Abstract

Revitalization of cooperatives is very necessary for cooperatives that are already felt to be alive and unwilling to die. Revitalization needs to be done by inactive cooperatives in order to become active cooperatives and active cooperatives to become larger cooperatives. This study aims to determine the Revitalization of Cooperatives in Increasing the Contribution of Local Revenue (Study in the Office, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Kendari City). This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the Revitalization of cooperatives in Kendari City has not been able to increase Regional Original Revenue. Revitalization of cooperatives in increasing Local Revenue is done in 3 ways, namely structuring business fields, structuring membership and empowering cooperatives. Of the three types of cooperative revitalization carried out in the city of Kendari, only limited to the arrangement of membership. The problem of inactive cooperatives in Kendari City is the lack of members' understanding of the meaning of cooperatives as one of the institutions to advance community welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Village Fund Allocation(ADD) in Improving Physical Development of Linsowu Village, Kulisusu District, North ButonRegency and to determine the factors that influence its implementation. The researchthe method used is a quantitative approach, with the type of data sources used in this study areobservation and in-depth interviews using the questionnaire and library guides. Based on theresults of the study, the stages of achieving the objectives of the allocation of village funds inthe village of Linsowu physical development at the integration stage is quite good, successfuland very beneficial to the community, the process of village government socialization iscarried out through meetings, at the last stage namely work adaptation, the villagethe government in Linsowu unable to adjust because of the village government human resourcesare still very low but following training, the village government starts to make improvementsperiodically. Factors that influence the implementation of village fund allocations inenhancing Physical Development in Linsowu Village in general support and contribute in thecontext of physical development.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research method and is supported by primary data sources and secondary data.  In determining the informants of this study using purposive sampling, amounting to 9 people consisting of village head, village secretary, LPMD chairman, 3 LPMD members, and 3 communities. The results showed that the Performance of the Village Community Empowerment Institution (LPMD) in Increasing Village Potential can be seen from the performance measurement indicators according to Moeheriono as follows: (1) Responsibility of the Desa LPMD Matawine lack of socialization conducted by LPMD to the community and the slow response to the community's needs;  (2) Responsibility of LPMD Desa Matawine, not all LPMD management occupy their positions in accordance with their fields and there is no guidance from the village government for LPMD;  (3) Accountability of Desa Matawine LPMD lack of documents such as the absence of LPMD management from each meeting or meeting and in terms of accountability for the implementation of development such as the construction of tourist roads and mangrove tourism development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of community participation in village development and to find out the factors that influence the level of community participation in village development. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and is supported by primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques with library studies and field studies (observation, interviews, and documentation).in determining the informants of this study using purposive sampling, amounting to 9 people consisting of the village head, village secretary. The results of the study indicate that the form of community participation in development in then Karae village, this can be seen from the 4 dimensions used, namely participation in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, and utilizing the results. But there is a dimension that does not involve the community, namely monitoring, and evaluation. While the factors that influence it are; Include (sex, age, occupation, justice and education ) and external factors (government and LSM institution)

Abstract

Ranomeeto District is one of the sub-districts in South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The need to implement online-based services as a government system model that is oriented towards the power of digital technology is very important in the current era. All administrative work, services to the community, supervision and control of resources belonging to the institution concerned are controlled in one information technology-based system. The method used in this activity is to provide technical training on digital-based Village government administration in Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency. The results of the service show that, on average, webdes in Ranoomeeto District already exist. However, not all of them provide online-based village government administration services (digital transactions) only limited to providing information. The output of this service is the implementation of training for village officials and website operators offline and published in the ISSN Community Service Journal and online news media.
