Abstract

First, the procedure of dismissing the President and / or Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia Before Amendment of the 1945 Constitution.  Before the amendment of the 1945 Constitution, the procedure for dismissal of the President and / or Vice President is preceded by the opinion (allegation) made by the House of Representative and / or Vice President submitted to the MPR. The MPR will hold a court to decide the opinion which has been submitted by the House of Representative. At this time the procedure for dismissal of the President and / or Vice President is not included in the 1945 Constitution. Second, the procedure for dismissing the President and/or Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia after the Amendment of the 1945 Constitution. After the amendment of the 1945 Constitution, the procedure for dismissal of the President and/or Vice President shall be initiated by the opinion of the House of Representative. The opinion was submitted to the Constitutional Court to examine, prosecute and decide by the opinion of the House of Representative. If the Constitutional Court confirms the opinion of the House of Representative then the case file will be returned to House of Representative to proceed to the MPR. MPR will conduct a hearing to decide the opinion submitted by the House of Representative. At this time the procedure for dismissal of the President and/or Vice President is clearly stated in Article 7A and 7B of the 1945 Constitution.Not only that, in this study the author also conducted a comparison of dismissal procedure of President and/or Vice President between Republic of Indonesia, United States and Filipina. In general, the dismissal of the President and/or Vice President between the United States and the Philippines is the same, which is preceded by the House of Representative applying the indictment to the Senate. Then the Senate tried the case by chaired by the Chief of Supreme Court in each country. At the court also directly decided whether the President and/or Vice President can be dismissed or not from his position. Judging from the procedure, the dismissal of the President and/or Vice President of the United States and Philippines adopts an impeachment model.

Abstract

Dalam penerimaan anak asuh, biasanya terdapat kriteria-kriteria tertentu yang harus dipenuhi oleh calon anak asuh, seperti usia, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan sebagainya. Selain itu, terdapat juga kriteria-kriteria yang harus dipenuhi oleh panti asuhan, seperti jumlah kamar tidur, fasilitas pendidikan, dan sebagainya. Dalam situasi ini, penting untuk memiliki sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam seleksi calon anak asuh.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) pada penilaian untuk menyeleksi calon anak asuh yang akan masuk ke Panti Asuhan Hanifa III Kampung dan juga alat untuk mempercepat penyeleksian. Metode VIKOR dapat menentukan rank dari setiap anak yang ditentukan dari nilai yang dihasilkan dari beberapa proses perhitungan dan menjadikan itu solusi, dalam melakukan proses perhitungan terdapat beberapa kriteria yang menjadi patokan untuk menjalankan prosesnya yaitu Status Anak (C1), Status Pekerjaan Orang Tua (C2), Penghasilan Orangtua (C3), dan Pendikan Anak (C4).Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode VIKOR dapat memepercepat penyeleksian untuk calon anak asuh yang akan diterima di Panti Asuhan Hanifa III kampung yang dimana hasilnya dilihat dari perankingan yang dimana perankingannya di ambil dari hasil terkecil dari proses perhitungan metode VIKOR.

Abstract

This thesis aims to examine the effect of promotion and e-service quality in the popular social media platform TikTok on the customer loyalty of a skincare brand called Skintific. The study will investigate the impact of promotional activities conducted by Skintific on TikTok, as well as the quality of customer service provided through this digital platform. By analyzing customer perceptions and behaviors, the research intends to shed light on how these factors contribute to enhancing or diminishing customer loyalty. The study’s findings will be useful in providing valuable insights for skincare brands in leveraging TikTok as a promotional tool and maintaining customer loyalty in the highly competitive online marketplace. The results of this research can provide valuable information to Skintific and to all brands who would like to focus on carrying out marketing and maintain customer loyalty through the use of social media specifically TikTok. Several recommendations can be made based on these findings to improve Skintific's customer loyalty on TikTok. To begin, it is critical to develop effective promotional strategies that appeal to the TikTok target audience, taking into account their preferences and expectations. Furthermore, Skintific should focus on developing strong customer relationships on TikTok by actively engaging with their audience, responding to comments and messages, and sharing valuable and interesting content on a regular basis. Abstract

Unilever has been perceived to be an extraordinary FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) company, in top of mind of every customer’s head when it comes to cleaning products, foods and many hygiene products. This has put Unilever on top of the FMCG market. It is proven by the respondents answer that Unilever is also some of the respondent favorite brand when they go their regular convenient store. Even though the quality of Unilever’s product is un-doubly high quality, Unilever doesn’t put a very high price tag for their products, hence another reason why Unilever is the respondents’ top choice when they go to their local convenient store or supermarket. Because of their very good business practice and superior goods, Unilever has become a very prolific firm in the eyes of investors. Investors often see Unilever as a very stable firm to invest. Unilever has proved to be a stable and lucrative investment, for the past decade many has struck goldmine by investing to Unilever. Abstract

Pendahuluan : Hipertensi Dalam Kehamilan (HDK) merupakan komplikasi umum kehamilan dan penyebab utama morbiditas serta mortalitas ibu dan perinatal global, mencakup hipertensi kronis, hipertensi gestasional, preeklampsia/eklampsia, dan superimpose preeklampsia pada hipertensi kronis. Tujuan : Mengevaluasi dampak pengobatan hipertensi selama kehamilan terhadap risiko hipertensi berat ibu dan komplikasi terkait. Metode Penelitian : Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan menggunakan leaflet dan benner yang nantinya untuk mempermudah klien memahami materi, kegiatan berjalan dengtan baik dan telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Agustus 2024 di RSPBA, jumlah klien yang mengikuti penyuluhan ini berjumlah 20 orang termasuk pasien,keluarga dan yang menjenguk pasien. Peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan baru tentang penyakit hipertensi pada ibu hamil.. Hasil : Pengobatan hipertensi pada kehamilan dapat menurunkan risiko hipertensi berat tanpa meningkatkan risiko keguguran, perawatan neonatal tingkat tinggi, atau komplikasi ibu. Kesimpulan : Perlunya pendekatan yang lebih baik dalam mengenali dan mengobati hipertensi selama kehamilan. Kata Kunci : Hipertensi, kehamilan, preeklamsi, pedoman, risiko

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand trust mediation in the influence of brand image and e–service quality on customer loyalty Bukalapak. The population in this study are Bukalapak users who are domiciled in DKI Jakarta, aged 17 years and over, and have transacted in Bukalapak at least 3 times in the last 1 month. The sample in this study was 150 people using purposive sampling method. Data analysis is done with the help of a computer application program that is Smart PLS. The result of this study showed that 1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 2) e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on Brand Trust, 4) e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, 5) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 6) brand trust mediates the positive and significant influence of brand image on customer loyalty, 7) brand trust mediates the positive and significant influence of e-service quality on customer loyalty. The conclusion in this study is customer loyalty is strongly influenced by brand image and e-service quality through brand trust. The higher brand image and e-service quality of a company, it will cause brand trust in consumers, and ultimately the more consumers trust a company, it will cause customer loyalty.

Abstract

This policy paper elaborates that Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan (MAK), as an integral part of Indonesia's vocational education system, faces significant challenges due to limited collaboration with the Business and Industry Sector. The lack of effective partnerships between MAK and industry results in a mismatch between the curriculum taught and the needs of the job market, which in turn affects the employability of MAK graduates in the industrial sector. The main causes of this issue include insufficient integrated planning, the absence of a dedicated team to manage relationships with industry, and limited human resource capacity involved in vocational education. Furthermore, inadequate communication and lack of evaluation mechanisms hinder the establishment of sustainable and effective partnerships. The methodology employed in this paper is literature study and policy analysis with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from various secondary sources including academic documents, government reports, and regulatory frameworks. The analysis was conducted using the USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) framework to prioritize problems, fishbone diagram to identify root causes, and William N. Dunn's policy evaluation criteria to assess alternative solutions. This analytical approach enables systematic identification of problems and formulation of evidence-based policy recommendations. This paper analyzes these issues through theoretical approaches that include partnership management, network-based collaboration models, and resource-based theories. Proposed policy alternatives to enhance collaboration include the formulation of mandatory collaboration regulations between MAK and industry, strengthening partnership capacity through training and incentives, and integrating MAK into the national vocational system.
