Abstract

Indonesia banyak permasalahan sosial terjadi dari dulu sampai sekarang dan terus berulang. Banyak tindak yang diupayakan untuk mensolusikan permasalahan ini dari berbagai prakarsa yang ada. Akan tetapi solusi-solusi ini belum dapat mengatasi masalah sosial yang ada dengan bukti bahwa masalah-masalah ini terus berulang sampai sekarang. Paper ini bertujuan mengkaji permasalahan-permasalahan ini dari sudut pandang posdisipliner menggunakan pola berpikir lintas disipliner. Kajian ini harapannya dapat memberikan wawasan baru mengenai bagaimana memandang suatu permasalahan menggunakan pola pikir multi-inter-trans-cross disipliner untuk menghasilkan solusi baru dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

In this research, we discuss the phenomenon of sales problems at the Azad Store, namely the discovery of the problem that the products sold each year experience a decline which has an impact on decreasing business income. consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, location and quality of service on purchasing decisions at the Azad Store, in the Cihideung Tasikmalaya Shopping Area. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Toko Azad. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that promotion, location and service quality have a significant effect simultaneously or partially on consumer purchasing decisions at Azad Store, in the Cihideung Tasikmalaya Shopping Area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisa efektivitas dua gaya prompt, yaitu prompt bebas (zero-shot) dan prompt terbimbing (few-shot), pada model Large Language Model (LLM) berbasis Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) dengan topik spesifik kesehatan, yaitu obat dan vitamin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan menguji respons model terhadap sepuluh pertanyaan yang dirancang berdasarkan dokumen PDF dari sumber terpercaya, seperti Kementerian Kesehatan dan WHO. Proses ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana model mampu memberikan jawaban yang relevan, akurat, serta sesuai konteks ketika diberi perbedaan gaya prompt. Evaluasi kualitas jawaban dilakukan menggunakan dua metrik populer dalam Natural Language Processing, yaitu BERTScore untuk menilai kesesuaian semantik, dan ROUGE untuk mengukur kesesuaian tekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prompt bebas menghasilkan skor BERTScore yang cukup baik (Precision 69,74%, Recall 70,97%, F1 70,30%), namun cenderung rendah pada ROUGE. Sebaliknya, prompt terbimbing menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja, baik pada BERTScore (Precision 70,23%, Recall 73,32%, F1 71,64%) maupun ROUGE. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, penggunaan prompt terbimbing lebih efektif dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara kesesuaian semantik dan tekstual, sehingga berpotensi mendukung pengembangan sistem informasi kesehatan berbasis LLM secara lebih andal dan praktis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas konsep serta metode pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Dalam pengelolaan arsip berbasis kertas, seringkali muncul berbagai kendala sehingga media elektronik mulai dipilih sebagai alternatif untuk mengelola arsip. Arsip elektronik kini memegang peranan krusial dalam sistem administrasi dan juga diakui sebagai alat bukti yang sah sesuai dengan Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 pasal 5 ayat (1). Kemajuan teknologi informasi mendorong perlunya pengelolaan arsip secara digital. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitaitif, dan dilakukan melalui studi literatur. Pengelolaan arsip elektronik memanfaatkan perangkat keras seperti komputer, printer, scanner, dan media penyimpanan, serta perangkat lunak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cara pengelolaan arsip digital berbeda dengan arsip fisik. Terdapat empat tahapan utama dalam pengelolaan arsip elektronik, yaitu pembuatan dan penyimpanan, distribusi dan pemanfaatan, pemeliharaan, serta disposisi. Proses alih media dari arsip fisik ke digital dapat dilakukan melalui pemindaian, konversi, dan impor data. Sementara itu, penyimpanan arsip elektronik dapat dilakukan secara online, offline, maupun nearline.

Abstract

The room loan application service is one of the academic services the Nurul Fikri Integrated Technology College provides. The room loan application service at the Nurul Fikri Integrated Technology College is still done manually, where the Student Affairs Staff manages the physical room loan application service, and the Study Program staff works the virtual room loan application service. Problems include loan data not being archived properly, conflicting loan applications, and the process being quite long. This research aims to create a Google Sheet-based Google Form and Dashboard that facilitates the application process and management of room loans at the Nurul Fikri Integrated Technology College. The research method used in this study is the mixed method research method, which combines qualitative and quantitative research. The test results of the implementation of the use of Google Forms and Dashboards based on Google Sheets for Room Loans are 100% for students, 100% for students, and 100% for Study Program staff, which means that the existence of Google Forms and Dashboards based on Google Sheets for Room Loans makes it easier for students to apply for loans. Physical and virtual rooms, as well as facilitate data management of physical room loan applications for Student Staff and simplify data management of virtual room loan applications for Study Program staff.
