significance level of 0.001 (< 0.05) and an F-value of 419.655 (> F-table value of 3.07). Individually, each independent variable also demonstrated a significant effect, with curriculum relevance (X?) emerging as the most dominant factor, shown by the highest regression coefficient (B = 0.839) and the largest t-value (11.857). The coefficient of determination (R²) was found to be 0.984, indicating that 98.4% of the variance in student satisfaction can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 1.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings highlight the critical role of enhancing curriculum relevance as a top priority in improving student satisfaction, while also emphasizing the importance of advancing both facility quality and lecturer competence within the IBM program at ISBI Singkawang. Abstract

This Community Service Activity aims to increase the role of parents of The Family Hope Program recipients in supporting their children to access higher education through The Indonesia Smart Card Scholarship Program at The International Institute of Science and Business Singkawang. The partners of this activity overcome the problem of low understanding of parents regarding the flow and requirements for applying for The Indonesia Smart Card, which has impacts on the minimal participation of students from The Family Hope Program families in continuing their higher education. The methods used include a socialization management strategy approach through mapping information needs, compiling contextual materials, and implementing socialization in the form of lectures, discussions, and practical simulations. This activity was carried out in Bukit Batu Village, Singkawang City involving 27 participants. The results showed a significant increase in participant understanding, which was initially only 40.7% understanding The Indonesia Smart Card program before the activity, increasing to 88.9% afterwards. Supporting factors for involvement include the active involvement of The Family Hope Program facilitators, participant enthusiasm, and  communicative delivery formats. The main obstacles are limited digital literacy and implementation time. This activity promises a program in the form of continued assistance and the development of simple and easily accessible digital information mediaPeningkatan Peran Orang Tua Penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Melalui Strategi Manajemen Sosialisasi Program Beasiswa Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah di Institut Sains dan Bisnis Internasional SingkawangABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran orang tua penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam mendukung anak-anak mereka mengakses pendidikan tinggi melalui program beasiswa Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah di Institut Sains dan Bisnis Internasional (ISBI) Singkawang. Mitra kegiatan ini menghadapi masalah rendahnya pemahaman orang tua terhadap alur dan syarat pengajuan KIP Kuliah, yang berdampak pada minimnya partisipasi siswa dari keluarga PKH dalam melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan strategi manajemen sosialisasi melalui pemetaan kebutuhan informasi, penyusunan materi yang kontekstual, serta pelaksanaan sosialisasi dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi, dan simulasi praktik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Bukit Batu, Kota Singkawang dengan melibatkan 27 peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, yang semula hanya 40,7% memahami program KIP Kuliah sebelum kegiatan, meningkat menjadi 88,9% setelahnya. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi keterlibatan aktif pendamping PKH, antusiasme peserta, dan format penyampaian yang komunikatif. Adapun hambatan utama adalah keterbatasan literasi digital dan waktu pelaksanaan. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan keberlanjutan program berupa pendampingan lanjutan serta pengembangan media informasi digital sederhana dan mudah diakses.Kata Kunci:Kartu Indonesia Pintar; Program Keluarga Harapan; strategi manajemen sosialisasi; pendidikan tinggi

Abstract

Abstract: Digital marketing is a form of marketing that utilizes digital platforms and internet technology to promote products and services to a wider audience. In the increasingly developing digital era, digital marketing has become an important component in business strategy because it can increase reach, cost efficiency, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Digital marketing is an important strategy in facing the development of information technology. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are required to be able to adapt to the digital era in order to increase competitiveness and expand market reach. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME actors under the auspices of the Sinkaprenuer community in Singkawang City in terms of digital marketing. The implementation method of this activity includes counseling, training, and direct practice. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' knowledge of digital marketing strategies, as well as the emergence of motivation to utilize digital media in business development. Abstract

Guidance counselors at junior high schools in Singkawang City face a heavy administrative burden and work pressure that often triggers stress and Burnout. To overcome this problem, efforts to strengthen digital competencies are needed so that guidance services can be more efficient and support the well-being of teachers. The Digital Well-Being Program aims to improve the digital skills of guidance counselors while equipping them with strategies for maintaining work-life balance, thereby reducing administrative burdens and improving mental health. The program is implemented through a series of socialization activities, training, workshops, and assistance with the implementation of digital guidance counseling services. Participants are introduced to the use of technology applications that support guidance counseling services. Practical guidance modules and digital well-being guidelines are also provided to support daily implementation. This program results in guidance counselors with better digital skills, more optimal implementation of technology-based guidance counseling services, and the creation of a work-life balance that supports Burnout reduction. Guidance counseling services become more effective, innovative, and sustainable, thereby having a positive impact on teachers and students. Digital Well-Being: Program Digitalisasi Layanan BK untuk Mengurangi Burnout Guru BK SMP di Kota SingkawangABSTRAKGuru BK SMP di Kota Singkawang menghadapi beban administrasi tinggi dan tekanan kerja yang sering memicu stres dan Burnout. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan upaya penguatan kompetensi digital agar layanan BK dapat lebih efisien dan mendukung kesejahteraan guru. Program Digital Well-Being bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan digital guru BK sekaligus membekali mereka dengan strategi menjaga keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan (work-life balance), sehingga beban administratif berkurang dan kesehatan mental lebih terjaga. Program dilaksanakan melalui serangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, workshop, dan pendampingan implementasi digitalisasi layanan BK. Peserta diperkenalkan pada penggunaan teknologi aplikasi pendukung layanan BK. Modul panduan praktis dan panduan kesejahteraan digital juga diberikan untuk menunjang penerapan sehari-hari. Program ini menghasilkan guru BK dengan keterampilan digital yang lebih baik, penerapan layanan BK berbasis teknologi yang lebih optimal, serta terciptanya keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan yang mendukung pengurangan Burnout. Layanan BK menjadi lebih efektif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan sehingga memberi dampak positif bagi guru dan siswa.Kata Kunci :Digitalisasi, Burnout, Guru BK, Digital Well Being, Kota Singkawang
