Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of Islamic education in the village alms tradition in Jambuwer Village, Kromengan District, Malang Regency. This study uses a qualitative method, the informants of this research are the village head, village secretary, village elders and community leaders in Jambuwer village with a total of 6 people. This study uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data compilation and categorization. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The village alms tradition means the gratitude of humans or the local community to Allah SWT, this is what underlies the village alms tradition. Village alms are a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation by the people of Jambuwer village. (2) The values of Islamic education contained in the village alms tradition are the first values of aqidah, which is about faith. In the village alms there is prayer and tahlil as the beginning of the village alms ceremony, it shows that even though holding any event one must remember and believe in Allah SWT on the basis of faith. The two values of gratitude, such as the meaning of the village alms tradition itself, namely gratitude, gratitude is something that reflects the good teachings of Islam. Third, there is the value of worship because in the implementation of the village alms tradition, the holy verses of the Qur'an are chanted. The fourth is the value of unity where the community realizes that humans cannot live alone without the help of others, and with unity, village alms activities can run smoothly. The five values of deliberation are that before the village alms activity is held, all community members hold a deliberation for the implementation of village alms activities so that they run smoothly. The six values of gotong royong where the community helps each other start from the preparation of equipment, preparing dishes to the completion of the village alms event. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun pemahaman keagamaan Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah melalui pendekatan kultural dengan harapan mampu membentuk sikap keberagamaan yang lebih mengedepankan nilai – nilai rahmatan lil alamiin dengan sikap moderat, toleran, tengah-tengah, adil dan tidak ekstrim serta radikal. Madzhab Ahlussunnah wal Jam’ah merupakan madzhab yang telah lama, yang merupakan manhajul fikri bagi organisasi keagamaan dan kemasyarakatan terbesar di Indonesia yaitu Nahdlatul Ulama dalam menentukan arah gerakan ataupun pemikiran keagamaan yang meliputi aspek Aqidah, Syari’ah dan Akhlak atau Iman, Islam dan Ihsan. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (Library research) yaitu suatu pendekatan yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan literature ( kepustakaan ), baik berupa buku, catatan, maupun laporan hasil penelitan dari penelitian terdahulu. Dalam tulisan ini penulis mencoba untuk memaparkan secara komprehensif tentang upaya memahami paham Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah dengan pendekatan kultural dengan harapan mampu membangun sikap keberagamaan masyarakat yang toleran, moderat dan berupaya untuk menghindari pemahaman yang lebih mengarah kepada sikap keberagamaan yang intoleran atau lebih dikenal dengan radikalisme melalui pendekatan kepustakaan Librery Reseach dengan pengumpulan data melalui berbagai macam literature dan dokumen baik berupa catatan pribadi, buku, jurnal dan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan tentang memahami Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah dengan pendekatan kultural.

Abstract

Banyak tempat ibadah di pedesaan belum memiliki sertifikat wakaf resmi, meski tanahnya telah diwakafkan secara lisan sejak lama. Pengabdian ini bertujuan mendampingi masyarakat dalam proses pengurusan akta ikrar wakaf agar sah secara hukum. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui edukasi hukum, wawancara, observasi, serta asistensi administratif. Data diperoleh dari tokoh masyarakat, nazir, dan aparat desa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa minimnya pemahaman prosedural menjadi kendala utama. Namun, melalui pendampingan intensif, masyarakat berhasil menyelesaikan proses sertifikasi wakaf. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif dapat menjembatani kesenjangan antara kesadaran religius dan tata kelola hukum, serta menawarkan model praktik pengabdian yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to enlighten readers, especially young people, about the millennial generation in Islamic perspective and strive to be able to make a positive contribution to the younger generation so that they are inspired to always act positively, constructively and not fall into destructive associations. In this paper the author tries to describe qualitatively about the Millennial generation in the view of Islam through the library research approach by collecting data through various kinds of literature and documents in the form of personal notes, books, journals and others related to the discussion of Millennial generation in the view of Islam. Millennials, also known as generation Y, are the demographic group after generation X. The term comes from millennials coined by two American historians and writers, William Strauss and Neil Howe in several of his books Millennial generation or generation Y is also known as generation me or echo boomers. Syekh Musthafa al Ghulayaini in his' idhoh he said "in the hands of the youth, the affairs of the ummah and the foot of the youth of the life of the ummat" he also added that "today's youth are the leaders of the future". From some of these adages it shows that there is so much hope for the future of youth because only by realizing the category of the young generation as a gate of life and as a cultural style can we understand our life and role.
