<![CDATA[Penelitian ini fokus studi pada proses penyidikan Tindak Pidana Narkotika di Kepolisian Resort Makassar. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis-sosiologis. Hasil penelitian bahwa Pertama, Efektivitas Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Narkotika di Polrestabes Makassar cukup efektif. Kedua, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Efektivitas Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Narkotika di Polrestabes Makassar adalah: Sumber Daya Manusia yang belum memadai dari segi kualitas, Sarana dan Prasarana yang belum lengkap, Koordinasi dan kerja sama antara penegak Hukum lainnya dan penyidik Tindak Pidana Narkotika sudah terjalin namun belum efektif, serta peran serta masyarakat yang sangat berpengaruh belum mendukung terhadap Efektivitas Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Narkotika di Polrestabes Makassar. This research focus is on the process of investigating Narcotics Crimes in Makassar Police Department. The research method uses the juridical-sociological method. The results of the study that First, the Effectiveness of Narcotics Criminal Investigations in Makassar Polrestabes is quite effective. Second, the factors influencing the effectiveness of Narcotics Criminal Investigations in Makassar Polrestabes are: Inadequate Human Resources in terms of quality, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, Coordination and cooperation between other law enforcers and Narcotics Criminal investigators have been established but not effective yet, and the very influential community participation has not supported the Effectiveness of Narcotics Criminal Investigations in Makassar Police.]]>
