Abstract

ABSTRACTEmotional intelligence in banking is needed after their intellectual, emotional intelligence deficiency can cause impaired person to use his skills. The more complex the more im­portant emotional intelligence work needed. Likewise, when a young person’s personality traits be more apparent upon entering the elderly (Seniors) so that your youth istefined as a caricature personality of the elderly, the ederly with constructive personality tyoe will re­main employee another field or elsewhere because they get a lot of job offers even though they have retirement. In management, the organization always expect goodperformance. It should also be balance with the presence of a leader who has the dicipline governing or­ganization with sage and wise. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu aset penting dalam perusahaan karena manusia adalah penggerak perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) adalah cara untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia sebagai satuan kerja yang efektif. MSDM menambah kegunaan untuk kemampuan tenaga kerja agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai, karena itu sangatlah penting bagi perusahaan menerapkan MSDM. PT Intraco Penta Tbk yang juga harus meningkatkan sumber daya manusia untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja guna mencapai tujuan perusahaan. PT Intraco Penta Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang bisnis penyedia alat berat dan sudah beroperasi lebih dari empat puluh tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Jenis penelitiannya adalah kualitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif. Informan merupakan pegawai PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi serta studi pustaka.Teknik analisis data menggunakan triangualasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kepuasan kerja pegawai PT. Intraco Penta Tbk mampu memberi peran untuk mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan Lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada PT. Intraco Penta Tbk.

Abstract

Starting a business is challenging, particularly when it comes to sustaining it. Some members of the GKI Pamulang congregation already run businesses but need growth due to stagnant or declining income. Additionally, there are congregation members who are employees interested in launching a culinary business and need guidance on getting started. The goals of this community service initiative are: (1) to provide an overview of the culinary business, (2) to inspire GKI Pamulang members to either start a culinary venture or sustain their existing businesses, and (3) to offer training on financial management (including basic financial reports, cost calculation, and taxation) and operations for culinary businesses. The activity employs lectures, case studies, presentations, and mentoring as methods. Held on May 25, 2024, at GKI Pamulang, the event was attended by 29 congregation members. Participants expressed satisfaction with the relevant material presented and gained valuable insights and motivation for starting and maintaining a culinary business, as well as knowledge on financial management and business operations.

Abstract

Kondisi pandemi menyebabkan perusahaan harus mencatat pendapatan minus selama dua tahun di tahun 2020 dan 2021, termasuk PT Intraco Penta Tbk yang juga harus melakukan pengurangan karyawan dalam jumlah yang signifikan dikarenakan kemampuan perusahaan yang menurun drastis selama tiga tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada karyawan di PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitaif deskriptif. Sampel terdiri dari 100 orang karyawan PT Intraco Penta Tbk, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik penarikan sampel simple random sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Intraco Penta Tbk mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawannya. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Intraco Penta Tbk.

Abstract

Technological developments that occur at this time are growing rapidly, one of which wecan feel is the media of communication. This development is also supported by theemergence of online-based applications such as social media that help provide usefulinformation for its users. This of course also affects the world of marketing directly. Thisstudy aims to determine the effect of social media on purchasing decisions mediated bybrand image (a case study of undergraduate students at Krida Wacana ChristianUniversity in 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021). The population in this study were active studentsof UKRIDA Class of 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2020 with a total of 2546 students. The numberof samples taken as many as 94 people using simple random sampling technique. Theresults of this analysis explain that all indicators in this study are valid and reliable. Thisstudy uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square(PLS) using SmartPLS 3.3 software. This study found that social media had a significanteffect of 31.5% on brand image, as well as social media on purchasing decisions only45.8% which can be explained in this study, meaning that there are about 68.5% of brandimage variables and 54. ,2% of the purchasing decision variables that can be explainedfrom other variables outside the study

Abstract

This study is to determine the Effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction Mediated by Work Motivation in Amputee Football Athletes Under the Auspices of PSAI (Indonesian Amputee Football Association). The population 165 amputee football atheletes. Sampling of  in this study was 75 respondents from the Indonesian Amputee Football Association. In this study, the population was all amputee football athletes. The sample was taken randomly using a simple non-random sampling technique. Data  collection  is  primary  data  source  and  secondary  data  source. Data analysis  using  SmartPLS-SEM  (Partial  Least  Square–Structural  Equation  Modeling)  SmartPLS 4 program which consisted of validity, reliability and inner model tests. Compensation has no effect on job satisfaction through work motivation, P-value of 0.182 greater than 0.05. This means that there is no intervening between compensation and job satisfaction through work motivation. The work environment has an effect on job satisfaction through work motivation, P-value of 0.006 less than 0.05. This means that there is an intervening between the work environment and job satisfaction through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between the variables of Leadership style, motivation and job training on employee performance, which is mediated by job satisfaction at PT WOM Finance Regional West Java. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive-verification analysis, this study involved 53 employees selected through proportional stratified random sampling and using Smart PLS. The results showed that there was a significant positive influence of leadership style variables on employee performance, there was a significant positive influence of motivation variables on employee performance, there was a significant positive influence of job training variables on employee performance, job satisfaction significantly mediated the positive relationship. the influence of leadership style on employee performance, job satisfaction significantly mediated the positive influence of motivation on employee performance, job satisfaction significantly mediated the positive influence of job training on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived patient value and patient satisfaction on the revisit intention of non-National Health Insurance (non-JKN) patients at Hospital X, with brand image as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. Data were collected from 100 non-JKN patients visiting the outpatient department. The findings indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, and patient satisfaction significantly influences brand image. However, neither perceived value nor patient satisfaction has a significant direct effect on revisit intention. Brand image significantly mediates the effect of patient satisfaction on revisit intention, but it does not mediate the effect of perceived value. These findings highlight the importance of developing and maintaining a strong brand image to enhance patient loyalty, especially among non-JKN patients.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and work environment on employee performance, with effective communication as a moderating variable at PT Accelist Lentera Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents, with data analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while servant leadership does not show a significant effect. Moreover, effective communication does not moderate the relationship between servant leadership or work environment and employee performance. These results indicate that the work environment is the dominant factor in enhancing performance, while servant leadership may not be effective without the support of other factors. The study recommends improving the quality of the work environment and strengthening organizational communication skills to achieve optimal performance outcomes.

Abstract

The performance of WOM Finance has not yet reached optimal levels, as indicated by its total revenue trailing behind that of its competitors. Potential reasons for this shortfall could stem from suboptimal employee performance. This study aims to examine the influence of financial benefits and career advancement on employee performance, and how these influences are moderated by progressive discipline. Employing a quantitative approach with descriptive-verification analysis, the study involved 192 employees selected via proportionate stratified random sampling and utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that financial benefits do not significantly affect employee performance, whereas career advancement does have a significant impact. Both financial benefits and career advancement significantly influence employee performance moderated by progressive discipline. Recommendations from the study include evaluating incentive schemes, facilitating continuing education programs for employees, and reviewing disciplinary policies at PT WOM Finance.
