Abstract

Saat ini media sosial menjadi hal yang sangat penting di kehidupan masyarakat mulai dari dunia bisnis, pendidikan, sampai dengan industri. Dalam dunia pendidikan, aplikasi media social untuk pemenuhan keterikatan fungsi informasi dan sosial digunakan secara aktif pada proses perkuliahan. Sebagai pengguna media sosial, seseorang dalam hal ini mahasiswa-mahasiswi dapat menentukan tujuan dari penggunaan media yang diinginkan dan manfaat apa yang dapat diperoleh dari tindakan tersebut. Sehingga penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengaruh dari penggunaan media sosial terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi FISIP UKIM. Hal yang dikaji mencakup informasi tentang media sosial yang paling sering digunakan, bagaimana dan kapan mereka menggunakannya, berapa lama waktu yang mereka gunakan, serta tujuan dan motivasi mereka menggunakannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat belajar dari mahasiswa itu sendiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakana adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah Penggunaan Media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar. Penggunaan Media sosial secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen media sosial terhadap variabel dependen minat belajar sebesar 54,5%.

Abstract

Setiap iklan mempunyai tujuan utama yaitu dapat menanamkan kesadaran pada merek (brand awareness). Tayangan iklan televisi sprite yang dikenal oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat baik yang muda maupun tua begitu juga dikalangan Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi FISIP UKIM. Sprite adalah minuman yang tidak berwarna dengan rasa  lemon  dan  jeruk nipis  serta bebas  kafeina  yang diproduksi oleh  The Coca-Cola Company. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Tayangan Iklan Televisi “Sprite Terhadap Brand Awareness Dikalangan Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi FISIP UKIM. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kuantittif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil uji pengaruh variabel tayangan iklan televisi secara parsial terhadap Brand Awareness. Dari hasil uji t pada tabel diatas thitung sebesar 3.041 dan nilai ttabel 1,7011 pada d.f= (n-k) 30-2 = 28 dengan taraf signifikansi (α)= 0,05 yaitu sebesar 1,7011 karena thitung  3.041 >   ttabel 1,7011 maka artinya tayangan iklan televisi berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Awareness.Hasil koefisien determinasi 0,248   (0,248 × 100%) menunjukan bahwa persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen tayangan iklan televisi terhadap variabel dependen Brand Awarenesssebesar 24,8% atau variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam model mampu menjelaskan varian pada variabel Brand Awarenesssebesar 54,5%, sedangkan sisanya 75,2% (100%-24,8%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam model penelitian. Hasil dari uji validitas dan realibilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pernyataan dalam setiap variabel dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa rhitung > rtabel (0.3061) maka semua item pernyataan dinyatakan valid, sedangkan uji realibilitas untuk semua variabel dinyatakan reliabel karena nilai Cronbach Alpa> 0,60.

Abstract

The Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency (BKDD) is a government agency which has the task of carrying out the preparation and implementation of regional policies in the field of personnel and can be assigned to carry out the implementation of authority. The Sorong Regency Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency (BKDD) has four areas, namely the Performance Sector; Procurement Sector; Mutation Field and Training Field. However, in carrying out the duties and authority of the Sorong Regency Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency (BKDD), there are obstacles in providing public services. This research uses qualitative research methods using data collection steps and through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are 1.) analysis of the performance of civil servants at the Sorong Regency Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency (BKDD) in terms of Quality, Quantity, Implementation of Duties, Responsibility and Motivation, in general it has gone well. 2.) Analysis of Public Service for Civil Servants at the Sorong Regency Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency (BKDD) seen from the principles of public service, namely: a. Public interest; b. Legal certainty; c. Equal Rights; d. Balance of Rights and Obligations and e. Professionalism; f. Participative; g. Non-Discriminatory; h. Openness; i. Accountability; j. Timeliness and k. Fast, easy and affordable, in general it has worked well.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the price and quality of H Beam x6 meter iron products on customer satisfaction who return to buy the product. This research was conducted using a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed to 56 customers who had returned to buy H Beam x6 meter iron products. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between the price and quality of H beam x6 meter iron products on the satisfaction of customers who returned to buy the product. The influence of price is negative, meaning that the higher the price of the product, the lower the customer satisfaction. The influence of quality is positive, meaning that the higher the quality of the product, the higher the customer satisfaction. This research gives the implication that companies need to pay attention to the price and quality of H beam x6 meter iron products in order to increase customer satisfaction and encourage them to buy the product again. Companies can lower product prices, improve product quality, or offer customer loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of facility availability and service quality on patient satisfaction in the emergency installation unit of Celebesolu Hospital, Sorong City. Using a quantitative method, with a total of 94 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses systematic sampling. The data collection method in this study uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. It is processed using the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that the variables of facility availability and service quality on patient satisfaction in the emergency installation unit of Selebesolu Hospital, Sorong City simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction who receive treatment at the Emergency Apparatus of Sele Be Solu Hospital. The Adjusted RS value of 0.595 means 59.5%, indicating that the variable of patient satisfaction can be explained by hospital facilities and service quality. While the remaining 40.5% can be explained by other factors that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to provide information to the public regarding the definition, use, purpose and calculation method of Break Even Point (BEP) analysis both in units and rupiahs in the sale of Handicraft Products for Making Honai Houses, Klasaman Village, Sorong City, Southwest Papua. By knowing the break-even point, we can determine the amount of expenses and income according to the target we want to achieve. The location of this research is located in Klasaman Village, Sorong City, Southwest Papua. The location was chosen because of its role as a trading center. This study uses statistical analysis to process sales data and calculate BEP. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this study show that the calculation of BEP in the sales unit of Handicraft Products for Honai House Making, Klasaman Village, Sorong City, Southwest Papua. In July 2024, the break-even point is at 4.82 units with a sales level of Rp. 1,204,238.92 and during July 20 units are sold, the revenue is Rp. 5,000,000, then the profit level is Rp. 2,364,000. Then the profit planning in August 2024, shows an increase in sales capacity to 30 units with gross revenue of Rp. 7,500,000, profit obtained is Rp. 4,046,000. The break-even point was at 4.69 units with sales of Rp. 1,172,791.24. The results of this study show that profit planning has increased in August.

Abstract

Batik is the work of the Indonesian people which is a combination of art and technology by the ancestors of the Indonesian nation. Indonesian batik can develop to an unparalleled level both in design/motif and process. A variety of batik patterns that contain full meaning and philosophy. This research aims to find out how the diversity of products. This sampling method ensures that the sample is representative of the target population and can be used to make conclusions that can be applied to the entire population. The data analysis method used in this study is the regression analysis method. This regression analysis method involves using statistical models to evaluate the relationship between independent variables (product diversity) and dependent variables (buyer consumer satisfaction). Based on the gender respondent table above, 80 respondents who were the subjects of this study were about 60 (25.00%) men and about (20 75.00%) respondents from the age of 18 respondents, and about 20 (20.25%) of respondents' data based on age, there were 80 respondents who were sampled in this study, respondents aged 18 about 25 or (31.25%) and From the data above, there is also an age of 1924 years around 32 respondents or (40.00%) and for that 25-year-old respondents Diversity affects consumer satisfaction, which means that the more consumers are interested in the diversity of products sold, the higher, in the decision to buy Papuan batik cloth is good. In the purchase decision variable in general, it is at a good interpretation value Then Papuan batik fabric must offer a price that is in accordance with consumer power, because that way it can attract buyers' interest so that consumers do not switch to competitors who have a fairly cheaper price.

Abstract

This study contains the effect of compensation on job satisfaction in Honda dealers in Sorong City, The research method used in this study is quantitative. The data used was primary data sourced from the distribution of questionnaires to employees of Honda dealers in Sorong City totaling 35 respondents. The data processing process is carried out using the help of SPSS version 29. Based on validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test, F test and determinant test. These results show that the Compensation variable (X) has a significant influence on Job satisfaction (Y), because the significance value is less than 0.05, which is 0.000. The adjusted R2 (adjusted R square) determination coefficient has a value of 0.577 which means that the compensation variable (X) has an effect on job satisfaction (Y) by 57.7%, while the remaining 0.423 or 42.3% (100% - 57.7%) is influenced by the variables that are not studied in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian yang menunjukkan perolehan hasil dari perhitungan Break Event point (BEP). Perhitungan break even point untuk perencanaan laba pop ice ibu vivi yang bertujuan agar dapat mengetahui laba yang diperoleh oleh tempat usaha tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif yang melibatkan survei langsung dengan teknik tanya jawab kepada pemilik tempat usaha tersebut. Dari penelitian yang kami lakukan ini juga kami dapat memberitahukan kepada tempat usaha tersebut manfaat yang dari perhitungan break event point yang kami lakukan.
