Abstract

From the description above, the conclusion in this study is basically there are five main causes that trigger the occurrence of domestic violence, namely economic difficulties, disobedience, bad behavior, jealousy, and others (child problems, the husband remarries, people's interference old/in-law). Some of the factors above which are the main factors in the occurrence of domestic violence are problems of economic vulnerability/difficulty. And the forms of domestic violence that are caused due to economic vulnerability problems, namely physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence and neglect of the household.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to understand the role of investigators in resolving juvenile delinquency due to economic limitations through restorative justice. Dan mengetahui hambatan Penyidik dalam Penyelesaian Tindak Pidana Anak akibat Keterbatasan Ekonomi melalui Restorative Justice. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian hukum sosiologis yang diterapkan dalam bidang hukum ini (hukum eksperimen). Dengan menggabungkan sumber daya hukum (data sekunder) dengan informasi tangan pertama yang dikumpulkan di lapangan, penelitian hukum eksperimental mencoba mengkaji masalah yang dihadapi. According to legal studies, the best way to write descriptive data is by using a qualitative approach. Analisis data adalah yang mengungkap dan menarik kebenaran sastra. Secara khusus, rincian tentang hukum, aturan, dan kajian ilmiah yang terkait dengan judul ini. Untuk membantu menemukan jawaban atas masalah ini, semua data pertama-tama diambil, diproses, dan kemudian dirilis secara deskriptif. Then, the data that is qualitatively assessed is presented in the form of a systematic explanation.The research results obtained are 1) The Role of Investigators in the Resolution of Juvenile Delinquency Due to Economic Limitations Through Restorative Justice is to bring together the perpetrator and the victim, as well as the parties involved in the case to reach an agreement with the families or facilitators between each family. dan berperan sebagai penengah. 2) Obstacles for Investigators in Resolving Child Criminal Cases Due to Economic Limitations Through Restorative Justice are the perceptions of the parties involved in the case, especially the perpetrator and the victim, and this makes it very difficult for the police to carry out their duties.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to carry out one of the tasks of the Tridharma of Higher Education and to provide advocacy to students and teachers about the dangers of criminal acts of violence against their students in the school environment, as well as how to report/complain to law enforcement. Overall, community service in the form of policy advocacy and assistance in preventing violence against children at the high school level has a significant impact in creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for children's development. This not only reduces the incidence of violence but also contributes to better educational quality.

Abstract

Since the enactment of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages, the Indonesian government has placed significant emphasis on village development through the allocation of Village Funds. However, its management still faces various challenges, both in terms of regulation and implementation. This study aims to analyze the economic law perspective on Village Fund management in terms of efficiency and transparency and to formulate an ideal concept. The research method used is normative juridical. The findings indicate: (1) The economic law analysis of Village Fund management includes its juridical basis, efficiency from an economic law perspective, transparency as a principle of state financial governance, and the ideal construction of economic law; (2) The ideal concept of Village Fund management requires result-oriented and budget-efficient regulations, transparency as a community right, a strengthened sanction system to ensure compliance, and regulatory reconstruction to make law an active instrument in supporting village welfare. Through an economic law approach, the weaknesses of the current legal system can be addressed, enabling Village Funds to become an effective and equitable development instrument.
