Abstract

This researcher has a background related to the phenomenon of using Tiktok digital content which is a new technology but is very quickly popular and is used as a promotional medium by business people. Through video shows and music displays, Tiktok facilitates information and can be transmitted and can explain stimulation to those who see it. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the effectiveness of digital content in increasing buying interest during the covid-19 pandemic and to analyze the effectiveness of Tiktok digital content as a promotional medium in increasing buying interest during the covid-19 pandemic . In this study, the researcher used a qualitative method of descriptive research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation to MS. Glow business actors who promote through Tiktok digital content. The results of the research conducted indicate that business actors make use of Tiktok's digital content to be an effective promotional media because Tiktok has many users, is easy to use, is popular among young children.

Abstract

The most significant environmental damage can occur due to the large number of industrial activities. The development of technology and industry has greatly increased the use of natural resources and energy sources. The waste generated is known to have an impact on environmental damage. Corporate responsibility (CSR) in managing the environment can help restore environmental conditions. By using literature study, the author aims to describe the form of green management implementation by The Body Shop by looking at the application of marketing mix that has been done. The author collects secondary data sourced from websites, journals, and news. The researcher found that The Body Shop, both externally and internally, has carried out various activities in line with the concept of green management such as 3R and various campaigns to protect the earth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketatnya persaingan dalam industri kuliner sehingga para pelaku usaha didorong untuk menerapkan beragam strategi untuk menarik minat konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing dan kepuasan pelanggan yang diterapkan oleh Junction Café terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Junction Café dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh experiential marketing dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen experiential marketing dan kepuasan pelanggan secara bersama-sama dapat menjelaskan variabel dependen yaitu loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 43,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Business, Government and Enterprise Services Division of PT Telkom Witel Medan. This is motivated by the decline in Telkom's performance as seen from the decline in Indihome Market Share in the last three years. In this case, employee performance can be influenced by many factors, one of which is job satisfaction. When doing their job, positive support directly or indirectly from the company has an impact on the work produced by individuals. So that in fulfilling the required quality, the company provides positive support to support employee satisfaction at work. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The primary data collection of this research is by conducting interviews and direct observation at the BGES Division of PT Telkom Witel Medan. Then secondary data is obtained from related literature studies. The results showed that job satisfaction has a great influence on improving employee performance in the BGES Division of PT Telkom Witel Medan such as increasing productivity. The results also show that job satisfaction is very effective in influencing employee loyalty to the company.

Abstract

Human resources are a supporting factor in achieving organizational goals and also the most valuable asset in the organization. Good human resource management will be advantageous to the business. Human resources have a very important role in the wheels of industry and organization because human resources are the main driving force for all resources in an industry and organization. This study's research methodology is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was done through simple random sampling technique with 68 respondents as samples. The investigation's findings demonstrate that the variables of perceived organizational support and work life balance have a significant effect on employee job loyalty and all independent variables simultaneously affect employee job loyalty. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a fairly close relationship between perceived organizational support and work life balance on employee work loyalty with an R value of 0.653. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also recognized that the variable between perceived organizational support and work life balance contributes 40.9%, to the remaining employee work loyalty variable of 59.1% which is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The HR function is critical to achieving business goals. Maintaining a good and friendly working relationship between employees and all other aspects of HR is very important for HR management to achieve satisfactory employee performance and achieve a very high level of work efficiency. This study aims to analyze how work-life balance and job burnout affect work productivity at PT BTN Medan Branch Office. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach and sampling using probability sampling method with simple random sampling. The population amounted to 155 people and 61 respondents were sampled. The results showed that the work-life balance variable (X1) had an effect on work productivity (Y). Meanwhile, it is known that the job burnout variable (X2) has no effect on work productivity (Y), but the work-life balance and job burnout variables simultaneously affect work productivity.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are a critical asset for a company's success. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to the welfare of their employees so that employees are more enthusiastic in working. This study aims to analyze the effect of remuneration, work engagement and job promotion on employee work morale at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach, and sampling using a purposive sampling method with 76 respondents as the sample. The total population consists of 314 individuals. The results indicate that the variables of remuneration, work engagement, and job promotion have a positive and significant effect on employee work morale, and all independent variables simultaneously influence employee work morale at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa.

Abstract

E-commerce is a buying and selling activity via the internet network where buyers and sellers do not meet directly, but communicate via the internet. This form of research uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The results in this study show that testing the first hypothesis obtained a significance value for the influence of neuromarketing (X1) on consumer satisfaction (Y) which was 0.000 < 0.05 and the tcount value was 4.344 > ttable 1.985. Testing the second hypothesis shows that the significance value of the influence of the user interface (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the t value is 10.325 > t table 1.985. The f test shows that the influence value of neuromarketing (X1) and user interface (X2) together or simultaneously on the consumer satisfaction variable is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f value obtained is 172,403 > 3.090. The conclusion of this research is that neuromarketing (X1) and user interface (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer stasfaction (Y), and the variables neuromarketing (X1) and user interface (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction ( Y).

Abstract

The potential impact of perceived ease of use and perceived risk on a user's choice to either continue using or switch from the Gopay app is being investigated in this study. The main objective of this research is to establish how perceived ease of use and perceived risk affect the decision to use the Gopay app within Medan City. This study utilises a quantitative research methodology with an associative perspective. The target population for this research consists of Gopay app users in Medan City, and the sample size is 96 respondents, selected using purposive sampling. Obtaining primary data involved directly distributing questionnaires, while secondary data was collected through studying literature. The findings of the study indicate that beliefs about how easy it is to use and the level of risk perceived both have a significant and positive impact, either partially or together, on the decision to utilise the Gopay application in Medan City. The Adjusted R Square value, at 0.846 or the determinant coefficient, underscores that the variables of perceived ease of use (X1) and perceived risk (X2) in relation to the decision to use (Y) account for 84.6% of the variance, with the remaining 15.4% influenced by factors not considered in this research model.

Abstract

The internet is a familiar presence in society, offering a multitude of conveniences, including news access and business transactions. It enables people to easily obtain information without incurring significant costs and provides a platform for various types of information and news. Furthermore, it facilitates business opportunities, with marketing being a pivotal aspect. Online marketing, facilitated by e-commerce, is a key avenue enabled by the internet. E-commerce involves conducting business activities using online platforms. The growth of this e-commerce system is evident in the increasing number of users over the years. This research aims to analyze the e-commerce platforms employed as marketing tools by online shops in Medan City, as well as the strategies employed by businesses in leveraging e-commerce. Additionally, the study aims to identify the factors driving the use of e-commerce in online shop businesses in Medan City and examine the optimization techniques applied when utilizing e-commerce as a marketing medium. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The findings reveal that e-commerce plays a significant role as a marketing medium for online businesses, particularly in Medan City. It simplifies product marketing, expands the reach of businesses, saves time, and facilitates effective promotional activities.
