Abstract

Madura has extraordinary potential in developing a creative economy, one of which is Pamekasan Regency which has a dynamic entrepreneurial spirit. This is proven by the existence of 195,554 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Even so, many MSMEs still experience obstacles in obtaining financial support. The complexity and perception that financial products are inaccessible often makes it difficult for them to find the services that best suit their business needs. This research aims to determine the influence of financial inclusion, financial literacy and digitalization on the financial performance of MSMEs in Pamekasan. The research focuses on MSME actors in Pamekasan Regency with a sample of 100 respondents using a quantitative approach, data collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression techniques. The research results show that financial inclusion, financial literacy and digitalization have a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs in Pamekasan, both partially and simultaneously. So it is important to strengthen aspects of financial inclusion, financial literacy, and the application of digital technology in running business in Pamekasan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of financial inclusion and technology digitalization on the development of the creative economy in Pamekasan, as measured by indicators of product innovation, marketing innovation, financial system innovation, and human resource management innovation. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 85 respondents as samples. Data was collected through field observations, structured interviews, and questionnaires compiled using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS 26 software to analyze the data obtained and test the established hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that financial inclusion and technology digitalization partially have a positive and significant effect on the development of the creative economy in Pamekasan. Simultaneously, financial inclusion and technology digitalization significantly affect the development of the creative economy in Pamekasan.

Abstract

Indonesia has enormous potential which can be utilized by the community as capital to develop the creative economy. The three largest creative economy sectors in Indonesia are fashion, culinary and crafts. The large potential of the craft industry sector needs to be increased and it is hoped that this can also encourage another sector. One of the problems faced by creative business actors are limited capital and financing. Banking has a very important role in developing the creative economy. Madura is an island that has great potential in the field of the creative economy. However, its development requires a third party. This research aims to determine the role of regional banks in developing the creative economy in Madura. This research uses a mix method model exploratory design. This research begins with qualitative research, the results of the research will be used to develop instruments for quantitative research. The research locations are Sumenep and Pamekasan Regencies. The respondents were creative economy entrepreneurs and the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar bank.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dari kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang serta ancaman pada Objek Wisata Bukit Kapur Jaddih di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Faktor-faktor ini di identifikasi dan dianalisis sehingga dapat diketahui faktor-faktor apa saja  yang mempengaruhi tingkat kunjungan wisatawan daerah ataupun luar daerah dan strategi apa yang bisa diterapkan objek wisata untuk upaya peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke objek wisata Bukit Kapur Jaddih. Metode analisis data  yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan analisis deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menemukan suatu permasalahan atau potensi yang ada serta mengungkapkan fakta-fakta yang ada pada objek wisata Bukit Kapur Jaddih. Pada penelitian ini nantinya akan mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling utama yang berguna memberikan bobot pada faktor yang sudah ditentukan peneliti, yang terdiri dari faktor kekuatan, faktor peluang, faktor kelemahan dan faktor ancaman. Faktor utama ini dibandingkan dari masing -masing variabel pada faktor internal, yaitu evaluasi faktor internal (IFE) dan evaluasi faktor eksternal (EFE). Hasil identifikasi dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa Objek Wisata Bukit Jaddih dapat menerima peluang dengan maksimal dan meminilkan ancaman dari pesainganya. Strategi yang bisa digunakan untuk pengembangan objek wisata alam Bukit kapur Jaddih antara lain yaitu:  pengelola objek wisata membangun sarana dan prasarana, memperbaiki daya tarik yang sudah dimiliki, serta memaksimalakan pengelolahan lahan yang luas secara tepat.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a group of businesses that have a large percentage of contribution in Indonesia. Madura is one of the regions in East Java Province whose economy is supported by the MSME sector. In the micro economy, the existence of MSMEs is very fluctuating, this can occur due to a shift in the business sector to follow the existing market share because they have unestablished capital. In the macro economy, the development of MSMEs always shows an increasing percentage, so that business continuity needs to be maintained. MSMEs in Madura must be able to face the challenges that are increasingly rapidly marked by the many offers of similar products in various sales distribution channels. The number and development of traditional retail, modern retail, social media and marketplaces, makes MSMEs in Madura need to maintain their business continuity so that they can survive and develop by improving factors that are a major influence on micro, small and medium enterprises. The factors in question such as in terms of increasing business capital, in terms of product quality and quality and in terms of entrepreneurial networks. This study aims to determine what factors must be considered for the sustainability of MSMEs in Madura. So that MSME actors can compete and maintain their businesses in today's increasingly rapid challenges. Business capital is often synonymous with money, but capital can be in the form of machinery, vehicles, buildings, raw materials, and many others to run business operations. Quality and product quality are very strategic approaches in maintaining business continuity, so MSMEs in Madura must have good quality standards and product quality. This entrepreneurial network is a collaboration with other business units that can strengthen the business position in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan guna menganalisis pengaruh Ketahanan Finansial, Ekosistem Keuangan Digital, dan Kemampuan Keuangan terhadap keberlanjutan UMKM. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah pelaku UMKM, dengan total responden sebanyak 160 individu. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Non-Probability Sampling. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, serta analisis data diterapkan dengan memakai aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan jika Ketahanan Finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan UMKM. Ekosistem Keuangan Digital juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan UMKM. Selain itu, Kemampuan Keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan jika Ketahanan Finansial, Ekosistem Keuangan Digital, dan Kemampuan Keuangan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan UMKM.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Financial Planning, Financial Capability, dan Self-efficacy terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Pamekasan. UMKM mempunyai pengaruh strategis dalam menopang perekonomian daerah, namun keberlanjutan usahanya sering kali dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti kemampuan dalam mengelola keuangan dan keyakinan diri pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 160 pelaku UMKM yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Data didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa ketiga variabel independen Financial Planning, Financial Capability, dan Self-efficacy dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberlanjutan UMKM. Angka R-square sebesar 0,576 menanadakan model penelitian ini mampu menerangkan 57,6% variasi dalam keberlanjutan UMKM. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik perencanaan dan kemampuan keuangan pelaku UMKM miliki serta semakin tinggi keyakinan diri mereka dalam mengelola usaha, maka usaha tersebut mendapatkan kesempatan lebih besar guna bertahan dan berkembang. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara aspek manajerial, finansial, dan psikologis dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan usaha UMKM di tengah dinamika ekonomi yang kompetitif.
