Abstract

Kondisi pandemi menyebabkan perusahaan harus mencatat pendapatan minus selama dua tahun di tahun 2020 dan 2021, termasuk PT Intraco Penta Tbk yang juga harus melakukan pengurangan karyawan dalam jumlah yang signifikan dikarenakan kemampuan perusahaan yang menurun drastis selama tiga tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada karyawan di PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitaif deskriptif. Sampel terdiri dari 100 orang karyawan PT Intraco Penta Tbk, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik penarikan sampel simple random sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Intraco Penta Tbk mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawannya. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Intraco Penta Tbk.

Abstract

The entrepreneurial character of students at the Senior High School (SMA) and Vocational High School (SMK) levels is influenced by many things. The learning carried out in SMA is different from the learning carried out in SMK. Vocational High Schools implement entrepreneurship education designed as an integral part of the vocational curriculum oriented towards the world of work and entrepreneurship while in general High Schools, entrepreneurship education is not a major part of the national curriculum structure, but is more often present in the form of extracurricular activities, local content, or thematic and project-based Pancasila (P5) student profile strengthening programmes. This quantitative study was conducted to examine the effect of school environment and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial character of students at school with motivation as mediation. The sample used is class XI and XII students totalling 100 students in one of the private high schools in Kota Jababeka Cikarang which organises entrepreneurship education programmes in schools. Data collection was carried out through a tool in the form of a questionnaire, which consisted of 20 statements using a Likert scale with a scale of 1 - 5 to facilitate respondents in providing an assessment of each statement. Data analysis technique used in this research is using Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). SmartPLS is a tool used for data analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, which allows researchers to evaluate the relationship between latent variables and their indicators. The results showed that entrepreneurship education implemented in high schools had a significant positive effect on students' entrepreneurial motivation and character. The school environment exerts a significant but small-scale positive influence in building motivation to foster entrepreneurial character. The findings imply that investment in a well-designed entrepreneurship programme can generate positive impact in preparing individuals with strong entrepreneurial character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara harga, promosi, layanan, kepuasan konsumen, dan loyalitas konsumen dalam konteks Kopi Soe, sebuah kedai kopi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan data survei dari 240 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator dalam model memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas, dengan factor loading antara 0,587-0,834 dan nilai composite reliability antara 0,841-0,868. Nilai Cronbach's Alpha juga menunjukkan reliabilitas yang baik, berkisar antara 0,711-0,810. Model ini menjelaskan 60,7% varians kepuasan konsumen dan 62,4% varians loyalitas, dengan nilai Q-square 0,852, yang mengindikasikan relevansi prediktif yang kuat. Analisis koefisien jalur menunjukkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (t-statistik = 4,206, p-value = 0,000), promosi memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (t-statistik = 3,549, p-value = 0,000), dan layanan memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (t-statistik = 6,347, p-value = 0,000). Kepuasan konsumen memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas (t-statistik = 4,418, p-value = 0,000). Harga memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas (t-statistik = 2,011, p-value = 0,023), promosi memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas (t-statistik = 2,104, p-value = 0,036), dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas (t-statistik = 4,617, p-value = 0,000). Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan. Harga (t-statistik = 2,690, p-value = 0,003) dan promosi (t-statistik = 3,177, p-value = 0,002) memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan konsumen. Layanan juga memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan (t-statistik = 2,668, p-value = 0,008). Secara kesimpulan, temuan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya mempertimbangkan kombinasi harga, promosi, dan layanan untuk mendorong kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen dalam konteks kedai kopi di Indonesia. Peran kepuasan konsumen dalam memediasi hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut dengan loyalitas konsumen sangat penting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on workplace spirituality, organizational citizenship behavior on workplace spirituality, transformational leadership on organizational performance, organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance, workplace spirituality on organizational performance, transformational leadership on organizational performance mediated by workplace spirituality, organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance mediated by workplace spirituality. The number of respondents in this study were 88 respondents. SEM PLS analysis technique used with the help of SPSS. The result Transformational leadership has no effect on workplace spirituality. Organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on workplace spirituality. Transformational leadership has no effect on organizational performance. Organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on organizational performance Workplace spirituality.
