Abstract

This study aims to analyse the Influence of Work Facilities on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province. Work Facilities that can affect Employee Work Effectiveness. This study was conducted at the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province to determine whether Work Facilities affect Employee Work Effectiveness.This study uses a quantitative, survey-based approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province. The sample in this study consisted of 44 employees. The method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis in SPSS version 26; the regression equation Y = 25.305 + 0.195X is obtained. From the results of the hypothesis study, the t-count value is 2.113 with a probability of 1.68 or (p <0.05)The results of the independent variable (work facilities) research on the dependent variable (employee work effectiveness) are 0.95%, while the remaining variance is influenced by other variables. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at the Maluku Provincial Regional Personnel Agency. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe role of social media today greatly influences the lifestyle and activities of its users, one of which is shopping activities that used to be conventional in nature shifting to shopping activities through social media or online shopping activities. These changes must be responded to by online marketers carefully by implementing marketing strategies that involve customers proactively involved in the online marketing process, especially through social media so that they can create purchases.The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of variable trust and risk perception on the decision to purchase fashion products online through social media in Ambon City. The sample of this study was 106 female respondents, with the purposive sampling technique used in this case respondents who had been shopping online through social media. The research instrument used was a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression.The results showed that both the trust and risk perception variables were able to influence or create online purchasing decisions on fashion products on social media such as Facebook carried out by young women in Ambon City.ABSTRAKPeran media social saat ini sangat mempengaruhi gaya hidup dan aktifitas  dari para penggunanya, salah satunya adalah aktifitas belanja yang dulunya masih bersifat konvesnional beralih ke aktifitas belanja melalui media social atau aktifitas belanja online. Perubahan ini harus direspon oleh para pemasar online secara cermat dengan cara menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang melibatkan pelanggan secara proaktif terlibat dalam proses pemasaran online terutama melalui media social sehingga dapat menciptakan pembelian.            Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kepercayaan dan persepsi resiko terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online  produk fashion melalui media sosial di Kota Ambon. Sampel penelitian ini adalah  berjumlah 106 orang responden remaja puteri, dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive dalam hal ini responden yang pernah belanja secara online melalui media sosial. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda (Multiply regression).             Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa baik  variabel kepercayaan dan persepsi resiko mampu mempengaruhi atau menciptakan keputusan pembelian secara online produk fashion pada media social seperti facebook yang dilakukan oleh para remaja puteri di Kota Ambon. Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan, Persepsi Resiko, Pembelian Online

Abstract

This research aims to find out how work skills influence the work productivity of employees of the Maluku Province Election Supervisory Agency. This research was conducted because problems were discovered which showed that employees' work skills were inadequate in time management to carry out their duties. This will ultimately affect employee work productivity in terms of time and energy in the agency in general.This research is empirical research, with the entire population of employees at the Maluku Province Election Supervisory Agency. The data sample for this research consisted of 61 respondents, but only 56 respondents returned the questionnaire and were in the further data processing process. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that work skills facilities have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Maluku Province Election Supervisory Agency. This means that the better the skills an employee has, the higher the employee's work productivity will be. Keywords: Work Skills, Work Productivity.
