Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, asset growth and company size on the profitability of companies in the JII index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2023 period. Based on the purposive sampling method, this research used fourteen companies as research samples. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis carried out with the help of SPSS software. The results of this research show that liquidity, asset growth and company size have a significant effect on profitability simultaneously. The results of this research also show that asset growth has a significant effect on profitability, while liquidity and company size do not have a significant effect on the profitability of companies in the JII index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2023 period.

Abstract

Pujon Sub-district is one of the biggest centrals that focus in milk production in Malang Regency. To reach succeed, dairy farmers in Pujon Sub-district have to know about agribusiness management. This study aims to analyze the agribusiness of dairy cow. The data were collected on September 2012 until January 2013 in Pandesari Village, Pujon Sub-district, Malang Regency, East Java. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. Primary data was taken through the interview with the dairy farmer. Secondary data was taken from relevant institutions sources. The analysis methods used qualitative description with management approach. Management is the process used to control or to direct a situation. The result of the study is the management of dairy farm agribusiness operated by dairy farmers is still have many weaknesses. It is because the maintenance of the dairy cows doesn’t well managed, such as: cleanness of shed and dairy cows are sleazy so the dairy cows will get mastitis disease easily, milking process doesn’t used warm towel when begin to redden, delays of milk handling can cause the fat content of milk at Pandesari Village amount of 2,6 percent (bellow normal standard), so it indicates that the fat content of milk is low and the milk has more than one million colony total bacteria.

Abstract

The national dairy cattle industry from 2005 to 2011 experienced low productivity and fluctuating production. Over 90% of the business is dominated by small-scale, traditional farms, which are generally inefficient. Farmers face significant limitations in production capacity, management, and technological maintenance. These challenges directly impact their income, which is influenced by resource costs and business operations. Pujon Sub-district in East Java, a major dairy production center, has the potential to improve farmers’ welfare through enhanced dairy income. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing milk production among dairy farmers. A quantitative approach was used, employing multiple linear regression analysis based on the Cobb-Douglas production function. Research was conducted in Pandesari Village, Pujon Sub-district, Malang, from September 2012 to January 2013. A total of 36 farmers and 103 dairy cows were surveyed using purposive sampling. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature reviews. Variables analyzed were feed, lactation, artificial insemination, labor, and training. The results showed that farm management was generally effective. The model estimated an R² value of 86.5%, indicating that feed concentrate, forage, labor, and cassava waste significantly influenced milk production, under constant returns to scale. The SAE Pujon Cooperative is encouraged to enhance farmer training to improve milk quality.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase learning motivation, competence and insight into thinking at the tertiary level for the students of the Al-Mutakabbir Foundation, Bogor Regency. The method of community service is seminars and discussions. The population in this community service activity is 50 people, all of whom are students from the Al-Mutakabbir Foundation, Bogor Regency. The result of this community service is that all participants understand and apply all the material and discussions that occur during the event so that the goals of this service are achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze consumer behavior in purchasing vegetables online through E-Commerce in Indonesia. This can contribute to the creation of online food product marketing in Indonesia. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted based on studies of purchasing vegetables online through E-Commerce. The data collection method used the Population, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome (PICO) framework. The selected articles were relevant to the research objectives (with keywords "Vegetable Purchase" and "Vegetable E-Commerce"). The selection process results showed that out of 171 articles, they met the specified criteria. Consequently, 40 articles were chosen based on the research statement for further review. Findings indicate that various factors, including technology adoption, trust, and social factors, influence consumer behavior in online vegetable purchases in Indonesia. By understanding and meeting consumer needs and expectations and leveraging digital technology, a satisfying shopping experience can be created, thus encouraging repeat purchases.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi sektor unggulan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Bogor pada tahun 2012-2016; Untuk menganalisis sektor basis yang menjadi unggulan industri di Kota Bogor pada tahun 2012-2016; dan Untuk menganalisis sektor yang memiliki potensi daya saing yang baik terhadap Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan PDRB berdasarkan harga konstan Kota Bogor selama tahun 2012-2016 dan diperoleh dari BPS Kota Bogor. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian yaitu menggunakan metode analisis Location Quatient, Specialization Index, serta Shift Share. Keluaran dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kontribusi sektor unggulan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Bogor pada tahun 2012-2016 dilihat dari PDRB ADHK sektor yang paling tinggi adalah Sektor Perdagangan Eceran dan Besar, Reparasi Motor, dan Mobil merupakan pemberi kontribusi dominan senilai 5.972.855,53 juta rupiah pada tahun 2016. Potensi sektor basis yang menjadi unggulan industri di Kota Bogor pada tahun 2012-2016 terdapat 14 sektor basis yang memiliki nilai LQ yang tinggi. Nilai LQ tertinggi diperoleh dari sektor Pengadaan Gas dan Listrik dengan nilai rata-rata 7.586 dari tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2016. Pengguna listrik meningkat setiap tahun, tercatat pada tahun 2014 mencapai 216.896 pengguna listrik. Sektor yang memiliki potensi daya saing yang baik terhadap Provinsi Jawa Barat adalah Industri pengolahan. Berdasarkan hasil analsis Shift Share PRI, Industri Pengolahan merupakan sektor yang memiliki tingkat pertumbuhan regional tertinggi sebesar 2.205.394,69 miliar rupiah. Abstract

Pujon Sub-district is one of the largest milk production centers in Malang Regency, East Java. To achieve sustainability and profitability, dairy farmers in this area must have a clear understanding of their total revenues and production costs. This study aims to analyze the net income of dairy cow farming in Pandesari Village. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was used in this research. The sampling method applied was purposive sampling, targeting 36 dairy farmers as respondents. Data collection was carried out from September 2012 to January 2013. Both primary and secondary data were used, gathered through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The analysis method applied was income analysis using the Revenue-to-Cost (R/C) ratio. The results indicate that dairy cow farming in Pujon Sub-district is economically feasible and generates moderate profits. A positive R/C ratio shows that every unit of cost incurred by farmers results in a higher amount of revenue. This suggests that the dairy farming business in this area is relatively efficient and has the potential to contribute significantly to farmers' incomes. Therefore, it can be further developed as a primary livelihood source, particularly for small to medium-scale farmers, with opportunities for improving economic welfare through better management practices.

Abstract

The quality of future generations is greatly influenced by motivation and educational preparation from an early age, including in non-formal educational settings such as Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ). TPQ At-Tawwabin, as a partner in this community service program, holds great potential in shaping a generation that excels both spiritually and intellectually. However, it faces challenges such as low learning motivation among students, lack of varied teaching methods, and limited character development guidance. This community service activity aims to provide motivation and educational enrichment to the students of TPQ At-Tawwabin to foster enthusiasm for learning, religious character, and a positive vision for the future. The methods employed included an educative-participatory approach through motivational seminars, basic skills training, educational games, and mentoring sessions. The results showed increased enthusiasm and active participation in learning activities, improved understanding of the importance of education, and a growing sense of self-awareness regarding their goals and future roles. In conclusion, this program effectively enhanced the motivation and educational development of TPQ At-Tawwabin’s students. It is recommended that similar activities be conducted continuously and involve active participation from parents and educators to achieve optimal results.
