Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the activities and learning outcomes of students of classXII IPA-2 MA Cihideung Pandeglang in intensive reading through cooperative learning model HT(umbered Heads Together). The method used is a Class Action Research (PTK). Based on researchdata that is done the researcher found several conclusions. First, the learning activities of students inthe Indonesian intensive reading lessons can be enhanced through cooperative learning model HT.Second, the results of student learning after learning method in two cycles through cooperativelearning model HT, the average value of the class reached 71.67 at the end of the first cycle andincreased to 78.61 at the end of the second cycle. Third, mastery of the material above the KKM(75%) set by the Madrasah. Fourth, teachers should be able to further motivate students to develop amodel of cooperative learning in the social life of students.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XII IPA-2 MAN Cihideung Kabupaten Pandeglang dalam membaca intensif melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat dikemukakan beberapa kesimpulan. Pertama, aktivitas belajar siswa dalam membaca intensif pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT. Kedua, hasil belajar siswa setelah dilakukan metode pembelajaran dalam dua siklus melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT, nilai rata-rata kelasnya mencapai 71,67 pada akhir siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 78,61 pada akhir siklus II. Ketiga, penguasaan materi di atas KKM (75%) yang ditetapkan oleh Madrasah. Keempat, guru hendaknya dapat lebih memotivasi siswa untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran kooperatif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat siswa. Abstract: This study is aimed to determine the activities and learning outcomes of students of class XII IPA-2 MAN Cihideung Pandeglang in intensive reading through cooperative learning model NHT (Numbered Heads Together).
