Abstract

PMI memiliki kerentanan untuk terlibat dalam tindakan perdagangan manusia terutama terhadap PMI yang tidak memiliki dokumen secara resmi. Beberapa alasan yang menyebabkan PMI tidak berdokumen namun yang paling umum dan banyak terjadi adalah karena proses migrasi yang dilakukan non-prosedural dengan beberapa cara salah satunya adalah melalui orang perseorangan atau calo. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan seringkali PMI yang berproses secara non-prosedural melalui calo dianggap dan dapat dikategorikan sebagai korban tindakan perdagangan manusia. Meskipun sebenarnya ketentuan dalam UU PPMI seakan menganggap PMI yang berproses secara non-prosedural melalui calo merupakan pelanggaran dalam prosedur penempatan PMI ke luar negeri. Sehingga Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganailis dan mengidentifkasi apakah PMI yang berangkat secara non prosedural melalui orang perseorangan merupakan korban perdagangan manusia atau tidak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual dengan menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Tindakan eksploitasi dapat tergambarkan pada tindakan meminta dan menerima sejumlah uang sebagai ongkos keberangkatan yang tergolong sebagai bentuk pemerasan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan secara materil. Sehingga dengan demikian tindakan calo yang meminta dan menerima sejumlah nominal uang kepada PMI yang diberangkatkan dengan tujuan memperoleh keuntungan secara materil menjerumus pada perbuatan eksploitasi. Selanjutnya, meskipun tidak diatur dalam UU PPMI, PMI non-prosedural juga berhak atas jaminan perlindungan termasuk terhadap tindakan perdagangan manusia dalam rangka pengakuan hak asaasi manusia.

Abstract

One of the economic goals is economic development. This can be done through strategy MSME. Empowerment MSME is a strategic step improving and strengthening of the economy. With the existence of MSMEs, the government strive to support MSMEs financing programs. In this study the financing program institution studied was Syariah's financial institution of BMT UGT Nusantara, Pegadaian Syariah, and KSPPS Nuri Jatim Socah Bangkalan. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive approach. The method used by researchers in collecting the required data is: observation (observation), interview (interview), and documentation. This research uses triangulation method. Researchers recheck findings of various sources. So the drug is the result obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. In this study the result obtained is the factor that undertakes the UMKM customers in choosing the financing product in the Sharia Financial Institution is a cultural factor, social, personal, psychological and from these three financial institutions to compare the reason for customers choosing financing in the financial institution is the product, service, trust and price. This above all affects the UMKM customers in decision-making choosing financing in three syariah financial institutions.

Abstract

Positive infrastructure and environment in Islamic educational institutions have a crucial role in creating safe, comfortable, happy and anti-bullying schools for students so that the learning atmosphere becomes conducive and effective. requires cooperation between students, teachers, parents, and school staff. it is important to educate all parties involved, positive infrastructure and environment have an impact on the development of physical, emotional, and academic well-being of students as well as changes in student behavior for the better and human resources are comfortable in working. This article aims to find out how the implications of positive infrastructure and environment support student management and human resources, along with the challenges and strategies carried out in overcoming all problems at Bina Insan Mandiri Senior High School, Nganjuk, East Java. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that only describes the condition of the object of the variable being studied without making comparisons and is independent. This research method is in the form of library research. The results of this article, the role of positive infrastructure and environment as the main support in the formation of the environment and student motivation. Challenges in managing positive infrastructure and environment, such as budget constraints and lack of competent human resources, bullying can be overcome through the right strategy. Strong leadership, planned and structured management concepts, staff and teacher training, education on the importance of a positive environment and active participation of stakeholders are the keys to overcoming these challenges. With strong commitment and cooperation, a conducive learning environment can be created, providing a positive impact on the quality of Islamic education and educating the next generation of the nation holistically and with quality. keywords: infrastructure, student management ABSTRAK Sarana prasarana dan lingkungan yang positif dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki peran krusial dalam menciptakan sekolah aman, nyaman, gembira dan anti bulliying terhadap siswa sehingga suasana belajar menjadi kondusif dan efektif. memerlukan kerjasama antara siswa, guru, orang tua, dan staf sekolah. penting untuk mengedukasi semua pihak yang terkait, sarana prasarana dan lingkungan yang positif memiliki dampak terhadap pada perkembangan kesejahteraan fisik, emosional, dan prestasi akademik siswa serta perubahan perilaku siswa menjadi lebih baik serta sumber daya manusia yang ada nyaman dalam bekerja. Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implikasi sarana prasarana dan lingkungan yang positif dalam menunjang manajemen kesiswaan dan sumber daya manusia, beserta tantangan dan strategi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi segala problematika di sekolah Menengah Atas Bina Insan mandiri Nganjuk Jawa Timur. artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang hanya menggambarkan keadaan dari objek variabel yang diteliti tanpa membuat perbandingan dan bersifat mandiri. Metode penelitian ini berupa studi pustaka (library research).  Hasil artikel ini, peran sarana prasarana dan lingkungan positif sebagai penunjang utama dalam pembentukan lingkungan dan motivasi siswa. Tantangan dalam pengelolaan Sarpras dan lingkungan positif, seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten, perundungan dapat diatasi melalui strategi yang tepat. Kepemimpinan yang kuat, konsep manajemen yang terencana dan terstruktur, pelatihan staf dan guru, edukasi pentingnya lingkungan positif serta partisipasi aktif pemangku kepentingan menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Dengan komitmen dan kerjasama yang kuat, lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dapat tercipta, memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pendidikan Islam dan mencerdaskan generasi penerus bangsa secara holistik dan berkualitas.  kata kunci: sarana prasarana, manajemen kesiswaan

Abstract

Aqidah moral education is a means in the formation of a good personality. The formation of personality that is applied in schools is needed to instill an understanding in a child, that a good personality will produce good character, all forms of attitude and behavior, both good and bad, will become a moral person, the responsibility of every human being in everyday life. in this world and in the hereafter. This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of moral aqidah education on the personality of fifth grade students at MIS Mathlail Khoir, this type of research uses quantitative research methods that are descriptive analysis with a total sample of 54 students and the sampling technique is Saturated Sampling as many as 54 students who assigned to students. These instruments are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The method of data analysis was carried out by a simple linear regression technique. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the results of the study indicate that the education of moral aqidah and personality of the students in the school is said to be high with a mean value of X 52.93 while Y 43.80. And it shows that there is a significant influence between moral aqidah education on students' personality from the regression equation obtained by Y' = 7.419 + 0.687 X showing that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 34.8% while 65.2% is influenced by by other variables not examined.
