Abstract

Abstrak Guru adalah kunci utama dalam suatu kegiatan pembelajaran. Keberhasilan guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar materi chest pass pada permainan bolabasket dapat ditinjau menggunakan lembar soal-soal essay untuk kognitif, skala sikap untuk afektif dan push pass for accuracy untuk psikomotor. Faktanya hasil belajar siswa pada materi chest pass bolabasket belum merata, buktinya terdapat 25 siswa yang mendapatkan nilai dengan kategori sedang (antara 40 - 59) dan 7 siswa lainnya yang mendapatkan nilai dengan kategori baik (antara 60 - 79). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan dan besar peningkatan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and larning terhadap hasil belajar chest pass pada permainan bolabasket. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan deskriptif  kuantitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas XI IPS-2 SMA Negeri 2 Mojokerto dengan jumlah siswa 32 siswa. Dari hasil penelitian secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa selama 2 kali perlakuan, ada pengaruh yang signifikan nilai model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar chest pass pada permainan bolabasket yang dibuktikan dengan hasil t hitung > t tabel (8,70> 1,699) dari ketiga komponen hasil belajar yang digunakan pada saat pre-test dan post-test yaitu lembar soal-soal essay, skala sikap dan push pass for accuracy. Kata Kunci : Media pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning , Hasil belajar, chest pass bolabasket. Abstract Teacher is the main key in a learning activity. The success of the teacher in learning activities can be seen from learning outcomes. The results of studying the material of chest pass in the basketball game can be reviewed using sheets of essay questions for the cognitive, attitude scale to a affective and push pass for accuracy for psychomotor. The fact of student learning outcomes at chest pass material in basketball has not been evenly distributed, the evidences is still a lot of students (25 students) get that medium scored category (between 40 - 59) and the other (7 students) who get good valve category (between 60 - 79). This study aims to application and determine the effect of the increase in contextual teaching and learning model to study the result of chest pass in the basketball game. This study was a quasi-experimental with quantitative descriptive approach. Research subject is Social-2 of XI grade in senior high school 2 Mojokerto with totaling 32 students. From the research result can be conclude that during twice handling, There was a significant effect of the value of contextual teaching and learning model to study the result of chest pass on basketball game as evidenced by the results of the t > t table (8,70 > 1,699) from third components used in the current pre-test and post-test are sheets essay question, the attitude scale and push pass for accuracy. Abstract

Customer satisfaction with service quality is determined by comparing their perceptions of the services received with their initial expectations. Based on the Ministry of Health's Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), the quality of service at RSUD Ciawi is still not meeting the minimum service standards that have been set. Suboptimal provision of health services by health workers can cause patient dissatisfaction with the services provided. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at RSUD Ciawi outpatient unit, Bogor Regency, to determine the level of patient satisfaction and service quality of the services provided at RSUD Ciawi outpatient unit, Bogor Regency. This research is a quantitative analysis with a cross-sectional approach. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to samples, namely outpatients who have received services at RSUD Ciawi and carried out in September 2024. There were 218 feedback from respondents which were then processed, tested for validity and reliability and hypothesis testing using PLS-SEM software. The results shows that the t-statistic value is there is a positive and significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction. The research respondents' data also showed that the quality of service at RSUD Ciawi outpatient unit was very good and outpatient satisfaction with the quality of service at RSUD Ciawi is really satisfying. RSUD Ciawi is advised to conduct regular evaluations of service quality, involve patients in satisfaction surveys, and pay attention to the fairness of pricing and the comfort of physical facilities in order to strengthen patient satisfaction and trust in the hospital's services. Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan ditentukan dengan membandingkan persepsi mereka terhadap layanan yang diterima dengan harapan awal mereka. Berdasarkan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) Kemenkes kualitas pelayanan RSUD Ciawi dinyatakan masih tidak memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal yang sudah ditetapkan. Penyediaan layanan kesehatan yang kurang optimal oleh petugas kesehatan dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di unit rawat jalan RSUD Ciawi kabupaten Bogor, mengetahui tingkat kepuasan dan kualitas pelayanan pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan di unit rawat jalan RSUD Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif analisis dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada sampel yaitu pasien yang pernah mendapatkan pelayanan di unit rawat jalan RSUD Ciawi dan dilaksanakan pada September 2024. Terdapat 218 feedback dari responden yang kemudian diolah, diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya serta dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan software PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Data responden penelitian juga menunjukan kualitas pelayanan unit rawat jalan RSUD Ciawi sudah sangat baik serta kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan unit rawat jalan RSUD Ciawi adalah sangat puas. RSUD Ciawi disarankan untuk melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap kualitas layanan, melibatkan pasien dalam survei kepuasan, dan memperhatikan kewajaran harga serta kenyamanan fasilitas fisik guna memperkuat kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien terhadap layanan rumah sakit.

Abstract

Hepatic cirrhosis is characterized by fibrosis and formation of liver nodules caused by chronic injury, causing changes in the normal lobular organization of the heart. Hepatic cirrhosis can occur in all genders and about two-thirds occurs in men and one part in women. Diabetic patients can experience insulin resistance, which can be the basis for the development of complications into liver cirrhosis. This case study describes a 55 year old male patient who was diagnosed with hepatic cirrhosis with diabetes mellitus and discussed the course of the disease to the therapy given to the patient. A 55 year old male patient came with complaints of shortness of breath that had been felt for 3 months before entering the hospital. Based on the history, physical examination and search, the patient was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis, multiple liver nodules, type 2 diabetes mellitus and pulmonary tuberculosis. Hepatic cirrhosis can be caused by various diseases, one of which is diabetes mellitus. Diabetes can progress to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and eventually to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Insulin resistance syndrome is the main factor that can cause cirrhosis in diabetes patients. Early diagnosis, resistance and control of risk factors as well as appropriate treatment also play an important role in reducing the damage to the prognosis of patients with hepatic cirrhosis due to diabetes mellitus.
