Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the operational efficiency ratio (TATO) and the capital structure ratio (DER) on the stock prices of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), with the profitability ratio (ROA) as an intervening variable. The research covers the period from 2020 to 2025 and employs a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that: (1) TATO has a positive and significant effect on stock price (coefficient = 0.272; t = 2.523; p = 0.012); (2) DER has a negative and significant effect on stock price (coefficient = -0.289; t = 3.171; p = 0.002); (3) ROA has a positive and significant effect on stock price (coefficient = 0.251; t = 3.492; p = 0.000); (4) TATO positively affects ROA (coefficient = 0.217; t = 2.918; p = 0.004); (5) DER negatively affects ROA (coefficient = -0.288; t = 4.543; p = 0.000); (6) ROA mediates the effect of TATO on stock price (coefficient = 0.054; t = 2.094; p = 0.036); and (7) ROA mediates the effect of DER on stock price (coefficient = -0.072; t = 2.592; p = 0.010). The adjusted R-square value for stock price is 0.158. These findings demonstrate that operational efficiency, capital structure, and profitability ratios significantly influence the market value of Islamic stocks, both directly and through mediation mechanisms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of intellectual capital and investment decision on firm value. This type of research is correlational, aimed at proving whether there is a relationship between variables as found in previous studies. The population includes all consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The population data consists of 290 companies, and a sample of 130 companies was obtained. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data analysis show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on firm value, and investment decision have a positive effect on firm value. The adjusted R-Square value of 0.1204 indicates that the ability of independent variables to explain the variation in dependent variables is 12.04%, and the remaining 87.6% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This study examines the strategic alignment of microfinance products following the integration of PNM, Pegadaian, and BRI into the Ultra Micro Holding (UMi). A primary focus is the standardization of micro-segment products to avoid overlap and strengthen the ecosystem. The analysis highlights similarities among BRI’s KUPEDES, Micro Pegadaian, and PNM’s ULaMM products, emphasizing the impact on ULaMM’s conventional individual lending. Identifying product overlaps and conducting comparative feature analysis is essential for continuous product improvement. The study employs a qualitative approach to: (1) analyze product feature comparisons, (2) assess customer satisfaction performance, (3) investigate the background of product feature overlaps, and (4) formulate a customer-driven development and positioning strategy. Findings aim to present a Sustainable Competitive Advantage using strategic management tools. Key informants and structured timelines are designed to minimize respondent disruption while collecting insights for product differentiation. A SWOT analysis of PNM’s Business Model Canvas post-integration will inform strategic initiatives for growth over the next five years. Effective marketing programs must communicate the desired product perception, while the company prepares for potential digital transitions to enhance technology readiness and customer experience management. Addressing operational gaps and aligning human capital within the holding is crucial for fostering stakeholder engagement and sustainable growth.
