Abstract

This research used a panel regression analyzed method to test the data in getting decisions. The t-statistic test results showed that consumption expenditure, capital formation, foreign direct investment, and trade openness significantly influence the direction of a positive relationship to gross domestic product. However, inflation showed a negative direction and had a significant effect on the gross domestic product so that if there is increased inflation it will reduce gross domestic product. Abstract

Property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) are very popular with investors to invest in when real estate income is growing rapidly. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence asset growth in property companies. The data analysis technique uses panel regression which combines cross section and time series data on 31 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2010-2021. The research results reveal that capital structure is not significant in influencing asset growth. The profitability variable has a positive and significant effect on asset growth in property companies. When profitability rises, asset growth will increase. Meanwhile, company size has a significant negative effect on asset growth in property companies. This means that the larger the company size will actually reduce the growth of property companies.

Abstract

The relationship between credit and non-cash transactions includes various mechanisms that affect the money supply, ultimately increasing inflation. One way to control inflation is to maintain the circulation of money. This study provides an understanding of the impact of these transactions on inflation, especially in Indonesia. It aims to test whether cashless transactions, working capital credit, and consumer credit significantly affect Indonesia's inflation rate in both the short and long term. This study was quantitative in nature. It involved statistical analysis techniques through the Error Correction Model (ECM), t-test analysis, and F-test to determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables both partially and simultaneously. The results revealed that cashless transactions, working capital credit, and consumer credit had a positive and significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia in both the short and long term. These results suggest that a more in-depth approach to economic policy is needed, especially focusing on the synergy between fiscal policy, technological developments, and inflation dynamics.

Abstract

Indonesian Stock Exchange provides a forum for assessing the performance of all shares which can be seen or listed on Composite Stock Price Index. This research aims to determine and understand the influence of, Bank Indonesia interest rates, the money supply, and Bank Indonesia interest rates and the amount of money in circulation on the Composite Stock Price Index, using exchange rates as a moderating variable. By utilizing secondary data for the 2021-2023 period from www.ksei.co.id, www.satudata.kemendag.go.id, and www.idx.co.id, regression analysis was carried out using Smart PLS software. The results of analysis show that the BI rate and money supply have a significant influence on the composite stock price index. On the other hand, the exchange rate shows an inability to moderate or weaken the relationship between the BI rate and the amount of money in circulation on the Composite Stock Price Index. The implications of this research are to design effective policies in maintaining the stability of the capital market and exchange rates by the government and financial authorities as well as the basis for making investment decisions, especially anticipating the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on stock market movements.

Abstract

A minimum wage policy is essential to maintaining economic stability and encouraging growth. A well-implemented minimum wage can increase employment opportunities and support industrial growth. Therefore, policymakers must consider local economic conditions and industry characteristics when setting minimum wage levels. This study analyzes the implementation process of minimum wage policy in Batu city. In addition, this study also identifies the impact of the policy on worker welfare and economic dynamics and evaluates the challenges and opportunities in implementing the minimum wage policy. This study is qualitative. Data analysis in this study uses a flow model validated through triangulation techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability. The results of this study indicate that 46% of employers comply with the minimum wage policy in Batu City. Workers who receive wages according to the minimum wage positively impact worker welfare; for the MSME category, entrepreneurs in the production and tourism sectors feel that minimum wage changes every year do not affect their ability to pay workers. Therefore, the Batu City government must actively disseminate the minimum wage policy with more optimal supervision.
