Abstract

Penggunaan komposit pada masa ini mengalami peningkatan dikarenakan kebutuhan akan bahan material yang memiliki kekuatan serta harga yang ekonomis, selain itu material jenis komposit memiliki sifat ramah lingkungan, tahan terhadap korosi sehingga lebih diunggulkan dibandingkan material jenis logam.. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui kekuatan tarik, dan mekanisme kegagalan komposit dengan matrik poliester. Penelitian ini akan diaplikasikan pada panel panjat tebing sebagai material yang ramah lingkungan dan mendukung serat alam sebagai bahan komposit. Pengujian tarik menggunakan standar ASTM D638. Hasil pengujian tarik kekuatan rata-rata pada variasi fraksi volume 0% serat kulit batang kersen 5% serat karbon, dengan 95% matrik adalah 61,1 MPa, 5% serat kulit batang kersen 5% serat karbon, dengan 90% matrik adalah 62,6 MPa, 10% serat kulit batang kersen 5% serat karbon, dan 85% matrik adalah 63,7 MPa, 15% serat kulit batang kersen 5% serat karbon, dengan 80% matrik adalah 67 MPa, dan 20% serat kulit batang kersen 5% serat karbon, dan 75% matrik adalah 69,2MPa. Kata Kunci: komposit, serat kulit batang kersen, serat karbon, poliester, fraksi volume, dan uji tarik.

Abstract

Advanced persistent threats (APT) are threat actors with the advanced Technique, Tactic and Procedure (TTP) to gain covert control of the computer network for a long period of time. These threat actors are the highest cyber attack risk factor for enterprise companies and governments. A successful attack by the APT threat Actors has the capabilities to do physical damage. APT groups are typically state-sponsored and are considered the most effective and skilled cyber attackers. The final goal for the APT Attack is to exfiltrate victims data or sabotage system. This aim of this research is to exercise multiple Machine Learning Approach such as k-Nearest Neighbors and H20 Deep Learning Model and also employ Deep Packet Inspection on enterprise network traffic dataset in order to identify suitable approaches to detect data exfiltration by APT threat Actors. This study shows that combining machine learning techniques with Deep Packet Inspection significantly improves the detection of data exfiltration attempts by Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) actors. The findings suggest that this approach can enhance anomaly detection systems, bolstering the cybersecurity defenses of enterprises. Consequently, the research implications could lead to developing more robust strategies against sophisticated and covert cyber threats posed by APTs.

Abstract

21st-century learning requires students to have critical thinking skills essential in the era of globalization. The purpose of the study is to examine the influence of the use of the Google My Maps-based Site Plan project on students' critical thinking skills at SMA Negeri 1 Jatiwangi. Quasi-experimental research method with a non-equivalent control group design, this study involved class XII IPS-3 as an experiment and XII IPS-2 as a control. Data analysis was carried out through statistical tests such as normality, homogeneity, Wilcoxon, N-Gain, Mann-Whitney, and simple linear regression tests. The results showed that the experimental class experienced an increase in critical thinking skills with an N-Gain of 0.44 (medium category), compared to the control class which only achieved an N-Gain of 0.26 (low category). Significant differences were found between the two classes, with a Google My Maps-based project contributing 62% to the improvement of critical thinking skills. It is recommended that the process of creating a project is accompanied by intensive monitoring.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari budaya organisasi dan komitmeJn organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang pegawai di PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini melalui Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis membuktikan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Budaya Organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Perusahaan angkutan udara sebagai operator bertugas untuk memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa angkutan udara. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan (persepsi) dan kepentingan pengguna jasa angkutan udara terhadap pelayanan perusahaan angkutan udara yang melayani rute Mamuju–Jakarta di Bandar Udara Tampa Padang–Mamuju
