Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya Sarkozy dalam menjaga stabilitas ekonomi Prancis di tengah krisis utang di Uni Eropa pada tahun 2008-2012. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dan menggunakan jenis data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah liberalisme ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa langkah-langkah kebijakan yang diambil oleh Sarkozy di Prancis untuk menjaga stabilitas ekonomi akibat dampak krisis utang Uni Eropa. Dalam hal ini, Sarkozy merespons dengan menerapkan kebijakan fiskal yaitu memberikan paket stimulus ekonomi Prancis dan melakukan konsolidasi fiskal, kemudian memberikan bailout kepada bank-bank Prancis yang terkena dampak dan memberikan kontribusi paket bailout kepada Yunani di UE. Dampak dari kebijakan ini adalah pemulihan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan perdagangan Prancis. Sistem perbankan mampu menstabilkan sistem ekonomi Prancis, namun pada tingkat rasio utang-defisit Prancis masih relatif tinggi

Abstract

Alasan Cina membangun kamp militer di Perbatasan Lembah Galwan tahun 2020 didasari oleh faktor-faktor defense Cina untuk mempertahankan keamanan nasionalnya. Tindakan proaktif India dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas militer melalui kerjasama internasional dengan Amerika Serikat dan Australia mengancam keamanan nasional Cina yang memiliki sengketa perbatasan dengan India. Namun pembangunan kamp militer Cina di Lembah Galwan menyebabkan kerusuhan hingga pada ketegangan hubungan bilateral India-Cina.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of the Indonesian government in overcoming with forest and land fires in Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan. The research method used in compiling this thesis is descriptive type. Data collection techniques using library techniques. The type of data used is primary data in the form of Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 1 of 2016 related to the formation of the BRG and secondary data sourced from research journals, articles and books related to the object of research. In this study, researchers used theory and environmentalism and international cooperation. The results of this study indicate that most of the efforts of the Government of Indonesia in dealing with forest and land fires in Pulang Pisau have gone well, as can be seen from the achievement of the main objectives of the canal blocking project through the FPIC approach which results in the restoration of the peat ecosystem and improving the quality of life of the community. Then, the efforts made are not limited to action plans or policies but concrete actions carried out by district governments, provincial governments, and central governments and in their implementation are not only driven at the government level but also from companies, communities, and supported by foreign partnerships. As for the additional opportunity to be completed, the author sees from year to year still with the same pattern of efforts and no new efforts have been offered by the government. However, the government has used a different approach, namely using the principle of FPIC, which was welcomed by the community.

Abstract

The economic relations that Indonesia and South Korea have established become a strong reason why both countries agreed to take their cooperation into the next level. Thus, Indonesia and South Korea agreed to enhance their economic relations through an intensified agreement: IK-CEPA, or, Indonesia-Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. However, ever since the first rounds of negotiation started in 2012, both countries have yet to reach a consensus on the establishment of the agreement. Thus making the negotiation processes halted. The factors that influence the termination of this agreement are mainly caused by the difference of stake & interest. It is then after 4 years, in 2019, the reactivation of this agreement is agreed upon. Both countries continued the negotiation rounds and signed the agreement in 2020. This research aims to find out why both countries decided to reactivate the negotiation process using the theory of Two Level Games by Robert Putnam. Based on the analysis, it is then found that both countries have overlapping interests in this agreement that are mutually beneficial. Using the win-set concept, the overlapping interest was found through the Two Levels: International and Domestic Level in Korea and Indonesia. This research analyzed the overlapping interest in Level II: Preferences and Coalitions & Political Institution, and Level I: Negotiation Strategy.
