Abstract

This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on the stock prices of companies in the financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design, applying multiple linear regression analysis to simulated panel data for the period 2021–2025. Data were obtained from secondary sources by simulating financial reports and stock prices that realistically reflect historical trends for 10 selected financial companies, resulting in 50 observations. The study employs standard data analysis techniques, including classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation) to ensure that the model fulfills the BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator) criteria. The results indicate that EPS and ROE have a significant positive effect on stock prices, whereas DAR has a significant negative effect. The high coefficient of determination (R²) confirms that the model explains most of the variability in stock prices. These findings reaffirm that company profitability and equity management efficiency drive stock price appreciation, while an excessive capital structure relying on high debt can lower investor confidence. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing systematic empirical evidence and serves as a practical reference for investors and financial managers in making informed strategic decisions.

Abstract

Along with the development of time, fintech companies issued mobile payment products such as QR Code, NFC, and OTP codes. The use of payment facilities that are currently rampant causes users to choose according to their wishes, based on the description, the purpose of this study is to analyze the use of ShopeePay mobile payments using the UTAUT approach. The variables analyzed are Perceived Risk, Perceived Trust, Perceived Cost, Self-efficacy, Effort expectancy, performance expectancy, and Social Influence on mobile payment adoption at Shopeepay. The research method used in this case is a descriptive method, using statistical data processing tools. Data collection was carried out at Amikom University Yogyakarta using the sampling method. The results showed that the factors perceived risk (perceived risk), self-efficacy (self-efficacy), and effort expectancy (business expectations) had a positive and significant effect on interest in mobile payment adoption in Indonesia. . Furthermore, the factors of perceived trust (perceived trust), performance expectancy (performance expectations), and social influence (social influence) do not have a positive effect on interest in mobile payment adoption in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dikarenankan menjadi tantangan kinerja keuangan UMKM sektor kuliner masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dan hambatan. Tantangan tersebut seperti manajemen keuangan yang belum optimal, minimnya inovasi produk, dan keterbatasan kualitas sumber daya manusia serta permodalan. Persaingan dalam sektor usaha ini juga tidak dapat dipungkiri, terutama di kalangan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen keuangan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, inovasi produk, akses permodalan, dan payment gateway terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM sektor kuliner di Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dengan populasi pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner di Kabupaten Sleman. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan simple random sampling dan analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial manajemen keuangan, inovasi produk, dan akses permodalan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sementara itu, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan payment gateway berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.
