The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, work discipline on the performance of Bogor City Hospital employees during the Covid 19 pandemic and see the effect of work stress and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of Bogor City Hospital employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study using a sample of 60 respondents who are employees at the Bogor City Hospital as the object of research. The method of data collection was carried out directly by using questionnaires and interviews with employees of the Bogor City Hospital. From the results of data processing (output) obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.795, it can be concluded that there is a strong or high relationship between work stress and work discipline on employee performance at the Bogor City Hospital. Then seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.632 or 63.2%, it can be said that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (work stress and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 63.2% while the rest is 36.8 % influenced or explained by other factors not included in this model.

The Covid-19 pandemic has made many multidimensional and multisectoral changes. This study aims to analyze the impact of the pandemic on the religiosity (religious behavior) of the community, especially the Laa Roiba National IAI academic community, Bogor. Descriptive-qualitative analytical method was used as a research method with a sample of the academic community of IAI National Laa Roiba Bogor. The pandemic that lasted more than 18 months had a real impact on the religious behavior of the people of Bogor Regency. Before the pandemic, most people used to pray in congregation at the nearest mosque/musholla. During the pandemic, most people choose to pray at home or alone. Entering the transition period, some began to congregate to the mosque/musholla, and when PPKM was implemented, some of them returned to their homes. Meanwhile, for Friday prayers and Eid prayers, some residents were still looking for mosques/musholla to perform them. Iftar together, family gathering (silaturahim), and religious study tend to decrease, except online via Zoom and Google Meet or social media such as WAG and Facebook. In the midst of limitations, the infaq tradition tends to persist, even a small number of residents increase their infaq. Likewise, feelings of religiosity and levels of personal piety are acknowledged to have increased after the pandemic.

The development of science and technology of mankind has brought us to a new era, the era of technology and information, the digital age. The development of human civilization that has occurred to date has led to progress in various aspects of life, social, economic, cultural, spiritual, technological, and linguistic. The dynamics of digital civilization is also happening in Indonesia. How developed countries build their digital economy ecosystems. It takes a number of examples from progress in developed and neighboring countries. Experience in other countries is a parameter of where Indonesia's current position is. And what are the efforts and targets that Indonesia needs to do in order to become big in the digital economy, especially for the next 5 years? This research study aims to analyze digital disruptive opportunities and threats for the Indonesian state and nation. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. There are a number of digital economy practices that have caused Indonesia to lose potential state revenues. The interesting phenomenon of the case of Chinese tourists in Bali with WeChat Pay and Alipay has cost Indonesia foreign exchange, and is detrimental because the transactions are not recorded. The polemic about taxes on electronic transactions is still limited to tax collection in the e-commerce sector, while social media (Medsos) and over-the-top services (OTT) are still a polemic. This section also discusses mastery of data and transaction flows in the digital economy. The recommendations in this chapter focus on how Indonesia can address this “leakage”. One of them is through tax reform for e-commerce actors, equal level playing with businesses in Social Media, and other digital transactions. Keywords: opportunities and threats, digital disruptive
